Morning,
Only posted a couple of times before (old user name ) but forgot password.
Anyway I just want to say. If anybody, family, friends are struggling with mental health issues. It's good to talk, just ask "How are you doing", it could help them.
As they say it's good to talk.

I'm facing my third Christmas since my dear wife passed. It never goes away, but the pain gradually eases. Surround yourself with family and friends over Christmas and best wishes to you mate.
