Regarding our temporary recruitment consultant stig inge bjornebye, so you think he'd be better suited to our CEO job, rather than head of recruitment/sporting director job mate ?I personally think he'd be more suited to the head of recruitment or sporting director job myself ? Well I think that it really is important and our history of success will show that we have always had people who have a strong knowledge of our game in key positions whether that be on the pitch or off the pitch.
If you look at our most recent failure years I would argue that we have had no one in any key area within the club that has a strong knowledge of our game.

I wonder if the reason he's temporary might be down to potentially other sporting director/director of football coming to the end of current deals or maybe not wanting to leave til the end of the season/maybe cheaper to get or want to start with a full season and Stig might take a different role or stay if those targets don't happen.
Aphelion don't know any of them but they German and considering Germany seem to be coming into potentially another golden age with Karl appearing and some other coming through, they might be good.

Genuine question. How messed up is the world when someone can't put "Ok Asa" without it being removed in case it offends someone lol. It wasn't even me that put it up btw but I saw it earlier and now notice it's been taken away from this thread.
