Friends I appreciate all the wonderful comments about myself.
I echo sentiments from EHL, John and Ibrox4me that we are not of any higher standing than anyone else on this site.
I think I can speak for all of us in saying we are only sharing news when we receive it from our individual positions.
I can say that personally I post only with good intentions and not to lead anyone into following my belief and viewpoints.
I am hugely appreciative of all posters on this site and value the contributions made by everyone on the site.
I personally believe that the only people that deserve gratitude are the EDD'S.

On a complete change of subject Asa, l will be picking your brains mate when we look at visiting Svalbard to see your big white bears as opposed to the blue ones from Ibrox.
Best time to visit/ best areas etc. I know there will be plenty info online, but local knowledge cannot be beaten.

Bunnet, best time to visit Svalbard is between December and February.
For a non local it is best to stay in Longyearbyen and arrange tours from there.
