GK, is a hard one. Klos, Woods, Da Goalie and Greegs.

Arteta was an attacking midfielder.
Laudrup was a winger so by definition an attacking segment of the midfield.

LMAC maybe not a traditional 10 role but for the most of my early support we played 4-4-2.
Arteta was more of an attacking CM than a defensive one.
Unfortunately, none of the 10s we have had since then have not came close to being on the list.

Lads tbf Arteta players right mid of a 4 mostly for us and to a lesser degree played centre mid.
If ye consider Laudrup who played right of a 4 and attacker, as I do, then u would cinsider Arteta the same in that position.

Don't like these opinions pieces. Inevitably given age group posters etc. Players mentioned will be in window last 30 years, no more. Being gers historian many many more, far better players are completely overlooked. Look at nome de plume. Was Mcoist better or same as Jimmy Millar or Ralph Brand, questionable but majority say Coisty because only player know/seen about.

Aphelion, Arteta was a ball playing midfielder for us and not attacking and don't remember him playing that role for Arsenal either.
Laudrup was a winger that Smith sometimes deployed along the front and even as a lone striker, he wasn't a midfielder.
