Big difference in looking for players for Liverpool and Rangers we Have a small budget Liverpool have hundreds on millions so can afford to go for players that 99% chance being good for them. The problem hear is they think the league is crap and can bring in players from lower levels that will do the job.

Bob he worked on tight budgets at Wolfsburg and FC Koln with mixed results, much better at Koln than Wolfsburg though, Liverpool he brought in McAllister, Endo, Gravenberg and Slobozlia ( dodgy spelling), yes he's well known Star and a bit of a confrontational person.

I could bring talent to Liverpool if had 500 million and played in the EPL and champoins league with a huge scouting network. I will add that's no garuntee of success as you need the coach/manger to translate this into wins.

Going back to Bob Dylan (great username) but maybe it should be one of his songs Blowing in the wind that sums us up better at the moment, sorry going back to Dylan's post, he is spot on being a Sporting Director at Liverpool and us is chalk and cheese, he would be scouting at a far lower level for us with much less of a budget.

Guess we should just give up and appoint Billy Davies then, do people really think he can only work with big money? Liverpool barely spent money till this season compared to others and we're no longer tied to tight budgets or we wouldn't of spent 30 million in 1 window (8 million for Chermiti) and the wages Koppen and Clement wasted time to cut back have most definitely went over what at was last season.
