Just waiting on the club announcing Kenny McLean this week after losing out on a proper target. I hope I’m wrong but I wouldn’t be surprised. Tav, McLean and Shankland on the same starting 11, we’ll be out the league my Christmas.
1.) 28 Jul 2024 19:31:15
Chasing players other clubs are prepared to pay out big money to get rid of without considering why, not great.
2.) 28 Jul 2024 19:42:17
McLean is not coming, John Fleck is already in the building and training with the squad. He is also available on a free so makes more financial sense for us. McLean would take bigger wages than Fleck and the cold, hard truth that we need to accept is that we are skint. Having to sell before we can buy and desperately trying to offload our biggest earners tells the true story.
3.) 28 Jul 2024 19:59:22
Was a bit wary of this one to be fair, the age and transfer price, the weekly wage, Seville bombing him out, supposedly not keen on Scotland, a think we of got away from one here.
4.) 28 Jul 2024 20:00:42
P. S. I also think Fleck is the better option in terms of ability. McLean is slower than a week in the jail and is too lightweight for Scottish football.
5.) 28 Jul 2024 20:08:10
Fleck is 33 shortly, had almost a full season out and is probably just getting training facilities.
6.) 28 Jul 2024 20:08:58
Think Fleck is 33 and just about knackered.
7.) 28 Jul 2024 20:17:57
20 he is not training with the squad. It has been reported that he isn’t.
8.) 28 Jul 2024 20:20:52
And another person appears ??.
9.) 28 Jul 2024 20:24:40
How are we skint how do you know this? Sick fed up of folk guessing and spreading what they think as fact rather than truth you have absolutely no idea what our transfer budget is absolutely not one clue.
10.) 28 Jul 2024 20:26:31
The big earners are all old now they need replaced. We have plenty money do you think we would have built Edmiston house, new disabled section etc if we had no money… we wanted rid of the deadwood and that’s what happening but that means we are skint lol. Some people are genuinely bonkers.
11.) 28 Jul 2024 20:33:09
Been trying to trim the squad for years, held on to too many players for too long, Clement wants the big earners out to get his own bigger earners in, you can't just keep buying players on big wages untill your squad is trimmed it's madness thinking otherwise.
12.) 28 Jul 2024 20:44:10
If flecks Fit I'd take him all day long on a free.
13.) 28 Jul 2024 20:52:59
John Fleck is up seeing family mate. Like TT1212 I know his in-laws from Yoker. Not saying he won't play for Rangers thou.
14.) 28 Jul 2024 21:09:36
20alwaysbule12,2012 ?.
15.) 28 Jul 2024 21:11:44
Jesus, fleck, McLean, I mean if we want to finish in bottom half of the league these are the guys we would go for. The board are just making a complete laughing stock of our club, they are team of bloody monkeys!
16.) 28 Jul 2024 21:12:18
Don’t bite guys, his comments are crystal clear.
17.) 28 Jul 2024 21:12:47
2012 the story it tells, we need to reduce wages to stay in line with uefa, that is the truth.
18.) 28 Jul 2024 21:18:58
Gc we're not rich but not poor or not in huge debt seen a few posts about them across the city not spending but they're in the same boat with wages once we have got the big earners out the way.
19.) 28 Jul 2024 21:35:03
When did any of fleck admirers last see him play fgs we've got enough players of a substandard level without adding to it.
20.) 28 Jul 2024 22:08:11
Fleck and Mclean? But how much for "Jesus" and would he come to us Fraser??.
21.) 28 Jul 2024 22:46:00
The negativity in here is astounding.
22.) 28 Jul 2024 22:53:54
GC, what deadwood are we offloading? Almost every player linked with a move away played regular football for us last season or the season before.
23.) 28 Jul 2024 23:35:33
Can I ask what the 2012 is all about, alwaysblue?
24.) 29 Jul 2024 00:29:00
If Jesus was signing for anybody it would be Tottenham hotspuds.
25.) 29 Jul 2024 00:52:13
It's my birthday Star, 20th December.
26.) 29 Jul 2024 01:33:35
Cool alwaysblue, but a new poster on our site has 2012 in his profile name?, don't tell me coldo, because that has his making with his previous user names, by the way I not believing that, even if it was the 20/ 12 no Rangers man is putting that in his user on here?.
27.) 29 Jul 2024 02:14:06
Add a central defender and midfielder to replace goldson and cantwell and I'm quite happy with squad.
28.) 29 Jul 2024 02:14:24
Well team more than squad.
29.) 29 Jul 2024 07:37:59
Bang on my star, sweep all over it.
28 Jul 2024 08:51:49
I’m lost for words that we appear stuck with Tav for the season ahead.
We will really struggle to be successful with him in the starting line up, never minding leading us.
I’m pretty deflated with this just now and really hope this changes before the window shuts.
1.) 28 Jul 2024 09:14:45
Both full backs who started yesterday were shocking sterling and ridvan. must be our first choices.
2.) 28 Jul 2024 09:15:14
He simply can’t be starting games because if he continues to be at fault for goals it’s not going to fly with the supporters anymore it will go toxic fast.
3.) 28 Jul 2024 09:18:13
Listening to the manager yesterday he never backed Tav as being the captain for the coming season, he was non commital Dado, only saying Cantwell is only one who asked to leave, plain to see we are listening to offers for Tav and as we know it’s not easy to move players on, said yesterday best conclusion for the club and player is that he moves on.
4.) 28 Jul 2024 09:31:01
The most disappointing part of this transfer window isn’t the fact that we missed out on players it’s the fact that we have still kept certain ones.
5.) 28 Jul 2024 09:40:36
Dado, know need for panic mate, you'll be happy very soon?.
6.) 28 Jul 2024 09:50:42
I think we missed Cochrane from the Gorgie whingers and as far as RB is concerned it should be Johnston on loan and hurry up about it. Tav got the defence dragged all over the gaff yesterday and he needs to go. If the manager couldn't see that then it's a serious concern.
7.) 28 Jul 2024 09:54:39
Yeah I hope so my star, I agree with the comments above, Sterling must start before him, his fitness is a concern as well right enough.
I missed that part of the interview Trueblue, that does sound more promising.
8.) 28 Jul 2024 10:02:55
My Star, what do you mean by “you’ll be very happy very soon” why so cryptic?
9.) 28 Jul 2024 10:05:11
Earlier in the window it was reported that Trabzonspor had agreed terms with Tav, but we were hagling over £1m in the fee. If we're left with Tav for the sake of that money I think we've ultimately made a big mistake. I've been a big supporter of Tav across the years, but think this is the right time to move on, he's looked miles off it in pre season and any errors from him are going to jumped on by a set of the support very quickly. Also think we need a new captain, but don't think there are any clear choices (unlike many I'm not convinced butland is the man, and actually think he's had a very poor pre season too) .
10.) 28 Jul 2024 10:06:38
Dado, Sterling rb Yilmaz lb will make a big difference to our defence, sign a commanding cb and our defence will be far stronger, would really like Hummell, see Bologna made him an offer the other day, he's not made a decision on it.
11.) 28 Jul 2024 10:09:39
It was cortes yesterday causing us mega problems for failing to track runner.
12.) 28 Jul 2024 10:10:48
I’m not sold on Butland for captain either, he needs to focus and get his head back in the game.
Real lack of leaders in the team, Big Balogun gets it but can’t see him player ever week. Sterling as well although PC doesn’t seem to like what he says, I did.
After that, there’s not much there if we’re honest.
13.) 28 Jul 2024 10:12:00
At least Tav can play a consistent run of games unlike Sterling. Could be the best player in the world but there’s no point if you’re unavailable.
14.) 28 Jul 2024 10:16:48
Sorry Dado I said yesterday best conclusion he moves on, manager never said anything controversial but also never backed him, he’s still the current captain and that was key for me.
15.) 28 Jul 2024 10:19:58
G-bone, nothing cryptic about that mate, you must have seen my previous posts about Tavernier not being a Rangers player this season, on going on what I was told weeks and weeks ago.
16.) 28 Jul 2024 10:23:21
Nvm Tav serious talks need to be had about Soutter Davies combo don't think they have won a single aerial dual all preseason.
17.) 28 Jul 2024 10:29:17
Coully not sure the ‘won’t fly with supporters anymore’ is relevant. We’ve been complaining about the guy for years.
Ideally we move Tav on for a fee and find a replacement, it ain’t Sterling with Devine back up. If he gets another year and we make the required changes in the other areas ie Goldson then so be it, we unite and support the team we have.
18.) 28 Jul 2024 10:38:33
Is it not totally understandable that he's a bit short of match awareness when he's not played and if he's been told he's getting sold, he'll be quite rightly avoiding injury, if he got a 3 month injury and we couldn't sell him, everybody would be up in arms. He's been a good player for us for a long time, it's time to move on likely but he deserves respect, just my view.
19.) 28 Jul 2024 10:59:04
We are haggling over fees cause we are trying to get our valuations met, we hear plenty of negative comments if we are supposedly selling players cheap.
Always easier selling players when they are doing well in successful teams.
20.) 28 Jul 2024 11:02:01
Tav isn’t at full fitness but when your main asset is getting into opponents half and impacting the game and you have lost a yard, your kinda ****ed. Tav is going to have to adjust his game to playing the RB role as a RB that plays in his own half and defends.
21.) 28 Jul 2024 11:12:29
Jefte just in the door at 20 years of age, looks a real prospect.
He`s had a run out in a couple of pre-season matches against decent opposition in patchwork sides where he literally knows no one.
Cortes, another super prospect, was caught out by blindside runs on both occasions.
PC stated post match they spoke about it at half time and will work on the defensive side of the game going forward so its a watching brief.
Thought we looked terrific offensively in spells in the first half yesterday, played the kind of football most of us would want to see.
22.) 28 Jul 2024 11:22:06
Tav does deserve respect but he’s now being badly exposed. If he stays it’s because no offers and he lacks ambition. Won’t play many games and won't be captain.
23.) 28 Jul 2024 11:38:52
Concerned for sterling staying fit, I think we may need the 2 of them for cover.
24.) 28 Jul 2024 11:52:00
Tav is too slow now set up a goal but gets rinsed too easy.
25.) 28 Jul 2024 12:19:23
My star he's knocked back 6 teams to join bologna, its the only place he wants to go.
26.) 28 Jul 2024 12:15:52
Clement said while tav is here he'll play games, he didn't say he will be here for the season.
27.) 28 Jul 2024 12:40:57
Tav has been loyal to us but we have to move this team forward. Need a RB that can defend. Prefer a number 9 taking penalties. Goals breed confidence in strikers.
28.) 28 Jul 2024 12:41:03
Cool Tjs, just seen a report from Romano saying he has not decided.
29.) 28 Jul 2024 13:29:14
Belhaven, Cochrane is another left back who can`t defend so we missed out on nothing and who is the Johnston you want on loan for Right back?
Not defending Tav and if its time for him to go then so be it but yesterday was only his second pre season game after an injury and he probably wouldn`t have started if Sterling was fit. there's the big difference right there, one guy will always make himself available to play for us and the other can`t seem to play three games on the trot. Anybody who thinks getting rid of Tav solves our defensive problem wasn`t watching Souttar, Davies and Jefte who were all shocking yesterday . Davies was actually avoiding the ball at times.
30.) 28 Jul 2024 16:00:39
If tav doesn't go we really shod consider pushing hi. Into midfield as defending getting worse.
31.) 28 Jul 2024 17:04:54
Tis, sorry, seen that a couple of days ago mate.
32.) 28 Jul 2024 17:08:01
The Tavernier dilemma reminds me of the same situation the other mob were in years ago with McGrain. Top player who lost a couple of yards of pace and had to resort to fouling players who would never have got past him in his prime. Tavernier's major, major asset was his pace combined with his energy and his dead ball ability. It seems like all are now on the wane and he won't last another full season. However, if the manager was to talk to him about easing him down then he'd be totally acceptable to me as a squad player. As for the captaincy, I see no reason why he couldn't be called 'club captain' in an honorary way while we appoint a team captain and vice captain. Also I think that after the service he has given us he deserves his testimonial.
33.) 28 Jul 2024 19:10:51
He's a weakness that even hoofball McInnes could spot.
29 May 2024 18:30:00
No Tav in the official away kit video. Interesting!
1.) 29 May 2024 18:39:29
Dado I was literally about to post that, no Goldson either. Think there must be something in it. Although not sure why wee Ridvan would be there. Thought he'd be away as well this summer.
2.) 29 May 2024 18:49:12
I wouldn’t pay much attention to that tbh players have been front and centre of kit releases before and left.
3.) 29 May 2024 19:32:48
Ridvan won’t be away.
4.) 29 May 2024 19:57:03
Storm if we sign this other left back would be almost certain he's away?
5.) 29 May 2024 20:03:43
Just like January Yilmaz will be free to leave if we get an acceptable offer which is the correct move.
Hardly ever fit and one of those players who can never be trusted to be fit for a sustained period of time.
6.) 29 May 2024 20:37:20
Paul, he may be kept as back up, given his injury record this year.
7.) 29 May 2024 20:38:24
If we do Paul he may well be but I don’t think we are signing another left back just my opinion and I have been wrong before ?.
David out of curiosity who has been picked with new strip then away?
8.) 29 May 2024 20:50:14
Tav has always been forefront of new kits tho.
9.) 29 May 2024 21:51:44
There’s been 4 kits in recent years that Tav hasn’t been pictured in.
10.) 30 May 2024 06:07:54
Cheers CF5 for the info.
11.) 30 May 2024 06:25:50
No Tav or Goldson in any Gers kit would be nice?.
12.) 30 May 2024 07:42:57
Storm, talk of Ridvan going to Germany.
13.) 30 May 2024 08:53:06
What's your thoughts CoplandFront5 ?Do you reckon tav is staying with rangers or going mate ? I personally think he's staying ?.
14.) 30 May 2024 09:28:58
Storm am not believing that you've been wrong before ?.
15.) 30 May 2024 09:32:52
Cf5 good info, imo correct decision also, if you can't rely on a player to be injury free what's the point? Doesn't matter how good they are. I like ridvan and rate him as a player but to many taking a wage not contributing at our club, needs to stop for us to progress.
16.) 30 May 2024 10:23:26
Would be happy if Ridvan goes for a decent fee! As just like Tavs he is ok going forward but defensive frailties are obviously apparent.
17.) 30 May 2024 11:24:38
Bb4 wrong all the time especially in my house ?
Good luck to ridvan if he goes only concern is his injuries.
18.) 30 May 2024 12:43:48
Ridvan would suit a league that is more technical, he definitely has the talent, Still young with plenty potential, German league would suit him well John.
Plenty Turks in the German league, and suburbs with healthy Turkish populations, so will be easier for him to settle in while continuing his European adventure, plenty time for him to go back to the Turkish league to play for one the big clubs there.
If he can stay fit, good future for him at the right club.
19.) 30 May 2024 14:29:10
As far as left back goes, we have Sterling, Jefte, Galdames?, Davies? That could play left back if required, so if decent offer came in for Yilmaz, then I think the club will definitely sell.
They could possibly go with Doig as a replacement.
27 Dec 2023 19:52:03
I’ve just been told that we have no interested at all in Kevin van Veen. His destination is more than likely Aberdeen if Miovski is sold. Not sure how solid the rumour is but I thought I’d pass it on. I’ll be glad if this ends up true, our sights should be higher although I accept that he’d possibly fill a hole until the summer.
In other news I’ve just bet a friend £50 that dresses will score more league goals that Kyogo. I honestly think Dessers will end up with 20+ and he’s starting to find some form.
1.) 27 Dec 2023 22:46:28
Hi seen ppo mentioning Van Veen, this rumour about a deal being struck was from a fake dutch oranje account on X, most likely a celtic fan, people seem to have not checked to see if it was fake or not and just went with it.
2.) 27 Dec 2023 23:13:41
Kyogo versus Dessers? Really. Sorry but Kyogo is miles better than Dessers. Jeeeso.
3.) 27 Dec 2023 23:37:17
Tbf Dessers has a better goals to games ratio than kyogo in league so far this season.
4.) 28 Dec 2023 06:55:03
I'll say this when we're on the subject of shankland guys. ? He's a better / more natural finisher than kyogo imo, no doubt about that for me ?.
5.) 28 Dec 2023 07:35:46
Sensible priced deal (not including Lowry imo) to buy Shankland AND Van Veen also on 6 month loan would not be bad option for us given current injury record - let's be honest we need cover up front and these 2 goalscorers would help - needs must!
6.) 28 Dec 2023 07:45:52
Read the post again otter, I never once said Dessers was better than Kyogo? What planet are you on?
7.) 28 Dec 2023 08:05:15
I don't see anybody else saying they've put their money where their mouth is Dado.
Good luck with your bet. I think if we sign a striker your money might be at risk as Dessers may not start.
Time will tell.
8.) 28 Dec 2023 08:54:08
Yeah it could be JFM, I’m also accounted for the 2 month injury to Kyogo which usually happens (and the fact that he’s hugely overrated)
9.) 28 Dec 2023 09:02:53
Kyogo hands down better than shankland don’t start aw this some fans do with every player we sign.
10.) 28 Dec 2023 09:25:07
Sorry Dado. Think I might have had one gin too many last night ?.
11.) 28 Dec 2023 10:20:35
No worries Otter, it is the time of year for it! Enjoy.
12.) 28 Dec 2023 15:34:45
Kyogo ain't a better, more natural finisher than shankland storm simple as that for me and for the record we haven't signed shankland ?.
11 Jul 2022 21:50:33
There’s some noise on Twitter that Bazoer will not be joining Marseille, the Marseille does not wait him. I’m not saying it’s true or that he’s coming to Rangers but he would be a great player to have in our team.
1.) 11 Jul 2022 22:43:08
I'm not saying he's not a great player but why is none of the sides in the bigger leagues want him?
2.) 11 Jul 2022 23:12:01
I’ve watched Bazoer a few times ironically it’s when we were scooting Doekhi and from what I saw Bazoer was the better more rounded player,
Would be a major steal getting this lad in the door to partner Goldson.
3.) 11 Jul 2022 23:40:49
I think there was some concerns with his attitude earlier in his career? I wouldn’t honestly care if the bigger leagues didn’t take him, I suspect he’d breeze the SPL.
4.) 12 Jul 2022 05:00:34
Bazoer is solid and great passing out from the back would fit gios three at the back perfectly being able to bring ball out and drop back when required.
5.) 12 Jul 2022 09:21:13
Yeah has been his attitude - we went to Germany for £12m earlier in his career.
If he has his head screwed on now would be a great signing however.
6.) 12 Jul 2022 12:31:15
We also could have the upper hand in negotiations as he came through the Ajax system when Davie Vos was there. For me he would instantly be the best CB in the country and would be on par with us landing Boumsong years ago. Very highly regarded by the scouts I know.

The Irish boys pulled England out of a whole tonight.
1.) 07 Sep 2024 20:52:17
They are both English born players who are playing for the land of their birth and Grealish only ever played for Eire at non senior level. Its a bit rich the Irish fans bitching about this considering how many English and Scottish born players have players have played for them . Their best ever team had the likes of Houghton and Aldridge in it. I just wish more players would stick to the land of their birth then we wouldn`t have to watch Dykes playing in a Scotland shirt.
2.) 07 Sep 2024 21:51:16
Didn’t know they played for Ireland at another level.
The interim manager Lee Carsley played for Ireland.
3.) 07 Sep 2024 21:59:18
Both Irish but yeah? I’m glad they help England even if they’ve not English.
4.) 08 Sep 2024 10:40:40
Dont forget Haarland was born in Leeds.
05 Sep 2024 19:58:41
And that is why I’m over the moon Kenny McLean does not play for us. He’s brutal and to think people swore blind he was a superstar…. brutal.
1.) 05 Sep 2024 20:01:58
Just said exactly the same mate.
2.) 05 Sep 2024 20:04:09
He had never been a good player rank rotten and slower than a week in the jail.
3.) 05 Sep 2024 20:42:07
McLean is simply dreadful.
4.) 05 Sep 2024 21:17:06
I still don’t get why we had so many players on here saying he was outstanding, regular posters who seem to have disappeared.
Same with all the Tav lovers? Where are they now? ??♂️.
5.) 05 Sep 2024 22:22:44
Probably back amongst their own mob??.
03 Sep 2024 11:51:31
So Philippe Clement said he had 4 pillars to success: Technical, tactical, physical and mental.
Technical: perhaps of the 4 pillars this one is a little closer. Jefte looks technically better than BB and I think the Albanian lad looks technically good but time will tell. It’s worth noting that I’m yet to see any player at Rangers improve technically with the younger players appearing to have no path to the first team. Perhaps a 5 out of 10?
Tactical: I don’t really see any tactics in our general play with the exception to our press which I think is better at periods of the game. The biggest criticism would be that we approach every game the same and don’t appear to have any dynamic approach, if plan a fails then try again. 4 out of 10
Physical:
We are as weak as I can remember, Dessers was rag dolled for 90 minutes against stronger players. Propper doesn’t look like a strong centre half, Barron likes to get about the opponents but he is pretty small. Cortez and Cerny are physically weak. 2 out of 10
Mentally:
We are as mentally weak as I’ve ever seen a Rangers team. We’re best before we get to the old firm games. 1 out of 10.
Does anybody disagree? From PC’s own targets he’s currently failing miserably?
1.) 03 Sep 2024 13:36:26
Dado that’s utter garbage! Maybe you should be the next manager! I mean if you think you could go into a club with a mixture of players from 3 previous managers, bring in some bargain basement signings, reduce the wage bill and take you team to the toughest ground in Scottish football 4 games into a season and still get a result maybe your the man for the job! But the reality is that you don’t have even half a clue what you’re talking about, we’re all disappointed with the result but what you’re saying there is nothing short of garbage!
2.) 03 Sep 2024 14:25:55
Bear u can disagree without being rude but he makes some good points. We are not a great tactical team and setup the same every game we've signed in the main players with no great physicality and that's a problem in our league. Mentally we seem to bottle big games but I accept its a new team and needs experience but all are valid points.
3.) 03 Sep 2024 15:04:34
Cracking insight Highland, I can see why your such a well respected poster on here.
Why not participate in the conversation? I’m guessing you don’t have the mental capacity to do so, perhaps we can say your also a 1 out of 10?

I apologise if I’m being rude but I’m sick of all this blaming the manager! The clubs been mismanaged for years now and sacking managers isn’t the answer and judging new players some of which we haven’t even seen yet is absurd! Like I said parkhaed is the toughest ground we could go to and only 4 games in with a several new players I can’t help thinking this is a massive overreaction! Like souness said going by stats we weren’t a million miles away early chances missed and very soft early booking’s contributed to a poor result but calling out the manager at this stage given what he’s had to Pulitzer up with is mind blowing for me.
5.) 03 Sep 2024 15:09:01
And European managers tend not to play physical football given time I think clement will do the business for us!
6.) 03 Sep 2024 16:12:05
I’m not calling out anyone but have to ask highland bear
Are you saying the board have been the problem?
7.) 03 Sep 2024 17:23:08
I’m actually happy to discuss you’ve views on PC’s scores. These were his pillars for success not something I’m inventing. We are mentally weak and don’t appear strong enough to win an old firm. I acknowledge we’re better at pressing during parts of the game but we still have the same tactics week in and week out, teams can easily pick our starting 11 and formation.
Again, this is what PC said was his pillars of success, I just don’t see him addressing them.
8.) 03 Sep 2024 17:24:28
I’ve also said twice that I’m not advocating sacking the manager, I don’t think we’ll win anything over the next 3 seasons but I think getting stability is more important just now.
9.) 03 Sep 2024 22:24:27
Listen Dado I don’t mean to come across rude or spiky it’s been a tough few days! But like I said I’m sick of hearing people talk about sacking the manager and I understand that’s not your stance! But I also don’t think your ratings are justified there’s not enough time to make these judgments! All I hear is how since clement came in we haven’t laid a glove on Celtic but my recollection from last season is that we all felt hard done by in almost every game. We played quite well and outrageous decisions from the referee cost us! Now let’s rewind to Gio’s time in charge if you remember individual games, despite being beat 3-0 twice by Napoli who were regarded as the best team in Europe at the time but we put up great games against them played really well against Ajax at Ibrox but got humiliated by Liverpool despite a great first half! And even though Gio got us to a European final the previous season and got us to the champions league still got hounded out and sacked I’m literally seeing the same thing happening right now it starts with the media taring him down, some fans start to believe it and repeat it and before you know it more people are against the manager than behind him. I don’t think I could handle another manager and another rebuild! Everyone has to relax and I’m sorry but you’re naive if you think stuff like this doesn’t filter down to the squad well the negative stuff anyway.

If we do sign to free transfers this will simply back up my lack of strategy theory.
I’m not saying we don’t need more people but we are no better off with two panic buys on top of the two final day panic buys.
We will not stop 10 in a row without clear direction from the board and a manager with a vision.
1.) 02 Sep 2024 08:56:08
10 in a row, calm down. This pain is to ensure we don’t rinse and repeat season on season. We’re struggling and the players need support, not alleged supporters who don’t have the vocabulary or decency to fairly voice their annoyance. Well laugh forever about sharkgate but we’re on our way to this crap if supporting these halfwits.
2.) 02 Sep 2024 09:33:29
WE have more injury problems than any other team in Scotland, and that has to be down to our training methods and poor fitness and medical teams, as someone else said we are a basket case of a Club on and off the field at present.
Aberdeen 5 points ahead at present is worse than Celtic IMO, I always try and be a half glass full type of person, but we were outclassed yesterday in all departments, and, can anyone say that they think we'll win at Tannadice in a fortnight, not me I'm afraid.
3.) 02 Sep 2024 09:37:26
They’ll win the next 3 titles, that puts them at 6 and if we don’t have a strategy to stop them at this point then they’ll be going for 10. Pull your head out of the sand. They’re currently at least 3 years ahead of us.
4.) 02 Sep 2024 10:44:07
How do you know they were panic buys? could it be they were planned and ready to go but we waited till last minute to get others sold. We played our cards close to our chest for names coming in. How many of others did you know about ages before they came in.
Others we didn't get could be just media guesses. We were known to be in for an experience number 6 and Clement said he expected more to come in than go out. We got 2 in and 3 out so he perhaps wanted 2 more we didn't manage to get over the line. he sees gaps, we have some m money which was earmarked for those 2 so the free transfers might be a way to get those 2 experienced players in. but continue to put negative spin on it if you prefer.

So what did we learn today.
1. Tav is the worst Rangers captain in our history, he should be training alone or with Hagi. Devine can not be as bad, not possible.
2. PC is not up for the job and his a hell of a job on his hands to change my mind. He has not tactics and doesn’t appear to motivate the players. I’d say at the very best he’s on par with PLG.
3. The board have given up and are just going through the motions, they lack any form of ambition and are simply not fit for purpose.
4. If the board better start a ‘Stop 10 in a row’ strategy, with this comment I’m not joking, we are honestly this bad and they will win 10 this time, no doubt at all in my mind.
5. Tav is our worst every Captain (in case you missed it first time)
1.) 01 Sep 2024 16:38:16
Well said Dado know way this guy should be captain. Sending out all the wrong vibes. An absolute joke.
2.) 01 Sep 2024 17:11:07
Pc hands tied behind his back because of our board.
3.) 01 Sep 2024 17:16:36
So dado who replaces PC? Mcinnes who's team are bottom of the league or lampsrd who can't get a job anywhere or what about muscstt overlooked last year.
I'm sorry thos is tough bit a rebuild was needed and it's going to take time especially when the manager is being asked to do it on a pittance. Get used to this feeling because I think it's at least 2 seasons before we see real improvement at least.
08 Sep 2024 12:16:52
Well said Sunshine, cracking comments ?.
05 Sep 2024 18:53:05
lol - they would be fun to see Livi ?.
05 Sep 2024 16:44:32
I know Criagshill Thistle had contacted his representatives.
01 Sep 2024 19:20:00
Game, set and match, John?
30 Aug 2024 19:06:19
I’d prefer the board to manage the club as the board should do and get us a winning team on the park.
They’ve not done either John.
11 Sep 2024 19:06:56
I’m on the same page with that mate.
10 Sep 2024 21:24:07
I was happy, felt a fair price.
10 Sep 2024 21:21:09
If we’re starting a daily Hagi is the best thing since sliced bread then we should sign the big striker from Hearts, I think his name is Shankland. Him and Hagi would be dynamite up top, I’ve said it from the Start, we’d win ten in a row with that forward line, Dynamite.
07 Sep 2024 21:59:18
Both Irish but yeah? I’m glad they help England even if they’ve not English.
06 Sep 2024 13:22:05
We have a weaker mentality now than when PC took over, which is mental considering this was one of his pillars for success.
