He's an analyst who goes through all the training recordings and points things out to Rohl that may have been missed.
He'll analyse individual training performance, as well as the team and report back to Rohl. He was at Sheffield Wednesday with Rohl previously so Rohl obviously sees him as important to the work.

Again My Star "Highly Rated" is the most trotted out line in football, him being highly rated depends on the person labelling him "highly rated"
Many think a lot of our summer recruitment involved "highly rated" players. Look at them now.
We've had a "highly rated" coach as Manager (Beale) and Clement who was also "highly rated" it means nothing … not a thing.

i do have real concerns, I've seen very little improvement and i'm concerned a5 the suppor5 fir useless non trying players, i understand he has to keep them onside, but there's a few who shouldn't see the grass again imo, more than a few, and please chase tav and Raskin and get us a captain, this really needs a real Rangers man to let them know, ol JB would have been that man.
Bomber is still around too, don't know if he is still doing scouting wo4k around the world but he would be better used in that dressing room, he didn't take any nonsense nor stand for fools lightly.
