Tav had moved into his new flat when it was finished. So work could be done in his house. 3 weeks earlier than meant to be finished he's now moving back into his house because the club has asked him to rent it out to club cause a major signing is coming. Hazard has been at Murray park today after team had all left to meet Beale. Castore are pushing and apparently paying for it ;-) French winger signing and we are in advanced talks for loan of Harry souttar. All from Tav and from players liaison officer. So, we are signing Hazard and a French winger, so we`ve gone from not needing wingers to bring in two and now including Matondo in the squad . After Ramsey two seasons ago, I`ll never say never, but it would the same problem to me, Hazard is never fit. To be fair to Ramsey though he was always trying to get fit, by all accounts Hazard disappears into MacDonalds to eat away his problems.

What has actually happened to our team of late? Yes we have had injuries but we are a total shambles in the park. We look unfit and disorganised. We can't even pass the ball! So what exactly are we doing in training? Our back line looks scared to take a touch. We have Lundstrum in the middie of the park who plays the game like a training match and we isolate Dessers upfront and expect to score.

Can't get Sundays result out of head. I now fear that if our manager doesn't make some huge decisions then he will be like the rest in recent times. Our squad is an embarrassment and it is 100% down to the quality of our signings over a number of seasons. We keep hearing that we will go for quality over quantity and then we go straight out and buy more mediocre players or pick up 3rd rate Bosmans.
Let's see if a change at the top across the Club makes a difference this summer.
We must have some good young players that could come in to the squad and there are certainly some good players out there that we could pick up on Bosmans. Thereafter we need to spend serious money to bring in what is needed and with the exception of those that go on frees at the end of the season, (and we shouldn't renew one contract), I struggle to see how we can get rid of guys like Davies.
The league can still be won but I doubt that the current squad can deliver. Even if the defence can keep a clean sheet, unlikely that this is, do we really see our attack scoring goals.
Yet again we need a rebuild in the summer, it seems to be a perennial problem. We have a new Chairman, we need new investors and new, more ambitious Board Members. Too many only their for a blazer and their seat in the stand.

Matondo is ok when it is beat one man and shoot - he is just a shorter faster R. Kent in my eyes - when he has to think and process things it is dangerous just like RK - decision making poor most of the time - yes he has bagged a couple of worldies recently but many many games he is posted missing and flatters to deceive-- he does have pace to burn but how many times do we try to capitalise on this using long balls over back four -rarely is the answer

TT, it goes a lot deeper than not signing Shankland! We have been papering over the cracks since we won title 55. When we should have built on success and brought in the players that were required, we didn't.
We have been relying on third rate signings, and staggering along from one failure to the next. The Board in primarily at fault and has been since we won 55.
We can still win the league this season but that would be down to Clement 100% because, put simply, the quality is not there, the winning mentality is not there and we are lacking players that understand what it means to play for rangers.
We are yet again in a situation where we need a total clear out and a total rebuild. New blood is required in the Board Room as well as on the football park!

Having watched the game back yesterday and especially the first half I've never seen us fold like that at home in years. Someone mentioned Tav and Goldson mentality in these games and they are spot on. The minute they come to Ibrox those 2 players mentality are shot! The first goal is laughable and the pen if I'm being honest is harsh but that's the laws of the game.
We get out done in these games in our midfield and bearing in mind thier captain was missing!
Silva, Diamonde, Lundstrum, Wright and Lawrence were terrible!

Thought it was interesting yesterday that our corners were all inswingers. Normally outswingers. Was this because of the wind?
When was the last time we scored from a corner?

Like I said if we lost that game I think the league was over. Luckily we didn't but we can't to to Parkhead with that mentality.
The thing is they have about 3 or 4 good players. They rest are average and they made us look like a pub team in that first half.

I think butland should have done better with the 1st and 3rd goal tbh. Folk saying it was too close to him?! I’ve never heard anything more ridiculous. He should have saved both with his feet if I’m honest. He tries to dive (especially the 3rd) and it goes under him because he can’t get down quickly enough.
On that showing I don't think he’ll be getting called up anytime soon.

For the first goal it's hard to blame Butland. Tavs fault all day.
With the 3rd goal the ball goes through Sterlings legs so Jack must have been unsighted. Again you have Sterling and Souttar on one man and he still manages to score.

Butland was flat footed at 2 of there goals he’s aloud a mistake but tav etc aren’t seems to be what our fans think.

Yately - totally agree - we need more work on set pieces/ corners - but on positive we threatened more by utilising inswinging corners rather than the outswinging guff yesterday - only if Goldson could work out his shoulder from his napper?it might have been better - its true more goals should come from set plays end of story.

Butland also wanted far to long with the ball at his feet yesterday almost cost us big time. Southgate was there yesterday so no sure butland done himself many favours.

Butland wasn’t at fault for any of the goals 1st one was Tav as he should have passed it back. Ludicrous to say otherwise.
3rd turn and shot by idah, souttar was miles away from him and his fault gave him too much space.

The wind yesterday caused havoc. In the first half Butland and in general the defence couldn’t cope, ball movement was so unpredictable. A combination of Rangers playing better and Celtic having to cope with the wind were factors in us getting a draw.

Raskin you miss the point, Goldson and Tav have been found wanting in too many old firm games for it just to be bad luck. The Tavernier first goal was a wicked deflection that no goalkeeper could have anticipated it was simply awful defending, everyone could see Maeda closing Tav down he had time to deal with the situation but was super slow to react.

Can't keep blaming Beale Mr P. Course he has to shoulder some of the blame but then so does PC. As stared earlier we can't even do the basics things right like passing! We don't look fit nor do we look organised. That Beales fault to? You can't keep playing the same guys who are out of form and expect a different outcome. It's not going to happen.
