Many of the great results we have had in European football have come against the run of play. Counter-attacking football. A great example was scored by Colak after fast incisive play be Davies and Tillman. We don't have any of these players at the club now. I wonder if the club is wanting to go back to this type of football especially in Europe and that's why he's going for these players?

My guess is Jack and Dowell are moved on/ leave (given Clement's comments about how many of our players are injured) and we have a midfield group of Lundstram, Raskin, Cantwell, Diomande, Sterling, Cifu. Of whom Diomande and Cantwell can cycle in to the front three if needed.

Some of these youngsters want to play football at a high level. If he stays at Rangers he probably goes on loan to a Scottish championship team but going to England he progresses against top players in his own age bracket. Nobody can blame the lad.

We have missed 3 open goals and 2 sitters in the last 5 OF games. 4 games we could've easily have win so I'm unsure about no guilt edge opportunities not being created.
