I see there are rumours of us being interested in zak vyner from Bristol City. Does anyone know if there is any truth to this rumour or is it just click bait. Also does anyone know if we are looking to bring in a wide player, heard that Beale said he'd like to bring in someone to replace Kent? And seen Palma's name being banded about again. Anyone got any info about these rumours.

Beale has said this evening there's no truth in Vyner rumour. John suggested 2 still to come in and it would look logically to be a cb and winger. No idea who as names seem to have dried up but wouldn't be surprised if 1 was a loan late in the window.

Think it will depend on outgoings and whether we can get into the champions league. If we do shift some players out and get the group stages we may be open to spending a little more on both positions if not then possibly look at someone out of contract or a loan deal for 1 and spend on the other.

The manager of FCSB is a bit of an oddball an speaks publicly about their transfer business. When it comes to Olaru, he said a team had come in before and offered 5m euros. He said he would accept no less than 7m euros and that he wouldn’t sell the player at all if he had a choice.
So yeah, it sounds like 7m euros would get the on done.

I thought he was supposedly signed and due to join us at the end of the last MLS season.

A mate of mine thinks we're after a Russian GK by the name of Matvey Sofanov
He plays for Krasnodar but, I can't find anything linking him to us.

Highly unlikely. Haven’t heard this anywhere and knowing the boy, he’s very very highly rated in Russia. One of the most promising young keepers going and would be surprised if he didn’t end up at Zenit/ CSKA or the likes. He’s also the Russia national #1.

Hagi72, i have to be honest mate, I had no idea who he was but, I have since looked him up and your 100% right. He looks to be attracting interested fro Zenit and I would imagine he is out of our price range. I've no idea where my pal got this from but, one thing is clear and that is we will need to find a replacement for Shagger sooner rather than later.

John27, did you see the B side play yesterday. How did Ishaka play? I know you rate this lad and wa just wondering how he played? I saw Zak Lovelace assist for Nsio's goal and what a ball that was!
Hope some of these kids make it into the first team squad. Would love to see our Youth set up make a big impact going forward.

It's all good and well people banging on about bringing in a goal scorer but, imo you can't score no matter how good you are if chance creation is poor. We have not created lots of chances in many of our games this season so, what difference would a goalscorer make u less we create more scoring opportunities. I think we need more creative players in the team.

How did we end up in this situation. Who is responsible for. the overseeing of Beales recruitment? How. arw we in a position where we need to get rid of brand ew signings
Dessers, Lammers, Cifuentes plus barasic, Davies and many more. I'm absolutely fed up with the mismanagement of our great club.
I can't afford much more than my season ticket and yet this is the rubbish they are offering up for the cash I work so hard for. **** off the lot of them!

Not sure its widespread mismanagement - they trusted MB, a guy with a decent track record albeit mostly in coaching, and he got it badly wrong.

Couple of things from tonight, Rangers need some players who can put a foot on the ball and install some calmness in the team. We done excellent to win this game but, it was very very hard work. Spot on Stevie, Davis is a very difficult player to replace. His positional sense and calmness on the ball is exactly what our midfield lacks. Need Davis to spend time with Raskin and improve that side of his game and maybe a few others.

After a restless night stewing about that result last night I can at least think of one bright spark and that was Rabbi Matondo. He was decent and unlucky not to score a peach. I have to hold my hands up and say I thought he was done as a Rangers player but, he looks a different player so far this year.

Butland, so far, has been the only real success story from the transfer window and I still feel that we need a left sided centre back and a right winger. For whatever the reason, Davies just hasn't worked out and our defence is wide open at free kicks and crosses. Worryingly, I don't believe that Beale knows his best team formation or even what Plan A is never mind back up plans B and C.
I am concerned that we will not make any new signings this window, that we will go into tomorrow's game with too many players that don't understand the importance of winning games in general and this one in particular if you play for Rangers.
If we lose, the majority of fans will turn on Beale, sadly it is a fact of life whether we like it or not and so far his Team this season i'd performing worse than GVB's team.

Beale was at a game in Stirling I think on Saturday. My cousins lad plays for Stirling albino jnrs and he got a photo of himself with Beale. I live in Crieff and I never heard anything about Beale being in town.

Totally agree AlloaGer, we have been poor the last two games and our defence is shambolic at best. Big Phil will see who has the bottle over these next 6 games but, I'd be very surprised if that's not the title race done now. I can't see this squad of players winning all 6 remaining games.

I'm in the same boat mate. Rangers sold me a seat with the OF games included. I expect them to honour that agreement. Fans that lose their seat should be compensated or guaranteed a seat elsewhere. Its bull. What fan wants a season ticket without the OF games?
