We were never going to win the league guys!

Live in the real world, leave the bitterness and fantasy to others - we were 10% short this season, let’s focus on next season.

We need to score more goals, be more clinical and believe in ourselves. Same goals against as Celtic, the problem is not our defence no matter what many think about our defenders.

I agree DK. That lot aren't too high in their centre halves either (despite them still thinking they are worth a fortune)

We need more even spread of goals to take pressure off Fredo, more from Kent, hopefully Hagi makes a difference. Need more dynamism and forward thinking in the middle of the park and to play at pace.

Remember reading before a manager saying "you are always four signings from your perfect team" feels like it makes sense. We could upgrade three/ four positions and within a month we would be looking at replacing others in the team!

I see biscuit hips tierney injured again for arsenal against southampton today. Celtic seen arsenal coming here, that's for sure.
Nowhere near a £25million left back and surely celtic officials were wearing masks while doing the deal with the arsenal for biscuit hips. He's now so very injury prone that you begin to wonder the actual seriousness of his problem here. I posted this before, as i heard he had the same sort of injury that andy murray had and that his hips and pelvis were in really bad shape.

Its banter and as i've said on here before kieran tierney is a fantastic full back, but has got major injury problems, trust me! For the record i don't wish any player to have serious injuries in what is a short career, that's not my style.

Fair play coops. I said on here before no player in scotland worth that but if someone is willing to pay it then bite the hand off them. Crazy van dyke went for either 11 or 13 million yet Tierney goes for 25.

I hope some team comes in and offers us 25 for alfie or borna as I would snap there arm off.

Murphy was fine before dodgy plastic pitch injury and was obviously fine for whole year just that Gerrard changes his mind a lot and treats players that have been injured like thier career is over. Murphy top assists before injury Gerrard was praising him as one of the best now doesn't want to know him.

Rossiter was a bit of a punt that didn't work out.

Re Tierney, he is a good player, very good in Scottish terms, but Arsenal have been mugged big time. They have signed a decent, injury prone waste of money. And Barisic is better.

I’m absolutely delighted with how rangers are conducting business, the importance given to bolstering the quality of our youth ranks, our attention to the women’s game, hunting the best of sponsorship deals, our Work and visions of ibrox and the surrounding area, changes to the internet website etc and even looking at the possibility of adding more seats . This is all great to see! As a fan it’s brilliant to see the club pushing on all fronts like this, and it’s brilliant to see such enthusiasm and hard work being done to drag our club into the modern football era, I can’t deny I really feel like we’re in the right hands and heading full steam in the right direction, I just hope we’re going fast enough to derail Celtic this season, ! I can’t wait for the season to begin now ‘LETS GO! ’ 😊.

Gaz, I have to agree how well things are going at our club. We were driven into the ground and it’s still going to take a little more time but hopefully trophies can start arriving soon. Reading some of the posts on here or would be Armageddon if we didn’t win the League this season and I don’t go along with that and we must keep moving in the right direction! Things will come guys and the backing the Gers fans have given is different class!

Totally agree. Don't want to see Celtic get the 9 and three quarters this year but if they do the so be it. Congratulations. I'd much rather see our club build a firm base to work from, rather than play silly buggers to try and stop the run of 9 titles won and three quarters of one having been awarded that they're on.

Totally agree cletus. My brother is a tim and he said after we won our nine in the nineties it made absolutely no difference to him. if the Celtic win their 9.75 this year then so be it! I will be happy in the knowledge my club is on its way back slowly but surely. won't be long now till the financial disparity is evened out.

Yeah I’m in the same boat, I’m just glad to see our club progressing in all departments, if we didn’t win the league this year I would still back them all, including Gerrard, but I will come on and spit the dummy lol 😆 I’ll admit I was devastated at how we collapsed last year, but reflecting we’ve definitely come a long way in a short time back in the premiership . We’re building such strong foundations that I truly believe that when the trophies start to come, it’s going to be a downpour for years and years ahead, maybe even an eternity 👍your doing well gers 👍👍👍.

I think it's great that we are signing talented youngsters like Graham and keeping Stephen Kelly on but my question is when on earth will any of these youngsters be given a chance. Even Ally McCoist didn't give youth a chance when we were in the lower leagues so will/ can Gerrard do so when the pressure is on to stop them getting a tainted 10iar?

short answer is no, i don't believe we will risk stopping 10iar with youngsters in the team. maybe 1 or 2 after the league is won (if its won) but not in the build up.

Klos was regularly top of the most beaten keeper from outside his box stats, if he stayed in his line he could’ve been one the best, could never understand why he was constantly off his line?

Anyway charbonnier and wattereus were way underrated, charbonnier put in one hell of a display one day I’d never seen anything like it 🤔 well not since the day Goram v Celtic and saving from van Hooydonkey from point blank 😆, charbonnier still the only World Cup winner at ibrox as far as I know 🤔 I also rated Alexander, great keeper and underrated, Bonnie Ginsburg, obviously woods, we’ve always had great keepers, kinda blessed in that department 😆.

I think Dykes would be a good signing and would compliment Defoe well if we were to play the 2 up top just like crouch did back in his premier league days but wouldn't want us splashing out 2 million that Livi are apparently wanting on him. Hoping we can squeeze a bargain, perhaps offer them McCrorie back on loan for the season as well as maybe another youngster on loan to bring the price down.

Maybe Aidan Wilson at centre half if they want him as they lost Lamie to Motherwell. There is no way he can be a replacement for Alfredo though if he goes, we would need a fairly big money signing to replace him.

Ah never seen that mate, oh well didn’t look like he was going to make it for us anyway, was doubting whether Livi would even want him when I seen the teams he had been on loan to haha. Nevertheless got some other talented young players we could offer for a loan that would hopefully persuade them to lower their asking price hopefully!
