I am a bit miffed by this, he is a Celtic fan.
K. Dalglish (Rangers fan) played for Celtic.
A. Conn (Rangers fan) played for Celtic.
K. Miller (Rangers fan) celtic.
Mo Johnston. Need I say more.
Then throw in players who have supported Aberdeen, Hearts and Dundee and have played for Rangers.

I'm sure we have had someone posted on here that he grew up with the lad Watson and denied point blank that he was a Celtic supporter. Could be wrong though.

couldn't care who they support if they are good enough and want to come. granted Dalglish didn't play well for Celtic ? which might disprove my theory.

I think the point was that Watson would opt for them if given a choice as he was a Celtic fan. A few others have said he's a bluenose so who knows.

Seeker, I've known Maurice since he was a kid and lived in sighthill Glasgow, I knew his dad Jim and mum Terri, Mo loved Celtic growing up, but he should forever be respected for the courage he showed,
Btw, I was in his company in the Grosvenor hotel along with Ally, Allison mccoist and another, the night before he signed and it wasn't disclosed yet was a part timer then, and working for a living.
