Mathias Bader would be a good option to replace Tavernier in my opinion and would not be expensive allowing us to focus on other areas.

EHL has been saying that for ages. we are unable to play at the intensity Rohl wants for a full 90 minutes. problem is you need pre-season to get to that level of fitness, or at least a few weeks without midweek fixtures. going out of Europe might at least give him more time to work with the squad between games.
