We need to close the book and Stewart /Thelwell and simply move on. Errors have been made, action taken and seems to me we should now be looking onwards and upwards. So long as lessons are learned I say let any further action rest.

Said day one there was something not right with Thelwell.
For a director of football to come to a club without a dossier of potential signings when recruitment is what you will be judged on said it all.
Prooved correct but hurts that its set us back so much however this is a good day for the clubs future and don't think its any surprise it was done before transfer window
We just need to make sure and get right man now.
Id maybe put someone with Rangers results on pitch as their main goal as an overseer of what next director of football does someone with a football backround.

Thelwell's transfer dealings at Rangers have been shocking. Paying 10million for a player who hadn't scored in 2 and a half years and bringing in friends and family to important roles. Not to mention being responsible for our worst ever manager.
Patrick Stewart, brought in from the basket case club that is Man United. Done nothing for our club but hang loyal supporters out to dry. Backed Clement after Queen's Park, Backed Martin to the hill an absolute disaster of an appointment. I am glad my club is rid of them ?.

He's a no. hoper. Everton no goals - thelwell signing 8 mill. Rangers - 1 goal £10 mill. To me that's a no hoper, so he's played with Portugal, no help to us. Certainly no reason to waste 10 mill.
Yes both sacked, John, But there has to be an investigation into:
1. wages they inflated for themselves?
2. money squandered to other team on over inflated player?
Yes they have been sacked at Rangers
But if any wrongdoing money wise, John. That's a totally different investigation.

Florida Bear, just wish Stewart had the guts to stick with his backing of Clement, we wouldn't be in the mess we are now. We gained nothing during Ferguson's tenure and if Clement had been given the backing Martin got, I'm pretty sure we would have been challenging at the top of the league and have 9 points in the bag in Europa League.
We threw him under the bus at the start of the season then talked about continuity and sacked him months later.
