I know it's not done and dusted yet but I posted last week that Tav is a friend of a friend of mine and he told him that he's leaving the club. I don't have access to great info only this one guy but what's worrying is that he's been told that our new striker Igamane is injured and likely to miss the next 4 months.

Cheers for info mate may explain why we’re after tyreese Campbell.
19 Jul 2024 03:49:03
Gal yes u were correct re tav, same story is floating re igmane.
19 Jul 2024 06:41:17
I hope so John.
The guy has been good for rangers but it’s time to move on.
19 Jul 2024 06:55:01
If tav goes , n we where too get a player in what would be folks priority
For me I think we are really frail defensively
N also still think we need a top scorer.
19 Jul 2024 07:54:46
So that's Raskin and Igamane injured, roll up roll up, who's next?
19 Jul 2024 07:55:06
I really feel we need another solid centreback as Davies n goldsons frailty at times really let's us down also if goldson is too leave all the more.
19 Jul 2024 07:58:59
There was talk from Morocco that Igamane was injured and missed some games for his previous club, so could be some truth in that unfortunately. Would just be out luck if he is out for that length of time.
19 Jul 2024 08:07:58
It appears I'm in the minority, both in terms of wanting Tav to stay, but also in thinking we need better than Sterling if he goes.
19 Jul 2024 08:22:38
Sterling can defend very well at one to one's, massive quality in a fullback, i 100% trust Sterling far more at rb.
19 Jul 2024 08:31:46
Didn't Clement say that Igamane has never trained or played at the level of Rangers and it would take him time to get up to speed?
Or have I completely made that up?
19 Jul 2024 08:38:40
GAL, looks like you were spot on mate, great info.
19 Jul 2024 08:42:17
Getting money for tav is the right thing to do.
Sterling is a great player imo but done his best work in the middle of the park.
I'm really hopeful goldson amd Davies will be next to leave.
19 Jul 2024 09:00:24
Sterling is better than Tav but you want Tav to stay or better than Sterling if Tav goes. That doesn't make any sense.
19 Jul 2024 09:26:03
Injured and out for 4 months before he’s even kicked a ball sounds about right. Didn’t someone say he was the replacement for roofe ?.
19 Jul 2024 09:38:12
I rate sterling but I'm not comfortable with what we are are left with balogon won't last a full season, especially with plastic pitchs n as I said goldsons just not what he was n Davies is a bit part player we need a solid partnership.
19 Jul 2024 09:48:45
Sterling can't seem to stay fit though, whereas Tav rarely missed a game. Be careful what you wish for. There's other guys I'd much rather we move on first, Goldson, Dowell, Lawrence, Davies, Matondo. But needs must, no outs equal no ins. As for Igamane, if he's out for 4 months yet passed a medical that's absolutely disgraceful.
19 Jul 2024 09:53:43
Personally I would prefer Sterling in the DM position, but he is quality in every position he has played. I wish Tav all the very best, he has been a great player for us and an even better goalscorer.
19 Jul 2024 10:19:24
Tavs been a great servant and would happily keep him but think we can build a better side with sterling starting at right back. There's more pressing issues in the side than replacing Tav tbh centre midfield scares me to death and still do see the goals in the side we need from our forwards. We need Danilo to really fire if he and dessers rotate we need minimum of 20 a piece. Cortes must provide goals and assists in double figures along with a new right winger and whoever plays CAM needs to bring more to the table than either cantwell or Lawrence offer.
Few have spoken of desire to move Davies and goldson on, goldson yes as he's looked at times like he's chucked it but imo balogun and Davies are our strongest pairing, Souttar is prone to more errors. To summarise we need a new Central midfielder, Right winger, Center half and another option to freshen the frontline that could be Sima as he can play across the front 3. That's bare minimum to compete for league imo.

If he is going get Johnston from Sturm Graz, talk is the boy isn't happy . We should have had him before he went there . Loan deal is certainly possible . The boss must be getting dizzy trying to adjust this squad the way he needs it as there is no money from the tie and blazer imposters and the only money they have ever put in has had to make them a profit on it, we have had these types for decades . grifters.
19 Jul 2024 10:29:20
Rabbi that's why i think it's rubbish mate, unless he's picked up an injury as a Rangers player, because he's never passing a medical if he can't play for four months.
19 Jul 2024 10:44:31
A medical would cover serious health issues and serious physical impairments relevant to insurance cover, a sprain, strain or similar would not be a problem.
19 Jul 2024 10:45:25
irrespective of whether Tav stays or goes we need two quality centre backs. Goldson is done and should never have been given a new contract. Souttar is not good enough. There is at least one bad mistake a game with him.
Unfortunately I don't see any meaningful signings unless e are luck enough to bring in a couple on loan or we fluke it through to the Group Stages of the champions League.
I feel for Clement because we don't appear to have a Board that is very dynamic and coming up with clever ways of generating new ideas, or new investment.
19 Jul 2024 11:11:12
Sterling isn’t technically good enough to be in middle of the park. Just my opinion think he will be a good right back.
19 Jul 2024 11:14:47
I hope your right otherwise the medical depth and our manager have to answer why we've signed someone injured especially when moneys toght.
19 Jul 2024 11:24:43
Back up for sterling is Devine hence reason he was taken out to Holland mid camp.
19 Jul 2024 14:22:45
Sterling is more than capable playing in the middle of the park. We went on our best run when we started playing Sterling at centre mid. ?♂️.
