Had a busy wee day today lads so not seen any news all day.
Just seen Raskin rumour.
I call bull.
Besiktas wouldn't spend £15m on a player from Scot has failed in turkey. Exception being McGregor and boys done ok but wasn't liked by fans.
No way their paying 15m for someone from our league aftet lunny and borna and whoever else.

Playing in a team that have done little to nothing in Europe and have had their worst domestic campaign since returning to the top flight, 18 months left on Raskin's contract, i reckon Rangers will be lucky to get 7-8 mill for him, teams can wait it out and get for free in under 18 months, not like he is lighting up the SPFL every season.
He's been getting more games for Belgium due to key players being injured or not ready for their first team and for no other reason. See how much he gets used in the big games in the World Cup, my bet is he will be used sparingly if at all and spend most of that competition benched or in the reserves. If Belgium have all their big star midfielders fully fit, Raskin is nowhere near their levels, hence him still playing in a smaller league at 24.
I can't see him playing for a big club as some claim, too inconsistent and he is not a CM, his stats in the Belgian League and for his national side show he is an out and out CDM, i think he would do well in Italy, where his strengths would be fully utilised.
As a CM any team would expect more assists and goals, and he has struggled with that every season in a pretty average league.

Laudrup got to disagree that he's not a CM if I had to choose who would sit in front of my defence in that Belgium side I would choose Onana every day of the week. Raskin strengths are his ballwinning abilities and pressing. You do not need to score or assist to be a good CM if your role is to pass it off to the more creative guys which Belgium have.
Also complete nonsense that he's starting because of injuries. Even the manager has stated he likes Raskin because he's something that none of their midfielders have.
