Blue89, I read yesterday that Rrhamani came off the pitch injured yesterday. Lad was apparently in tears. Seems that might affect a move for him this transfer window.
If I was to guess from the media I think Traore (from ferencvaros) would be first in. I'm also hopeful Sima might be possible given Clements previously said he couldn't come in 'at the moment'. Maybe shifting of Tav and Cantwell could lead to two coming in up top?

My Star, are you sure Devine is good cover to maybe play 25 games this season? Sterling does pick up injuries which would mean Devine would need to play a lot of games, and possibly in Europe too. A 34 year old O’Donnell started before him at Motherwell only a few months ago.
Crazy take thinking we don’t need another RB. It also says a lot that King has been playing there ahead of Devine in pre season. Also, I think Devine was called up late to the training camp because of Tavs injuries. Devine clearly done the pecking order, and rightly so. He’s not a kid anymore.

My Star, Devine played around 12 games and came off the bench for half of them. The point I’m making is, if you want to compete in Europe, and for 3 trophies domestically, then we need a back up right back signed. If Sterling was as available as Tav has been, I wouldn’t mind, but he’s not and after last season, you would think he could pick up some injuries again this season.
You know yourself, that the idea is to make sure your back up options are as good or as close to the ones in front, so the drop off in quality isn’t noticed. We only need to look across the city, it’s their depth that gets them through tough games. If Devine/ King played back up to Sterling, then unfortunately we would struggle if Sterling misses any games. For me, Devine, King and Fraser should all be loaned out because none are ready right now. Doesn’t mean they’ll never be ready, but they must play games.
All entitled to our opinion though.

I am a backer of Clement but for me he is losing the plot . One look at that load of garbage yesterday shows why we shouldn`t be chasing Tav and Cantwell out the door . Its all very well to say they are saleable assets but if you do sell them what are you left with? We have no threat, no creativity, no imagination to add to the obvious lack of pace and brains up front. I`ve said before if anyone, including the manager thinks that Lawrence is better than Cantwell then they are mad and Sterling, good player that he is, offers no attacking threat at all at right back . We have signed 6 players in the window and not one of them looks ready to be a first team regular but we are happy to get rid of Cantwell, Tavernier and possibly Goldson to add to Lundstram going and think we will have a better team. That current team will get him sacked and it will be his own fault.

John, I was talking to a gentleman that has good connections with current and past employees of the club and he is under the impression that there are 3 clubs that he knows with serious interest. Bournemouth, Burnley and can't remember the 3rd. The figure he told me was 6m fee and possibly 2-3m in add ons plus 10% sell on clause.

WSL a mean Lawrence is not better than Cantwell for sure but TC will be on big wages and if we can ship him off then fair enough. Are you wanting us to stay stuck in the mud and no progress? That Lundstram you mention left for free as did Kent/ Morelos who we could and should have sold to reinvest but naw we let them go on a free.
We have to ship these guys out and lower the wage bill some and the window ain't closed so chill out and judge later on. No his fault either that we signed so many god damn duds on stupid wages which makes it hard to move them on.
