I see Joe Gelhardt has been linked again, I remember his name mentioned a few times in the past but was specifically mentioned 3 or 4 weeks ago. There was a lot of comments of ‘not for me’ or ‘he’s poor’.
Has anybody watched Leeds or Sunderland regular to give an honest assessment? I rarely watch games out with our own so I honestly couldn’t comment.
I’m guessing we’d be unlikely to sign him and Cameron, who would people prefer?
Again I’ve not seen Joe Gelhardt but I like what I’ve seen of Cameron.
1.) 07 Dec 2024 10:01:18
Not seen much of him to be honest but has hardly played for Leeds this season, think we would be better going for Cameron who knows the league and has performed very well for Dundee.
2.) 07 Dec 2024 10:12:42
Dado yes seem him play a couple of times for Sunderland and he never really impressed me, but seen him on TV score a couple for Leeds in the epl after coming on, think it's only media talk mate.
3.) 07 Dec 2024 10:36:54
Cool my star, i’m with you IRV if we’re signing another young player for that role I think Cameron probably ticks most boxes.
4.) 07 Dec 2024 10:40:04
For me I'd bring Cameron in the summer window. Get him on pre contract. He is in good form playing every week and he won't get that with us.
5.) 07 Dec 2024 10:40:37
I’ve seen him in England age group set up good player who has lost his way imo., at present is around one in ten goalscorer
Absolutely different player from Cameron, not least position.
6.) 07 Dec 2024 10:52:20
Joe Gelhardt looked a good player when he was playing for sunderland and wigan but does not seem to score many goals. I am not sure if he is the AM for us as we need players who can score loads of goals.
7.) 07 Dec 2024 11:07:56
The reason he does not get a game with Leeds is there is a £20million striker in front of him if he was playing for Leeds we would not be able to get him on loan and to buying he was playing would be out our price range.
8.) 07 Dec 2024 11:12:14
Interesting John, are both players not a number 10?
9.) 07 Dec 2024 11:13:01
Do you see him more as a centre forward RFC22?
10.) 07 Dec 2024 11:33:53
That was me Dado, mentioned him and he gt more or less a no bud, think Stars right, just the media but think the boys fell away a bit tbf.
11.) 07 Dec 2024 11:44:54
Boxing I watch every Sunderland game mate and he never done much for me at Sunderland.
12.) 07 Dec 2024 11:51:55
BroxiStorm that was meant to say.
13.) 07 Dec 2024 12:13:24
Hes a striker who can play as a number 10. Scored about 5 goals his whole career. No from me.
14.) 07 Dec 2024 12:35:33
Paul I just think his is old news mate.
15.) 07 Dec 2024 12:39:18
He is also currently injured with a hip injury that would be typical of us to pursue him but a big fat NO for me.
16.) 07 Dec 2024 12:49:02
My star with sunderland being your favourite english team and newcastle utd being mine, if sunderland get up,
you and me will meet and go and watch a newcastle V sunderland game together mate, how about it ?.
17.) 07 Dec 2024 13:22:06
The Leeds boy is a 9, Cameron is an 8 or 10.
18.) 07 Dec 2024 13:35:48
Sws no mate, no offence mate would be the same with anyone, hopefully make the play offs.
19.) 07 Dec 2024 15:29:51
aye he's injured so that could mean he is certain to sign.
20.) 07 Dec 2024 15:32:11
Walter this isn't Grindr bud???.
21.) 07 Dec 2024 15:56:17
Shankland has scored so 321 here we go again he's a world beater.
22.) 07 Dec 2024 16:21:17
Fork ?? classic.
Coops trying to get his end away ?
The boy far Leeds is a no go seen him a few times and wouldn’t do much for us imo.
23.) 07 Dec 2024 17:21:07
I'd rather wait for Haaland. Heard his mum is a Gers fan.
24.) 07 Dec 2024 20:15:27
It's really you i want storm ?.
25.) 07 Dec 2024 22:38:56
Lol well played Walter??.
26.) 07 Dec 2024 22:41:17
Cameron all day long. Geldhart is truly terrible.
27.) 08 Dec 2024 08:35:21
Coops you can have me any time you like matey ?.
28.) 08 Dec 2024 10:23:56
P -Oooft! ?.
31 Oct 2024 10:26:29
Steven Gerrard Rumoured to have been sacked, while I don’t think he was a superstar with us he is 100000% better than PC.
1.) 31 Oct 2024 11:41:54
Would take him back in a heartbeat and I never thought he was good enough at the time. We are in a state right now we need someone who knows the club and knows what it means he would have hopefully learned more after his first spell too.
2.) 31 Oct 2024 11:47:58
Wishy left due too not getting backing after 55 n having too sell his best accets with no replacement
Would you want too come into our team the now in this state n this board
It honestly reeks
We ain't moving forward
But back.
3.) 31 Oct 2024 11:49:20
Why would we want him back. His team are sitting tenth in the Saudi league and he has money to spend. He comes to us and we have no money.
As much as I do not like PC’s tactics, his formation or the fact he continues to play dead wood, we need to get the board sorted before changing managers.
4.) 31 Oct 2024 11:49:57
The guy won us 55 but lost a cup double to st mirren, won one trophy out of 9, jumped ship first chance he got and has failed at every other club he has gone to. I get we want a change but sentimentality is not going to help us here, he is not the answer.
5.) 31 Oct 2024 12:09:06
Don’t want him anywhere near here left in the middle of the night he is a rat.
6.) 31 Oct 2024 13:18:08
Strom was way more too it than that n no matter what he was the manager that prized us the league back 55
He wanted to progress after 55 n wasn't backed sold some of our best players with no replacements aribo for one,
N what a run in europ we had.
7.) 31 Oct 2024 13:21:02
Heleft because promises and agreements after 55 where not met.
8.) 31 Oct 2024 13:56:56
Gerrard would build a team round Tav lol, to be fair on Gerrard he was never going to win the league the first year with the squad we had, every manager since had a core of players to compete or at least wheel and deal in transfer market, he was always leaving at end of season but that malmo game and the board not getting the Dutch boy in and building on the team that romped the league was his time to get out, the covid debacle cost our club millions and failure to get get into CL then you can see why the board didn’t splash out more at the same time so I’ve never held anything against Gerrard it was just time up all round.
9.) 31 Oct 2024 14:00:18
Blue, he was always going to Villa regardless if he was backed or not. His failure to qualify for the CL was a big factor in that. The man always had his eye on other things.
10.) 31 Oct 2024 14:10:16
I understand people not wanting him 6 months ago I’d have 100% been the same but I genuinely don’t think people realise how much of a basket case we are no decent manager is coming near us. Gerrard will have to rebuild his career and his stock is low if he’s been. Sacked won’t cost any money, he’s the best we can hope for tbh.
11.) 31 Oct 2024 14:32:30
Backed or not he was going to Villa.
SG won one trophy out of 9 that isn’t a success in my eyes.
I don’t know how anyone would want him back.
12.) 31 Oct 2024 15:05:57
Gerrard had Beale behind him so that's a bit scarey.
28 Jul 2024 18:06:12
Just waiting on the club announcing Kenny McLean this week after losing out on a proper target. I hope I’m wrong but I wouldn’t be surprised. Tav, McLean and Shankland on the same starting 11, we’ll be out the league my Christmas.
1.) 28 Jul 2024 19:31:15
Chasing players other clubs are prepared to pay out big money to get rid of without considering why, not great.
2.) 28 Jul 2024 19:42:17
McLean is not coming, John Fleck is already in the building and training with the squad. He is also available on a free so makes more financial sense for us. McLean would take bigger wages than Fleck and the cold, hard truth that we need to accept is that we are skint. Having to sell before we can buy and desperately trying to offload our biggest earners tells the true story.
3.) 28 Jul 2024 19:59:22
Was a bit wary of this one to be fair, the age and transfer price, the weekly wage, Seville bombing him out, supposedly not keen on Scotland, a think we of got away from one here.
4.) 28 Jul 2024 20:00:42
P. S. I also think Fleck is the better option in terms of ability. McLean is slower than a week in the jail and is too lightweight for Scottish football.
5.) 28 Jul 2024 20:08:10
Fleck is 33 shortly, had almost a full season out and is probably just getting training facilities.
6.) 28 Jul 2024 20:08:58
Think Fleck is 33 and just about knackered.
7.) 28 Jul 2024 20:17:57
20 he is not training with the squad. It has been reported that he isn’t.
8.) 28 Jul 2024 20:20:52
And another person appears ??.
9.) 28 Jul 2024 20:24:40
How are we skint how do you know this? Sick fed up of folk guessing and spreading what they think as fact rather than truth you have absolutely no idea what our transfer budget is absolutely not one clue.
10.) 28 Jul 2024 20:26:31
The big earners are all old now they need replaced. We have plenty money do you think we would have built Edmiston house, new disabled section etc if we had no money… we wanted rid of the deadwood and that’s what happening but that means we are skint lol. Some people are genuinely bonkers.
11.) 28 Jul 2024 20:33:09
Been trying to trim the squad for years, held on to too many players for too long, Clement wants the big earners out to get his own bigger earners in, you can't just keep buying players on big wages untill your squad is trimmed it's madness thinking otherwise.
12.) 28 Jul 2024 20:44:10
If flecks Fit I'd take him all day long on a free.
13.) 28 Jul 2024 20:52:59
John Fleck is up seeing family mate. Like TT1212 I know his in-laws from Yoker. Not saying he won't play for Rangers thou.
14.) 28 Jul 2024 21:09:36
20alwaysbule12,2012 ?.
15.) 28 Jul 2024 21:11:44
Jesus, fleck, McLean, I mean if we want to finish in bottom half of the league these are the guys we would go for. The board are just making a complete laughing stock of our club, they are team of bloody monkeys!
16.) 28 Jul 2024 21:12:18
Don’t bite guys, his comments are crystal clear.
17.) 28 Jul 2024 21:12:47
2012 the story it tells, we need to reduce wages to stay in line with uefa, that is the truth.
18.) 28 Jul 2024 21:18:58
Gc we're not rich but not poor or not in huge debt seen a few posts about them across the city not spending but they're in the same boat with wages once we have got the big earners out the way.
19.) 28 Jul 2024 21:35:03
When did any of fleck admirers last see him play fgs we've got enough players of a substandard level without adding to it.
20.) 28 Jul 2024 22:08:11
Fleck and Mclean? But how much for "Jesus" and would he come to us Fraser??.
21.) 28 Jul 2024 22:46:00
The negativity in here is astounding.
22.) 28 Jul 2024 22:53:54
GC, what deadwood are we offloading? Almost every player linked with a move away played regular football for us last season or the season before.
23.) 28 Jul 2024 23:35:33
Can I ask what the 2012 is all about, alwaysblue?
24.) 29 Jul 2024 00:29:00
If Jesus was signing for anybody it would be Tottenham hotspuds.
25.) 29 Jul 2024 00:52:13
It's my birthday Star, 20th December.
26.) 29 Jul 2024 01:33:35
Cool alwaysblue, but a new poster on our site has 2012 in his profile name?, don't tell me coldo, because that has his making with his previous user names, by the way I not believing that, even if it was the 20/ 12 no Rangers man is putting that in his user on here?.
27.) 29 Jul 2024 02:14:06
Add a central defender and midfielder to replace goldson and cantwell and I'm quite happy with squad.
28.) 29 Jul 2024 02:14:24
Well team more than squad.
29.) 29 Jul 2024 07:37:59
Bang on my star, sweep all over it.
28 Jul 2024 08:51:49
I’m lost for words that we appear stuck with Tav for the season ahead.
We will really struggle to be successful with him in the starting line up, never minding leading us.
I’m pretty deflated with this just now and really hope this changes before the window shuts.
1.) 28 Jul 2024 09:14:45
Both full backs who started yesterday were shocking sterling and ridvan. must be our first choices.
2.) 28 Jul 2024 09:15:14
He simply can’t be starting games because if he continues to be at fault for goals it’s not going to fly with the supporters anymore it will go toxic fast.
3.) 28 Jul 2024 09:18:13
Listening to the manager yesterday he never backed Tav as being the captain for the coming season, he was non commital Dado, only saying Cantwell is only one who asked to leave, plain to see we are listening to offers for Tav and as we know it’s not easy to move players on, said yesterday best conclusion for the club and player is that he moves on.
4.) 28 Jul 2024 09:31:01
The most disappointing part of this transfer window isn’t the fact that we missed out on players it’s the fact that we have still kept certain ones.
5.) 28 Jul 2024 09:40:36
Dado, know need for panic mate, you'll be happy very soon?.
6.) 28 Jul 2024 09:50:42
I think we missed Cochrane from the Gorgie whingers and as far as RB is concerned it should be Johnston on loan and hurry up about it. Tav got the defence dragged all over the gaff yesterday and he needs to go. If the manager couldn't see that then it's a serious concern.
7.) 28 Jul 2024 09:54:39
Yeah I hope so my star, I agree with the comments above, Sterling must start before him, his fitness is a concern as well right enough.
I missed that part of the interview Trueblue, that does sound more promising.
8.) 28 Jul 2024 10:02:55
My Star, what do you mean by “you’ll be very happy very soon” why so cryptic?
9.) 28 Jul 2024 10:05:11
Earlier in the window it was reported that Trabzonspor had agreed terms with Tav, but we were hagling over £1m in the fee. If we're left with Tav for the sake of that money I think we've ultimately made a big mistake. I've been a big supporter of Tav across the years, but think this is the right time to move on, he's looked miles off it in pre season and any errors from him are going to jumped on by a set of the support very quickly. Also think we need a new captain, but don't think there are any clear choices (unlike many I'm not convinced butland is the man, and actually think he's had a very poor pre season too) .
10.) 28 Jul 2024 10:06:38
Dado, Sterling rb Yilmaz lb will make a big difference to our defence, sign a commanding cb and our defence will be far stronger, would really like Hummell, see Bologna made him an offer the other day, he's not made a decision on it.
11.) 28 Jul 2024 10:09:39
It was cortes yesterday causing us mega problems for failing to track runner.
12.) 28 Jul 2024 10:10:48
I’m not sold on Butland for captain either, he needs to focus and get his head back in the game.
Real lack of leaders in the team, Big Balogun gets it but can’t see him player ever week. Sterling as well although PC doesn’t seem to like what he says, I did.
After that, there’s not much there if we’re honest.
13.) 28 Jul 2024 10:12:00
At least Tav can play a consistent run of games unlike Sterling. Could be the best player in the world but there’s no point if you’re unavailable.
14.) 28 Jul 2024 10:16:48
Sorry Dado I said yesterday best conclusion he moves on, manager never said anything controversial but also never backed him, he’s still the current captain and that was key for me.
15.) 28 Jul 2024 10:19:58
G-bone, nothing cryptic about that mate, you must have seen my previous posts about Tavernier not being a Rangers player this season, on going on what I was told weeks and weeks ago.
16.) 28 Jul 2024 10:23:21
Nvm Tav serious talks need to be had about Soutter Davies combo don't think they have won a single aerial dual all preseason.
17.) 28 Jul 2024 10:29:17
Coully not sure the ‘won’t fly with supporters anymore’ is relevant. We’ve been complaining about the guy for years.
Ideally we move Tav on for a fee and find a replacement, it ain’t Sterling with Devine back up. If he gets another year and we make the required changes in the other areas ie Goldson then so be it, we unite and support the team we have.
18.) 28 Jul 2024 10:38:33
Is it not totally understandable that he's a bit short of match awareness when he's not played and if he's been told he's getting sold, he'll be quite rightly avoiding injury, if he got a 3 month injury and we couldn't sell him, everybody would be up in arms. He's been a good player for us for a long time, it's time to move on likely but he deserves respect, just my view.
19.) 28 Jul 2024 10:59:04
We are haggling over fees cause we are trying to get our valuations met, we hear plenty of negative comments if we are supposedly selling players cheap.
Always easier selling players when they are doing well in successful teams.
20.) 28 Jul 2024 11:02:01
Tav isn’t at full fitness but when your main asset is getting into opponents half and impacting the game and you have lost a yard, your kinda ****ed. Tav is going to have to adjust his game to playing the RB role as a RB that plays in his own half and defends.
21.) 28 Jul 2024 11:12:29
Jefte just in the door at 20 years of age, looks a real prospect.
He`s had a run out in a couple of pre-season matches against decent opposition in patchwork sides where he literally knows no one.
Cortes, another super prospect, was caught out by blindside runs on both occasions.
PC stated post match they spoke about it at half time and will work on the defensive side of the game going forward so its a watching brief.
Thought we looked terrific offensively in spells in the first half yesterday, played the kind of football most of us would want to see.
22.) 28 Jul 2024 11:22:06
Tav does deserve respect but he’s now being badly exposed. If he stays it’s because no offers and he lacks ambition. Won’t play many games and won't be captain.
23.) 28 Jul 2024 11:38:52
Concerned for sterling staying fit, I think we may need the 2 of them for cover.
24.) 28 Jul 2024 11:52:00
Tav is too slow now set up a goal but gets rinsed too easy.
25.) 28 Jul 2024 12:19:23
My star he's knocked back 6 teams to join bologna, its the only place he wants to go.
26.) 28 Jul 2024 12:15:52
Clement said while tav is here he'll play games, he didn't say he will be here for the season.
27.) 28 Jul 2024 12:40:57
Tav has been loyal to us but we have to move this team forward. Need a RB that can defend. Prefer a number 9 taking penalties. Goals breed confidence in strikers.
28.) 28 Jul 2024 12:41:03
Cool Tjs, just seen a report from Romano saying he has not decided.
29.) 28 Jul 2024 13:29:14
Belhaven, Cochrane is another left back who can`t defend so we missed out on nothing and who is the Johnston you want on loan for Right back?
Not defending Tav and if its time for him to go then so be it but yesterday was only his second pre season game after an injury and he probably wouldn`t have started if Sterling was fit. there's the big difference right there, one guy will always make himself available to play for us and the other can`t seem to play three games on the trot. Anybody who thinks getting rid of Tav solves our defensive problem wasn`t watching Souttar, Davies and Jefte who were all shocking yesterday . Davies was actually avoiding the ball at times.
30.) 28 Jul 2024 16:00:39
If tav doesn't go we really shod consider pushing hi. Into midfield as defending getting worse.
31.) 28 Jul 2024 17:04:54
Tis, sorry, seen that a couple of days ago mate.
32.) 28 Jul 2024 17:08:01
The Tavernier dilemma reminds me of the same situation the other mob were in years ago with McGrain. Top player who lost a couple of yards of pace and had to resort to fouling players who would never have got past him in his prime. Tavernier's major, major asset was his pace combined with his energy and his dead ball ability. It seems like all are now on the wane and he won't last another full season. However, if the manager was to talk to him about easing him down then he'd be totally acceptable to me as a squad player. As for the captaincy, I see no reason why he couldn't be called 'club captain' in an honorary way while we appoint a team captain and vice captain. Also I think that after the service he has given us he deserves his testimonial.
33.) 28 Jul 2024 19:10:51
He's a weakness that even hoofball McInnes could spot.
29 May 2024 18:30:00
No Tav in the official away kit video. Interesting!
1.) 29 May 2024 18:39:29
Dado I was literally about to post that, no Goldson either. Think there must be something in it. Although not sure why wee Ridvan would be there. Thought he'd be away as well this summer.
2.) 29 May 2024 18:49:12
I wouldn’t pay much attention to that tbh players have been front and centre of kit releases before and left.
3.) 29 May 2024 19:32:48
Ridvan won’t be away.
4.) 29 May 2024 19:57:03
Storm if we sign this other left back would be almost certain he's away?
5.) 29 May 2024 20:03:43
Just like January Yilmaz will be free to leave if we get an acceptable offer which is the correct move.
Hardly ever fit and one of those players who can never be trusted to be fit for a sustained period of time.
6.) 29 May 2024 20:37:20
Paul, he may be kept as back up, given his injury record this year.
7.) 29 May 2024 20:38:24
If we do Paul he may well be but I don’t think we are signing another left back just my opinion and I have been wrong before ?.
David out of curiosity who has been picked with new strip then away?
8.) 29 May 2024 20:50:14
Tav has always been forefront of new kits tho.
9.) 29 May 2024 21:51:44
There’s been 4 kits in recent years that Tav hasn’t been pictured in.
10.) 30 May 2024 06:07:54
Cheers CF5 for the info.
11.) 30 May 2024 06:25:50
No Tav or Goldson in any Gers kit would be nice?.
12.) 30 May 2024 07:42:57
Storm, talk of Ridvan going to Germany.
13.) 30 May 2024 08:53:06
What's your thoughts CoplandFront5 ?Do you reckon tav is staying with rangers or going mate ? I personally think he's staying ?.
14.) 30 May 2024 09:28:58
Storm am not believing that you've been wrong before ?.
15.) 30 May 2024 09:32:52
Cf5 good info, imo correct decision also, if you can't rely on a player to be injury free what's the point? Doesn't matter how good they are. I like ridvan and rate him as a player but to many taking a wage not contributing at our club, needs to stop for us to progress.
16.) 30 May 2024 10:23:26
Would be happy if Ridvan goes for a decent fee! As just like Tavs he is ok going forward but defensive frailties are obviously apparent.
17.) 30 May 2024 11:24:38
Bb4 wrong all the time especially in my house ?
Good luck to ridvan if he goes only concern is his injuries.
18.) 30 May 2024 12:43:48
Ridvan would suit a league that is more technical, he definitely has the talent, Still young with plenty potential, German league would suit him well John.
Plenty Turks in the German league, and suburbs with healthy Turkish populations, so will be easier for him to settle in while continuing his European adventure, plenty time for him to go back to the Turkish league to play for one the big clubs there.
If he can stay fit, good future for him at the right club.
19.) 30 May 2024 14:29:10
As far as left back goes, we have Sterling, Jefte, Galdames?, Davies? That could play left back if required, so if decent offer came in for Yilmaz, then I think the club will definitely sell.
They could possibly go with Doig as a replacement.

Nsiala Is going to be a very, very good centre half for us long term. He's clearly still developing parts of his game which is understandable after 3 professional games under his belt but, all the components are they to be top class.
He's the most competent half I've seen at Ibrox in years, nothing seemed to phase him and his range of passing is off the charts. I was getting really frustrated with Proppers side to side and back to the keeper passing when Nsiala was always looking to get the ball forward, some of the passing to Hagi was the best I've seen.
I get there's still a way to go but I'm very impressed with him.
And to think, a poster spoke about his brother playing against him earlier in the season (for Clyde) and said he was awful and would never make it ??.
I can't wait to see who Koppen finds next, our future is bright with him looking after the recruitment.
1.) 16 Jan 2025 09:08:26
its amazing what can happen when they give young lads the chance.
They won't all work out but Iggy and Nsiala should be a lesson for the club.
2.) 16 Jan 2025 09:13:32
Trust me dado if you watched that game you would have thought the same, fair play to him as he's like a completely different player. I was far to quick to judge.
3.) 16 Jan 2025 09:24:51
Bit early to be making a judgement on the boy but he does look promising.
His distribution was good last night but never really tested defensively so far.
4.) 16 Jan 2025 09:34:20
Thought he looked really good last night. Great potential, though that was worst Aberdeen performance against us in along time so never saw how he'd react to pressure but definitely someone to get excited for the future.
5.) 16 Jan 2025 10:49:18
I agree that Nsiala had a good game last night and his distribution was excellent. The flaw I see in him is in the air. He missed 3 out of 3 Ariel battles last night and one could have resulted in a goal for Aberdeen. We need out and out defenders at this stage and not ball players but both would be great.
Hope the boy continues to develop but needs to get better in the air.
6.) 16 Jan 2025 11:33:15
Mols I have been thinking same thing, not that it's a flaw, but that he's not been properly tested defensively yet. Yes aerially was my initial thought like u, but also general defending, backs to the wall pressure.
He looks a very very good ball player from the back but is still to properly tested defensively.
Let's not get carried away just yet.
7.) 16 Jan 2025 11:33:21
Nsiala looks like he could turn out a top cb, but he will have many mistakes in his game right now, only hope our fans do hit him to hard when they mistakes happen, confidence is key for him and that would just destroy it.
8.) 16 Jan 2025 11:33:38
He has potential but don't go overboard as it's come back to bite us before.
He should be training our wingers and right and left back on how to cross a ball after last night that's for sure.
9.) 16 Jan 2025 12:20:20
Yeah I did say he's clearly got some development parts to his game but the components are there, hard work and right attitude will help iron out the parts to his game he needs to improve.
10.) 16 Jan 2025 12:35:54
Angus he has had 70 chances at rangers ok in about 5.
11.) 16 Jan 2025 12:44:40
He had a great game but let's wait to see him tested defensively before we go overboard. He was a bit impulsive in the Dundee game and made a few mistakes so at 19 that's the bit he needs to work on.
I thought he and Propper worked well together last night, they worked the ball between them until one of them had a clear pass. Propper also played a lot of forward passes, he was going longer and they didn't all find their targets but mixing it up was obviously a tactic and it worked.
12.) 16 Jan 2025 13:05:00
His cross for Balogan's headed goal was top drawer for a CH.
12 Jan 2025 08:25:06
I know we’ve mentioned Darren Fletcher and Ole Gunnar Solskjær in relation to our next manager, after reading an article on the BBC I wonder if we’ll see Ryan Giggs name mentioned. He appears to be trying to rebuild his career after being found innocent of domestic abuse. He was going a decent job with Wales before being changed.
1.) 12 Jan 2025 09:02:16
That's 3 all Man U, might aswell throw in Keane too??.
2.) 12 Jan 2025 09:18:08
???.
3.) 12 Jan 2025 09:36:19
Id go for Steve McLaren, Van Gaal or ETH. just trying to Geta s many old Man Utd names in as possible. Giggs is now football director at Salford where he is under radar so might be happy there.
4.) 12 Jan 2025 09:51:49
I’d take Keane in some capacity, not as manager. The guy was a winner through and through but he just couldn’t move into a successful manager.
The Giggs post was just off the back of the BBC article, I also sceptical that something is going on behind the scenes (not with Rangers) when journalists start proactively promoting somebody again. Usually it’s a club or agent testing the water to see what the response will be like before they appoint him.
5.) 12 Jan 2025 10:06:45
Get Michael Carrick name in the mix aswel.
6.) 12 Jan 2025 10:08:43
Dado. Be aswel giving james mcClean a shout aswel.
7.) 12 Jan 2025 10:19:20
I report indicated that he’s not happy there and is actively looking to get back into management. Thanks for your input again Angus, you appear to be transforming from a level headed and valued poster to a sarcastic non value you add poster, that’s some change.
8.) 12 Jan 2025 10:29:24
Carrick would be interesting 12 matches 11 wins 1 draw 24/ 25? doing well at Middlesbrough.
9.) 12 Jan 2025 11:30:12
Yeah that’s a shout Fork,
Not sure what you’re getting at Paul? Why would you put James McClean in the same ‘bucket’? Strange comment, I can’t see what he’d bring and in what capacity are you suggesting?
10.) 12 Jan 2025 11:50:49
Dado I am sarcastic as the threads all seem to be nonsense about who will be the next manager when we already have one. people may not like him but he is still here. Is this not the fan equivalent of Beale turning up at a game before GVB was sacked. Whilst he is still our manager I will support him and continue to be sarcastic to those posts who suggest alternatives. I think I still add good comment on posts that don't have this as a topic.
11.) 12 Jan 2025 12:40:38
Scotty123's shout, Dado, but I'll take the credit??.
12.) 12 Jan 2025 12:58:44
So we have to pay off PC and his coaches and then compensate Middlesbrough for Carrick and his coaches and then get their wage demands as well. Personally, I just don't see that happening.
13.) 12 Jan 2025 13:24:46
Stop being a killjoy Angus????.
14.) 12 Jan 2025 13:24:07
The word is in your own sentence, who our next manager will be? 'Next', we know we have one in place just now? What on earth are you actually talking about now?
10 Jan 2025 19:51:43
Are all these “New Rangers fan posters - honestly the same poster or just a sudden Friday night influx after Rangers dropping more points?
1.) 10 Jan 2025 20:23:46
Sorry is the site only for old posters dado?
2.) 10 Jan 2025 21:44:06
Hahahah, I just saw this after I sent in my “first time poster rant” I’m a new account but read this site at least once a day mainly for John and Copeland's input. I have posted before on different accounts but I am awful with names and passwords, however, I didn’t post before because I had nothing to provide however, I thought I had to voice my opinion now.
3.) 10 Jan 2025 21:52:15
Makes you think are they really one of us.
4.) 10 Jan 2025 21:54:01
Yeah Siver, that and Rangers fans / supporters.
5.) 11 Jan 2025 00:30:29
Belfast what was your other users names then?
6.) 11 Jan 2025 06:14:22
If they are gd if there not they will fade.
7.) 11 Jan 2025 08:29:51
If you’ve posted before under various names why on earth would you begin with first time poster?
09 Jan 2025 22:16:37
Over to you Patrick, get it done.
03 Jan 2025 12:40:37
I’m still buzzing from yesterday, what a performance from start to finish. I can’t think of a game on the last few year where our decision making was so consistent. Every player played their part well. Thought Raskin, Hagi and Cerny where the best of the bunch but Ridvan and Berjremi both worth a mention.
Great save from Kelly just before half time, I’m not sure Butland will walk back in but we’ll see.
Great to see a goal from a corner, hopefully Tav will stop taking these going forward.
Great to see and full credit to PC, his tactics were spot on.
1.) 03 Jan 2025 13:14:09
Unfortunately I reckon he will walk back into the team mate.
2.) 03 Jan 2025 13:14:29
Dado i thought raskin was man of the match yesterday but close behind him there was an argument for hagi, dio,
cerny or yilmaz considering yilmaz playing out of position in the opposite flank, kept maeda very quiet and had him in his pocket so a special mention for his performance ?.
3.) 03 Jan 2025 14:02:23
I thought Raskin as well SWS, so many strong performances. Yeah your probably right Storm.
4.) 03 Jan 2025 14:08:17
While Raskin was MoM for me, surely Sterling was right up there too? And Hagi. and Cerny. and Yilmaz. and Bajrami. and Diomande. and Propper. and Jefte. and Kelly. and Igamane.
5.) 03 Jan 2025 14:40:53
We had 11 men of the match. Not one player was below an 8 out of 10.
16 Jan 2025 17:30:46
He'll be linked nonstop for the next few weeks, I don't even think he'll leave in the summer to be honest, I think we'll get a full season out of him next season.
16 Jan 2025 04:45:28
We were linked with him before he signed with Luton, not seen or heard of him in years.
15 Jan 2025 17:00:30
Honestly mate, he can come or not, our season next season will not be defined by the signing (or not) of Lyall Cameron. If he signs then he'll be a welcomed addition to the wider squad, if he doesn't not a single person will lose any sleep.
15 Jan 2025 12:51:50
My younger brother played for them for a few years, I used to enjoy watching them (sure as hell I wasn't going to get a game ??)
15 Jan 2025 12:02:38
I heard it was Pumperston Juniors.
17 Jan 2025 16:35:59
Read, copy, repeat.
17 Jan 2025 16:35:28
Coldo losing is nut?
17 Jan 2025 16:34:46
We could really win a watch here, I'll be watching with bated breath.
17 Jan 2025 12:15:44
I think Koppen is looking the real deal, I hope somebody doesn't snap him up.
17 Jan 2025 08:01:45
Don't buy them mate, journalists are the absolute **** of the earth who wouldn't let the truth get in the way of a good story.
