Listened to Kevin Thelwell on a podcast just now. He obviously talks well but has a great coaching background and sporting director success. Exciting appointment.

23 Apr 2025 18:52:01
Gary I don't think it's been announced as official has it.

23 Apr 2025 18:54:54
Already had a newbie moan about him on other page but that could be a Timmy.

23 Apr 2025 18:59:35

23 Apr 2025 19:01:15

What would a guy from everton know about being at rangers? Come on man he's not even Rangers quality. Step backwards if you ask me. Sack the new board before there in.

23 Apr 2025 19:22:03
I also heard that Fork ?.

23 Apr 2025 19:32:12
Lol Coops ??.

23 Apr 2025 20:28:19
Fork it is the Russell Martin/ Sean Dyche dream team I think as well ?.

23 Apr 2025 20:31:20
Surely this appointment as SD has approved by the 49ers or will they remove him when they get in? Anything is possible in our Boardroom.

I wonder why the Everton CEO isn't staying at Everton for the most exciting time in Everton's history.
It's beyond belief that Kevin Thelwel having seen all the groundwork done on super new stadium is voluntary leaving, as the new stadium comes to fruition. Kevin T would surely be a much sought after man after Everton move to new stadium.

23 Apr 2025 20:46:25
Top notch Angus???.

23 Apr 2025 21:20:13
Yoursperx you not amused with this?

23 Apr 2025 21:31:21
Yours. His contract expires June.

23 Apr 2025 22:11:19
Yoursperx Everton going down a different route where they won't just have one director of football but a wider sporting leadership team (well according to their website).

Thelwell was staying until the end of his contract until the new CEO bedded in and as well as him Richard Kenyon and Colin Chong stepped down as CEO but will remain to oversee new stadium. new owners different strategy sounds a little familiar really.
