Been talking about this and just can't think of a player that mikey Moore puts me in mind of ? What's everyone's opinion on which player do you liken Moore's style to and what's your thoughts on this also ED, if you don't mind mate ?I can't remember who defoe said way back when we were trying to sign Moore from spurs, to who he thought Moore was similar to in playing style ?It might come back to me ?.

Off the top of my head Neil mcann. Both showed brilliance at times. Mcann slightly more direct tho.

Reminds me a bit of Grealish when he was top of his game at Man City, that ability to take the ball and commit defenders with good close control.
If he keeps learning he will be a top player.

Similar to Waddle is some parts of his game, struggling to find a modern player.

His two goals against Killie one disallowed reminded me of Gazza ( not saying in same league ) demanding the ball, running at players, making space for himself and placing the ball into the net, keep him away from the wing and let him do his runs inside the park and we will get a lot more from him.

Absolutely hate comparing young players to greats of the game but there are flashes of laudrup, the spin and drive to go away from players reminds me of the similarities to laudrup.
Absolutely miles to go to be as good though.

I think defoe said Moore although not anywhere near as good as eden hazard as yet, has a similar playing style to him ?.
