I like that way of negotiating, Spurs bid £15million but we manage to get them to lower the price by saying he's not worth it, is off form and only plays well for his country. Maybe that's the reason the other mob get better money for players than us, they bum up all their players as being better than they are, not worse.

He is a Belgium international, so £15 m and add ons would be a fair price even though he's off the boil, yes he may have a good World Cup, but he may not, don't think we would miss him that much if replacement could hit the ground running.

Think Raskin, has part of any deal in his pocket, so we need to set the deal 15-20, by the time him and his agent get their share we will get 10 if we are lucky.
Personally I'd go 20 mill, no add on, maybe a % on future sell on.

I doubt Raskin would agree to any move in January possibly putting his world cup place in jeopardy. He's a starter for Belgium and I'm presuming Belgium will get at least to the quarter finals of the world cup. Rangers should reject any offers for Raskin.
He still has another year left on his contract with an option of another year. We're in no rush to sell. Rask8ns stalk will only rise at the world cup if he plays. Would be criminal to sell in january.
