Rosevale that man only plays the game one way, maybe keep Maloney on for keeping it steady, but he'll change his set up very soon, could do it gradually, always 3 cb's that could happen later as well, but he comes in and changes overnight they will have big problems so hopefully he does.

My star my opinion is this guy won't come in and change a formation to a winning team.
Be crazy to do that even if he likes to play a certain way.
Good managers / coaches play to the strengths of the players.
Once he integrates and brings in his own players through time then maybe, or if they were really struggling to win games.
I would also highly doubt he will change the system very soon if they continue winning.

Answer no to both, Because of that he had leeway to change the system and players.
You're entitled to your opinion but your clutching at straws with those comparisons.
Also Ange didn't go into Forest and go gung-ho because he admitted it would take time to bring in his players and play the way he wanted, because of results and pressure he never got that time.

We need 4/5 1st team starters in Jan and I can't see that happening.
The way we are winning games is not a long term strategy and will fall flat on our face. Scraping wins.

Ok mystar your right again, he will walk in regardless of how they have been doing, rubbish a working system and switch to the only one that he knows that might not suit the players he has.
That would be great for us but I think he would be lynched by their fans if he done that and results went pear shaped.
