Tav had moved into his new flat when it was finished. So work could be done in his house. 3 weeks earlier than meant to be finished he's now moving back into his house because the club has asked him to rent it out to club cause a major signing is coming. Hazard has been at Murray park today after team had all left to meet Beale. Castore are pushing and apparently paying for it ;-) French winger signing and we are in advanced talks for loan of Harry souttar. All from Tav and from players liaison officer. Hazard might wait till after PSV next week for outcome but he is here and in talks. American guy is involved also apparently new director a lot going on big time ?♂️.

So, we are signing Hazard and a French winger, so we`ve gone from not needing wingers to bring in two and now including Matondo in the squad . After Ramsey two seasons ago, I`ll never say never, but it would the same problem to me, Hazard is never fit. To be fair to Ramsey though he was always trying to get fit, by all accounts Hazard disappears into MacDonalds to eat away his problems.

Tav doing his usual. Very poor passing, Propper does not convince me at all. Far too pedestrian. So boring to watch. Raskin is totally off it. Young Ross shouldn't be starting I'm afraid.

A workmanlike performance with a few clever touches and an excellent goal from Cerny. We are still profligate in front of goal and if we could be more decisive in the box then some team will get a spanking… on the other hand, our inability to finish teams off when in the ascendancy could cost us heavily… two sides of same coin.
Thought the balance overall was fine, but am worried about the lack of genuine pace at both ends of the park. Defensively we appear able to be constantly hit by a simple over the top, and we just miss that blistering pace which causes so much trouble. But end of the day, 3 points, clean sheet and keeping pace with top 2.

Dio has a very high ceiling as a footballer, he’s clever on the pitch athletic and very nice ball control and vision
Unfortunately he often makes terrible decisions on and off the ball and he’s very lightweight for Scotland, but he’s one of the players we have who has the potential to go to a big 5 league for 10+million (just not there yet)

Very poor against Hibs, poor tonight and very good against Malmo.
Lyon were a very good side. No doubt. Tav doing is usual. Shadow of a player he was and shouldn't be near our team.
Jefte is good going forward but can't defend.
Don't rate Propper at all.
Poor pass from young Baron and he's been guilty of that recently. Needs to cut that out his game.
Bajrami looks good but Cerny is awful.
Bringing on Dowell is also poor but we don't have many other options.
Glad we've got Hagi back in the team.

Like most people on here I bought in to Phil when he came to the club. speaks well in front of the media and seems like a no nonsense type of guy.
Now
We are not moving forward as a club under this guy. that's the facts, like it or not. Bar last weeks result against Ross County we have been terrible.
lets look at the team. Butland. No doubt he's a very good keper but all of a sudden he looks suspect. Look at that 2nd goal yestyerday. that's amateur at best!
Tav. Keep playing him knowing he doesn't look inetersted or fit for that matter.
Souttar. Probably been our best defender this season.
Propper. Slow and wantes to score own goals.
Jefte. Looks decent going forawrd but can't defend.
Barron I like and will grow.
Diomande. 4.5m? Nope.
Cerny. Good left peg but again too slow.
Matondo. Bags of pace, but not much else.
Dessers. I will cut him a little slack. Where would we have been without him? He just gets isolated up top.
Sterling. HAS to play at right back.
Lawrence. Our best attacking Midfielder and PC drops him yesterday.
Guys I have been saying it for months. I have watched every game under this guy. We are boring to watch, his style of play is non exsistant and tacticlly we are awful.
Now the fans are starting to turn and when that happens there is only going to be one outcome. PC either walks or gets sacked.

David Moyes is not the answer! In fact, changing manager yet again simply confirms the ineptitude of our Board.
We need fresh investment and importantly, fresh blood in the Boardroom.
We need a Chairman and a CEO with the vision to take our Club forward, to increase Commercial Revenue and to develop all financial resources so that the manager can have a running transfer budget to get us where we need to be for a Club our size.
It really isn't rocket science. Celtic have done this with clever management and equally clever scouting and player acquisitions. They are now in a position where they can bring in one or two quality players a year to keep them at the top and sadly we need to play catch up.
Unfortunately I just don't believe that our current Board has the competence to do this and we are not going to secure a CEO that has the skillsets without some serious investment and a total reset of the strategy.

Firstly let’s add that even the great Sir Walter Smith suffered a 3-0 defeat to them in 1995.
Secondly we are in this situation because we are sacking Managers and changing the team every year. We can’t afford to do this again or we will end up in administration again.
Thirdly they are playing well and full of confidence and they had a good pre-season. We need the CL to bring them back to reality. Hopefully an embarrassment.
Finally we are all Rangers supporters and we need to get behind the team and do our part in boosting their confidence. WATP.

As1974, Clement is working with scraps and new signings which will take time! You say none of his side laid a glove on that lot but my memory from last seasons games is that we were fairly hard done by in a few games and if not for some outrageous referee decisions we could have got a lot more out of them games!
Everyone seems forget these things! And it doesn’t help when the likes of kris Boyd or ally mccoist are shouting from the rooftops about how bad we are! This is a transition season we might not win anything but it’s about getting better and making sure we’re ready to make a big push next season sacking another manager would be absolutely outrageous!

PC has said several times that building a team takes time especially when we have no cash to buy players.
I feel the pain as none of us like losing specially to them.
I will however stand by my team and be a true supporter at least until we have given them a chance. Just keep in mind, they have cash to spend.

Phil's time is up! Not good enough! Butland is hugely overrated, Propper looks injured again and was woeful. Tav doing his usual. We replace Barasic with Jefte who ALSO can't defend.
Diomande is very poor. Sterling played out of position again. Cerny has a good left foot. No much else. Matanodo wasnt fit and was dire anyway. Dessers very poor today.
We drop our best attacking midfielder in Tom Lawrence. Aye great shout! Ross Mac is poor and should have went out on loan. Shouldnt be near that first team.

Need to stick with PC for the season and see how things go - changing now will make little difference - if no change by Xmas maybe it can be looked at then - Butland for me seems weaker when diving to his left I’ve noticed it a few times now - think balogun and Lawrence starting may have been better.

Lawrence ain't our best attacker and has flopped every time against them and give some of the new players more than 1 game against a good team away at an imposing venue before you write them off.

Jefte should be played further forward he can't defend. Mcausland needs to hit the gym and bulk up a bit. Cerny is a one trick pony, cuts inside and loses the ball.
