Monitoring Alfredo situation.
Beale I said his contract is up in the summer, could we get him for maybe £1-2m in January?
Would anyone be up for that lads?
I know there's a large number against.
I'd happily offer Ryan Kent a deal until the summer with a view to sitting down then. I was always against this but we are so believe pat ots worth considering.
If we could Morelos Kent and sima in January we could have a decent attack for not a lot of outlay.

I think it's laughable, wanting players back that mostly, if not all, were slaughtered by many who are now calling for them back, u couldn't make it up, and the constant we should've signed (insert name), mulligan, RM blocked, Shankland, really, couldn't score against Motherwell, but would for us, really, team needs to create for a striker to score, we don't, sima, wanted ECL football, cerny, wanted top 5 league, morelos, unfit, no application n nearly killed a guy while drunk, as I said laughable IMO?, yes because I'm allowed it.

To the lads against. Morelos Kent and sima are absolute miles and miles ahead of anything we have now. To the point it's almost a different ball game.

I loved Morelos, but I doubt he has progressed since he left us. Seemed to be in more trouble in South America unfortunately.

But I'm not a fan of bringing back players who:-
1/ wanted out
2/ run down their contracts
3/ and contributed to hardly any success.
Morelos and Kent may increase the squad quality in the short term but they are not the answer long term.

I think Alfredo would take the chance to come back here in a heartbeat. he'd ask a 3 and 1/2 year deal and he'd imagine leaving in 18 months.
I think he'd love one last chance at a move to Portugal or Spain and we'd offer him that.

Stevie in the spl in his last 3 seasons Morelos scored 11, 12, 12 and scored 3 against our biggest rivals in 5/6 years is he really the guy to help us win titles? I don't think so mate. He was something else in Europe but never hit the heights in spl.
He was also desperate to leave so don't understand the clamour. As mph says he'd possibly be ok for here and now, but not the answer long term. Going back for guys like him shows desperation and lack of ideas imo.

Cos u want shankland and it doesn't fit your narrative TT, but ignore the lack of creativity to allow a striker any striker to score, our creativity is very poor.

Larsson 14/3/04, McCoist 5/10/85 and Hately scored in the 7IAR season 2-1 all against Motherwell, Correct Storm, our lack of creativity would have many strikers failing to score, my post on this earlier caveats that when mentioning Shankland, not bizarre at all.
