I did mention last week that there were reasons to be optimistic for the coming window.
From what I hear there's a lot happening and more importantly there's a lot of happy folk at the training centre - which has been a long time coming.

Most of the optimism comes from two things - the restructure of the recruitment department and the targets the team are profiling.

I think off the many ex players linked with a return Lee should be very good, however imo he has very limited experience in recruitment, less than one year,
I've said imo he would be very good manager off b team or academy, he is a far better coach than Steve smith.
