Ahh, the days when we had captains and players like Barry big amo bomber and hughie who lived for games against that mob now we have a captain and vice captain scared shirtless everytime we face that mob!

Agree8 Disagree0

09 Apr 2024 11:45:40
Goughie not hughie !

09 Apr 2024 11:59:51
We also have the fans who turn their backs in the face of adversity!

Treble a definite possibility but the fans can only write off the team.

09 Apr 2024 12:07:35
That scared he scores against then every time we play them.

09 Apr 2024 12:26:46
Really Laudrup, Tavernier tried to play the ball out for a throw in and the pace Maeda was running at caused a freak goal.
Tav is scared of nothing and to post that using a great name like Laudrup is insulting that great name.

09 Apr 2024 12:42:00
Tav was like a rabbit in the head lights, slowest player on the park to react and then played himself into trouble with an awful clearest.

Watch it again, he’s ball watching then panics, I actually think he’s expecting Butland to come and get it.

Really poor by him as was his overall performance again against Celtic.

09 Apr 2024 12:44:24
Even though it's true, you're not allowed to post things like this.

09 apr 2024 12:53:03
dk, you genuinely appear to have a longheld belief that all rangers fans at ibrox are on here and ain't goods fans like you

you couldn't be more wrong

only a small percentage here attaend ibrox.

09 Apr 2024 12:58:50
You've made it perfectly clear Dado that you dislike Tav.
I continually laugh at the comments on here about him.
Highest scoring full back in British football history.
I remember the comment, not from you, that he causes more goals than he scores. Hilarious. Even just taking the league this season he has scored 16 and assisted 8.
We have as a team lost 20 league goals.
We win as a team and lose as a team and this continual need for posters to single out and vilify players after a setback is typical of the self proclaimed best support in the world.

09 Apr 2024 13:11:46
Jfm, I could have rN faster than tav to clear that ball. Another point in the game the ball was crossed in our box and tav was more intrested shouting at goldson to go after the ball which was nearest him. and yes meads got the ball. tav was shocking and looked lost the whole game. i'd drop him for next old firm game.

09 Apr 2024 13:14:35
Tbf Jfm general concensus is he's better on the front foot bud.

09 Apr 2024 13:16:03
I don't dislike Tav, and I have stuck up for him time and again on here, but there is no denying that his head goes in pressure games against them.

Correct Tom, there's plenty who sit around me, or the ones we drink with in the Louden before the games, who criticise failure. Maybe DK should get himself along to Ibrox and see for himself.

I'm still waiting on an answer to my question. Is one point out of a possible nine against them this season good enough, and the sign of champions?

09 Apr 2024 13:27:29
Never said it was good enough, when we win tomorrow we go two points clear. I believe we will be champions. The only player I will give pass marks too in the first half was Jack Butland.
I agree fork he's better on the front foot, Maeda is bloody fast and no doubt Tav has lost pace this year but the constant criticism of him I imo ott.
Davie 1980 do you realise the pressure at the point of taking that penalty. How can anybody say he looked lost the whole game. Virtually the whole team looked lost the first half.
I see most people stating Sterling played well.
It was his sloppy pass that gave them possession that led to the first goal but were only allowed to criticise Tav and Goldson.

09 Apr 2024 13:39:56
is it good enough? NO

However look at the bigger picture. Before PC came in, no one on here would have dreamed of being in this position with the league title almost in our grasp.

Hopefully this is the game that spurs the players on for the last stretch of the season and get a good result against that mob at their own place.

Celtic are the ones that bottled it and had this all been round the other way we would all be on here slating the team for throwing away a 2 nil half time lead.

09 Apr 2024 13:42:17
I have nothing against Tav and have stated that he’s been a great player for us and at times a great leader, I’ll remember him well and wish him all the best when he leaves.

He was on Sunday (and not for the first time) out his depth against Celtic and if we’re to progress and once and for all beat Celtic in a meaningful game then he’ll need to move on.

Either he puts his big boy paints on and stands to account or he needs to leave, it’s on him.

09 Apr 2024 13:43:40
You are right, Sterling's pass was very poor, however, it wasn't Sterling's fault that Tav completely lost the plot. He had plenty time to run onto that ball and clear it, but he was like a fart in a trance until it was too late. There is no excuse for that from any player.

09 Apr 2024 13:55:05
I hope you're right, Ally.

09 Apr 2024 15:40:42
Ranking loyal. tav looked terrified against them. take your blue tinted glasses off . what did tav dk the whole game. Scored a pen then got slaughtered for 90 mins. get a grip with reality eh. tav is completly the weak link against them and if i was br i'd be saying absoloutly go down tavs side again next time. tinted glasses agsinst reality eh.

09 Apr 2024 16:16:07
Roofe, I get to Ibrox 4 or 5 times a season because I live too far away to be more regular.

When I go I hear more support that boo's and I've never heard a fan hand the title to Celtic in April when we are 1 win from a 2 point lead in the league - but you have bottled the challenge.

Tom, what are you on about? We disagree on just about everything apart from Matondo (and Dessers? ) so no point engaging as you seem to become over emotional and take time away when we debate.

09 Apr 2024 16:47:14
"Bottled the challenge"?! ????.

09 Apr 2024 18:20:56
Dk you were slating a player on here yesterday but hey that’s ok cause you done it but ok else is allowed away and boil yer heid.

09 apr 2024 18:51:24
no, let's have it right

you never, ever debate, you accuse others of not being fans

and you always resort to bringing my health situation and age into it, always,

you should realise that some people have given a lifetime and a lot of money to they're club, those people earn the right to discuss football players, you seem to have a real issue with people discussing rangers players in an open and honest way,

09 Apr 2024 19:51:28
I keep chickens and they're not as crabbit as some of the chatter on here. ?.

09 Apr 2024 13:50:04
Rye, it’s easy to go online and accuse everyone else of not being a good siupporter but you are a great one, everyone at Ibrox and everyone around the country and beyond give rangers massive support and love their club, this guy has never understood that people are people and will ALWAYS speak amongst themselves and even criticise the players occasionally, absolutely nothing wrong with that.

I can only assume do is young and doesn’t yet get it, fans won’t criticise the club to outsiders but should always talk as they see fit amongst their own, not difficult to understand, football fans the world over criticise and moan, it’s called love and hope, trying to earn points constantly amongst your own is laughable really, but there’s really only him that does this so you have to assume it’s an age thing.

09 Apr 2024 19:58:35
And btw. I would say Rangers have one of the most loyal fanbase in the world, and I don’t use that term lightly, in the world, and proven many times over, so your talking complete drivel about Rangers fans turning our backs or turning on our club, no club has more fan loyalty than Rangers.
