Everton in for Tav. Easy 30million if weak knees Tierney went for 25. Tavs been in Europa League team of the week so often. Tierney s not even been mentioned. I'd let him go for 30. Not out of the realm of possibility. Best defensive record Europe only comparable to Bayern Munich. We always sell ourselves shirt. 55. One day cliser.

1.) 13 Dec 2020 20:46:35
Personaly think we demand more for him than 30 million.30 million for a fullback with stats like that. i'd be asking a lot more than 30 million. you want him you pay the big bucks. why scottish clubs continuasly sell themself short is beyond me.

2.) 13 Dec 2020 20:58:18
30m to open talks. I’d absolutely hate to loose tav and would happily see him retire at the famous. What he brings to the team this season I don’t think you could replace for any amount of money. He loves it here and believe the only team he would leave for is possibly Leeds. He has fell in love with rangers and rangers have fell in love with him. There’s a few I wouldn’t mind loosing this season but tav certainly isn’t one one of them.

3.) 13 Dec 2020 23:09:47
I’d sell him for £30m however I don’t think we’ll get anywhere near that only 1 month ago I posted a price list of the full squad 1 by 1 and was slaughtered by what I’d say was a fair majority on here regarding most my prices, II said £20-25m for kamara, and was slaughtered. I said £15-20m tav, and was slaughtered. Now people want £30m for tav and £25m for kamara. Probably the same people who slaughtered me lol I’d rather we kept tav till the summer and would wish him well at £20m.

4.) 13 Dec 2020 23:30:20
Its not scottish clubs " selling themselves short " at all, its what they are offered, same thing as the old firm takes players from smaller leagues or clubs in this country, they are offered and they make a decision, no point having a player you want 50 million for when your only offered 5, you don't sell, if your player is worth 50m to another club they will pay close to that, if they value him at 5 that is what they will offer, or near too, no players ever went for what a football fan thinks that's for sure, as most have no idea what goes in, or otherwise to the deal, Tav may be great here, this season he may be rotten down south, nobody is going to pay 30milion to find out.

5.) 14 Dec 2020 00:07:19
What was it chris sutton said celtic should demand for keiran tierney after man u shelled out stupid money on wan bissaka? Mabey buzzbum can tell us? Was a lot more thn they got but for a full back Tav must have the best stats in europe if not world football. Way better thn KT had he's also everpresent and not injury prone so we should be demanding top dollar. Am sure chris sutton would agree. Although he'll definitely disagree as he plays for glasgows finest. 55 here we come, in Gerrard we trust!

6.) 14 Dec 2020 00:19:44
Get real. 29 year old no resale value. What a player and what a season he's having but a 30m valuation is just ridiculous.

7.) 14 Dec 2020 07:02:39
Herewego55, your absolutely spot on mate. 30 million for Tav is ridiculous- it should be nearer 40 million !

8.) 14 Dec 2020 07:26:08
I don’t think they were serious with the £30 valuation Herewego55, I just assumed it was another piss take like the £50m for Morelos?

9.) 14 Dec 2020 07:34:04
Aye, if Tav had been early 20's then absolutely, but at 29 there's no way he is going for anywhere near these figures. I reckon 10m would be optimistic.

10.) 14 Dec 2020 07:46:58
Of course it’s ridiculous hwg but the same people put up the same ridiculously high prices every couple of weeks and will probably never grasp the football market, no 30 year old will go for 30m unless he’s just scored 25 goals for Barcelona and heading to PSG, not a fullback from Scotland, far too old for that sort of price.

11.) 14 Dec 2020 09:02:05
I've always rated tav highly but i tend to agree with Tomthumb12 on this regarding the age thing! If tav was say 23 years old, we would be able to get £20million + for him with his stats and his fitness levels, as he's a total athlete, who isn't out injured a lot! However as tav is close to 30 years old now, i think any team wishing to buy tav would probably get him, if of course tav wanted to go in the first place,
for around £12million-£15million max
imo 🤔.

12.) 14 Dec 2020 10:19:52
Thumb thumb. totaly disagree with you there. english clubs have always sold scotland short knowing that a few million quid big for a few teams in scotland. let's take john McGinn for instance. when steve bruce started laughing and chuckling live on sky sports stating 3 million pound for john McGinn is laughable as he was getting quoted at the time for a 50 million pound move to man u after only a year at Aston villa. or ryan gauld for instance. sporting Lisbon buying him for 3 million and instantly inserting a 47 million pound release clause in his contract. The fact steven gerrard comes out and officially states that rangers players prices will not be sold on the cheap any more says it all. granted its scottish football and the leagues not great but european competition is european competition no matter what country you play in. if tag was in england playing like that he'd be quoted around 60 million us player. yet everton are going to bid around 7 million. ye your right lol they don't sell us short do they 🤔🤷‍♂️.

13.) 14 Dec 2020 10:20:38
If we were going to sell tav for any less than £15-20m then he’s more valuable to the club by keeping him. I think we’d struggle to get a better right wing back at rangers and in scotland, to the style we play and the job he does, he’s more valuable to keep for another 4 years and maybe lose for nothing than to accept £8,10,12m. Tav looks as though he could play to that level till he’s 34,35 when the legs go so I think £15m or even £20m is good value, if a club likes him enough to want him in the first place he’s getting a 4 year deal anyway. So with his numbers and what they’re seeing why not pay the £15-20 as you’re getting his best years on a 4-5 year contract. I think it’s great value for money tbh. He won’t hit they numbers in England but who would? He needs to go to the right club playing the right system to get best out of him. If he does that he’s worth it, if not al gladly keep him.

14.) 14 Dec 2020 10:56:56
Tav will be worth whatever someone is willing to pay. 👍
Rangers will also have their own valuation of what they think he's worth.
It's then up to any buying and selling clubs to come to an agreement. 👍
It shows how fickle us fans can be as plenty on here would have chased him out the door for nothing last season.

15.) 14 Dec 2020 11:01:01
I could be wrong but has Tav not only got a 18mth contract left, if so in the summer he will go for between 10 and 15 million imo

Due to Scottish market, age and contract left.

16.) 14 Dec 2020 11:12:03
I with IGWT on this one. Unless we get top dollar for Tav, and he is willing to stay, then he's much more valuable with us, than leaving us.

17.) 14 Dec 2020 11:15:07
If so delman . We best get him tied down pronto mate.

18.) 14 Dec 2020 11:58:31
Tav and Goldsonhave 18 months left on contracts.

19.) 14 Dec 2020 12:25:38
I'd tie both down on deals that will take them to the end of their careers here. That's how much they have improved over the past couple of years. And must say I thought Tav"s free kick was absolutely sensational. To be that far out and not give the goalie an earthly chance of saving it was just unbelievable.

20.) 14 Dec 2020 12:37:52
Perhaps we are struggling financially and can’t afford to offer improved deals which tav goldson and kamara all deserve, more money. Maybe need to wait till we get the deadwood out the door and split the saved wages between these players. Or till fans are back in the door. May be we need to sell someone for cash to afford the new contracts these players deserve and probably want.

21.) 14 Dec 2020 14:23:42
IGWT, deadwood out the door in about three weeks, improved contracts for Tavernier - who will end his career here - and Goldson. For me, Kamara is the one who will go and make us a lot of money.

22.) 14 Dec 2020 16:36:41
I wish some of our fans would learn to respect players and stop describing them as deadwood and other derogatory names.

23.) 14 Dec 2020 19:55:23
Dave, everyone has put up an opinion, many with ridiculous figures, you have shown yet again your incredibly strange understanding of football, you say a 30 year old fb in English football would go for, 60 m, yet again your lack of knowledge is breathtaking, stick to 50 Morelos stories mate.

24.) 14 Dec 2020 20:44:31
Sorry john25 do u know tbh as I wrote that I felt what u said. I would like to accept that was a wrong statement and I’m sorry to have said it. My point was the players who won’t play a part. That’s all.

25.) 14 Dec 2020 21:15:14
Don't you worry yourself John, they can't hear anything.

28 Aug 2020 20:50:00
Seen big boss Walter around the place recently. No wonder we've been good since the start. The cavalry has arrived to point out Stevie and co's past mistakes. Walter Smith doesn't just show up at training for the last few days, just to pass the time of day. He's having input and by looking at what's going on, Stevie is man enough now to accept his mistakes and is trying to improve and change. The RFC board is pushing out the boat this season to give us 55. There is no alternative. We will win.

1.) 28 Aug 2020 21:42:43
Smith has had no in put at all.

2.) 28 Aug 2020 22:13:46
KJA9 - prove that statement. How do you know? Always badgering people who post. Give it a break.

3.) 28 Aug 2020 22:20:59
Pure fantasy.

4.) 28 Aug 2020 22:30:01
if we were going to let sir Walter dictate how things were going to be done, he'd be back in his brown brogues. Let him enjoy his retirement, he's earned it.

5.) 28 Aug 2020 22:33:05
I’d be surprised if that was his motive and no manager would put up with someone brought in to point his mistakes out. it’s only a good thing for our club tho if Legends like him are around and I’m sure SG enjoys and listens during the convos. Can’t get enough legends like Mr Smith around training complex and Ibrox.,

6.) 28 Aug 2020 22:50:01
SG admitted at the start he'd talk to Walter. Who wouldn't?

Consulting and chatting with a club legend is a completely different thing to Walter being the coach behind the scenes.

7.) 28 Aug 2020 22:50:56
I'm quite sure Gerrard has had input and advice from smith and many others in the game. Maybe not during training sessions though to be fair👍.

8.) 28 Aug 2020 23:00:10
You hear in interviews with managers all the time that they speak with other managers, ex managers/ team mates etc. i'm sure Walter and others will talk to Gerrard, offer advice but not formally and not bluntly to point out his mistakes.

9.) 28 Aug 2020 23:15:55
100% gerrard and coaching staff will have been happy to have sir walter on the training pitch and steven gerrard has stated before he picks sir walters brains on football what footballw man wouldnt.

10.) 29 Aug 2020 00:20:23
Didn't say anywhere that Walter was a behind the scenes coach. To the doubters, kja, Snell, sir Walter, etc. look at today's training photos released by RFC. Uploaded by RFC. On RFC official website. Walter is there beside stevie. Training pitch. Today. Photographs of them. Together. Players close by. If it's fantasy and he has no input, why is he there? Just to pass the time of day? He's just there to look at the grass and pissy clouds and not pass comment on anything? I'm just an old retired successful RFC manager with no helpful suggestions whatsoever because I'm retired. Any help to win the league is imperative. He can say anything he likes to Stevie because he has earned the right. Anyhoo, the whiners on here don't bother me. its all keyboard banter. I can take a pisstake.

11.) 29 Aug 2020 01:20:10
Im 57 in the building trade for 40 years and still learning even more from older people

The old saying "The day when you know everything is the day you die"

12.) 29 Aug 2020 07:33:38
Who cares? He either gives advice or he doesn’t.

Either way, it’s not really something to get all excited about on here.

This I’m right your wrong, my dads bigger than your dad just gives the Celtic fans ammunition to say that our fans are thinker than theirs.

13.) 29 Aug 2020 09:11:25
Well if any of you listen to Stevie G. He has stated many times that he has phoned Walter for advice etc throughout his time as manager so he must be lieing eh. Its isn't an official capacity or anything its simply advice. and let's be honest he would be silly not to ask this legend for advice.

14.) 29 Aug 2020 09:24:58
Correct Kri55. SG recognises Sir Water as source of immense experience and wisdom to tap into. Sir Walter loves the club, brings no ego and is available for a quiet word of advice if called on. Absolutely love pic of SG and Sir Water together.

15.) 29 Aug 2020 09:53:30
Lets hope when we win the league this year we can ask Sir Walter to do the trophy presentation or the flag unfurling!

16.) 29 Aug 2020 10:13:31
Walter has seen and done it over the years. Stevie is a very smart and knowledgeable young manager who is driven and, in his own words, not averse to consulting the old fox from time to time. Put two and two together. Not saying Walter is picking the team or anything as ludicrous as that, but obviously Stevie gets some very useful pointers from time to time.

17.) 29 Aug 2020 10:51:41
I think there is a bit of truth in there somewhere of course SG would listen to WS of course he’d listen but each manager has his own ways of managing and to say SG has accepted his mistakes and WS is there to correct them is wrong in so many fronts, if that was the case WS would day be the manager he would take responsibility for his decisions and I can’t see SG allowing someone else’s ideas to be used on his team and rightly so can we not accept that WS can walk in and out of our training ground as he pleases he is a legend of our club and while he is there they will chat and SG will listen and if they both agree the advice may be used but to say he’s there to point out SGs mistakes is wrong.

18.) 29 Aug 2020 11:51:08
Everyday is a school day 🔴⚪️🔵.

19.) 29 Aug 2020 13:44:05
Baz . u don’t know he has, so now you badger ka. As I try to say on here many times people should try respect opinions or as all just closing site down.

20.) 29 Aug 2020 16:18:44
That was a long debate on nothing then, he’s been talking occasionally with Walter for 3 years,

21.) 29 Aug 2020 17:11:11
seriously, if you have met walter while talking to sandy jardine, class does operate that way.

22.) 29 Aug 2020 23:29:30
It was leaked last week that walter comes into training to talk to the players about what rangers means, this season in particular and that the players are "terrified" of him. No tactical input, just motivation.

23.) 02 Sep 2020 12:32:49
Having Sir Walter around the club has to be nothing but a positive thing. He got the best out of every player in his teams. Players would run through brick walls for him.

17 Jun 2020 15:30:00
Wrote to castore about the kit. The symbol should be embroidered. I was mistaking it with the training kit. I can admit when I'm wrong.

Alfie might be off to Arab country and Tav off to England. Say we get 22 million for the two. To keep everyone happy we could get dykes, cosgrove, shankland and kamberi for say 5 million. What a selection to have. Then spend 8 million on two mids and 8 million on two defenders. We need something different. Kent and hagi should come good. Jack as captain and hladky v McGregor for goalie. Mccrories back and docherty as subs.

1.) 17 Jun 2020 15:40:19
Rossco then we will be broke. You’re sums seem to forget wages.
In case u have not noticed any euro qualifiers behind closed doors. That’s three million hole in budget. Then who knows if crowds allowed in if we get to group stages.

2.) 17 Jun 2020 15:45:55
Do you know if we'll be due any money after this season's Europa League is finally finished next season John?

3.) 17 Jun 2020 15:50:48
Sorry mate but that selection is awful 🤣.

4.) 17 Jun 2020 16:03:49
If morelos goes i fear the worst if that's are choice of strikers.

5.) 17 Jun 2020 17:13:54
You must have the lowest set of standards I’ve ever seen. Utter dross those players you’ve suggested.

6.) 17 Jun 2020 17:22:14
Roscoe if Morelos goes I’d like to be a bit more ambitious with replacing him. buya turey would be on my list among others.

7.) 17 Jun 2020 17:33:28
Mr grumpy not sure when they pay out, if they have paid up to date.
But over the season not counting gate money we have earned significant prize money.
Also when we got out off group stages we receive payments for TV games against braga and Leverkusen
Last year clubs across Europe received prize money at end of June.
If u want me to work out approximately what we received per round I will.
Uefa europa league web site details prize money very well.
It’s always a good read and curs out all the guesswork on here
Gate money which we have already collected was around
Eleven million, from nine home ties
And before a certain other jumps in we have to pay outgoings, I know that, that is not the question.
Ball park using sfa formula they amount to about 20% of income.

8.) 17 Jun 2020 17:36:33
Totally agree Bathgate. Every player signed has to be better than what we had.

9.) 17 Jun 2020 17:40:15
If we get rid of fredo then we need much better than cosgrove (just a big lump) kamberi (not good enough)
Dykes absolutely no chance is he good enough to play for rangers ever.

We will need to hope they had the scouts out before the season it’s over because none of those 3 are good enough to be no1 striker.

10.) 17 Jun 2020 17:47:38
No disrespect to Dykes and Cosgrove but we should be aiming our sights higher.

11.) 17 Jun 2020 17:52:01
Absolutely correct kJ I think Taylor also not good enough to be number one.

12.) 17 Jun 2020 17:55:55
We should be getting about 2million from spfl, second place and the rest from euro run.10 million or something. We aren't in the hole. Look at our prizes that we're owed. We haven't even finished our run in Europe yet!

Fods, halliday, flanagan, Alnwick are already gone. Rossiter too, who was on at least 10k a week. We're already saving a good amount on wages. Yes the 4 strikers I mentioned are awful as some say, but then others on here bang on about signing them. They're not my standards. We all want mbappe or messi, but remember where we play. What is our standard in scotland? Our league is more or less 6 professional teams v pub teams. With all the bad news surrounding our club and the spfl, which good players would honestly want to come to scotland? Who was Morelos before he signed for us? Kris Boyd? Some get better here. Others fade away. Hagi wasn't even selected in genk, then comes here and destroys Braga. We all want the best, but we take who's available in our budget. Remember we're a business.

13.) 17 Jun 2020 18:08:44
And AGAIN the opening post wants to sell players off on the cheap.
English 3rd division players noone has heard of are being priced at 15mill+
Get a grip man.

14.) 17 Jun 2020 18:00:06
If there's a 2nd wave there won't be football for 6 months at least.

15.) 17 Jun 2020 18:35:10
The 2 of them are at least 27-30 mil. Tav might not be the best defender but neither are most full backs down there.

16.) 17 Jun 2020 19:21:47
So we would have Defoe, kamberi, cosgrove, dykes, shankland all looking for a start in what is most likely going to be a 433 formation with one striker? 🤣 if we sell morelos, bring in kamberi on the cheap and spend 5-10m on a quality striker. Give us options that way and 150k (ish) for kamberi is a bargain given he looked better than morelos for tail end of season.

17.) 17 Jun 2020 19:30:23
Kamberi for £150,000 would be Ok and I quality striker who can score goals at European level, given that we expect to be in Europe every year. We have enough fringe players picking up money for nothing.

18.) 17 Jun 2020 20:16:40
Why sell top goalscorer and replace him with 4 players in the same position who aren't anywhere near as good, dykes and kamberi would be good squad signings but a direct replacement for morellos would be a minimum requirement.

19.) 17 Jun 2020 22:08:00
I’ve just read an article saying that we’re to receive over 2 million from the incomplete season and around 20 + million from Europa league run.

20.) 18 Jun 2020 00:42:49
20 million+. this money is still not good enough for some on this site. All negative. It seems as if morelos is a god and if he goes we're doomed. He's the most important player. Who was he before he joined? A no-one. 2k a week first year and now on 30k+ a week. Red cards and all. Are we all thanking caixinha for bringing him here? No. He's a good player, but I'd rather reinvest the profit he brings in. Everyone forgets when he's let us down. Yes he bangs in the goals, but a player isn't bigger than a club. Look at Beckham and Alex. F. It seems that if Alfie goes we're Fu**ed. Get yer head out the arse. There's a million players out there available. A bad attitude shows and I've seen it many times watching him pitch side. If he's not sold, I hope he comes back better with a more professional attitude. I'm sick of watching us play 10 v 11 against shi#* teams due to Alfie's behaviour.

21.) 18 Jun 2020 13:31:47
Love Morelos as much as the next man, but it’s probably the right time to move him on if a good fee comes in, replacement sights should be set higher than the names mentioned, however I do expect Gerrard to be looking at big physical guys, he knows it’s needed as an option up here, if he goes expect that guy to be Toney or similar costly alternative if he stays I expect it to be an impact guy like dykes etc.

22.) 20 Jun 2020 17:15:00
A think Rangers need a bit of steel on the park, think Kenny McLean would be a really good signing him being a massive Rangers fan aswel, and looks as tho Norwich will be relegated.

07 May 2020 22:37:44
Man o man. There's nothing incriminating whatsoever. It's just page after page of supposed incompetence of the spfl. That's not corruption. It's not coercion. We were all led to believe that we had bang on proof against N.D and Mckenzie. Unless we pull something from our arse linking them directly to wrongdoing, we're in trouble. A few pieces of limited info here and there relating to TV deals and liability isn't enough.

Voting interference is a problem, but the staff shortage has that covered. From what I see, there is nothing. Just questions. No real proof relating any one person to any one crime. If we have wassap messages or financial records, then we might have something. At the mo, it's all Bs. It's embarrassing. 1 month to accuse spfl with no proof. Some evidence must have been kept secret from us until the meeting next week. Let's hope. If not RFC will lose all respect from so many people and the p**s taking will go on for years. It's not looking good. Fingers crossed for new evidence.

1.) 08 May 2020 08:13:48
The whole exercise is to win the votes of the clubs so we can get an inquiry . It wasn’t designed to bring the spfl down . Hopefully the inquiry will do that . or if no inquiry. our next move
There was a lot of damming accusations in that doc . and if they are not true . you would think the spfl would be screaming legals from the rooftops . but they are not and seem more concerned about influencing joe public rather than addressing the content .
Let’s wait and see.

2.) 08 May 2020 08:22:11
Doncaster was told by 2 clubs that there was an attempt to bully them into changing they're vote. Doncaster didn't tell the SPFL board about it and didn't do anything about it.
Surely not pointing out the ramifications that might occur if the season was finished early (liabilities regarding the TV deals and sponsorship)
Telling uefa that the majority of clubs wanted the league's finished before anyone has voted?
I thought there was plenty of questions in the dossier for the SPFL and especially Doncaster to answer.

3.) 08 May 2020 10:14:34
For me the evidence is not exactly mind blowing. yes incompetence is evident but not to the level our board were shouting about. I'm dissapointed and quite embarrassed by this as a rangets fan.

4.) 08 May 2020 10:52:31
Rossco, i don't agree with you, our gripe is the s.p.f.l. Told the clubs the good side of finishing league early, they never told them the bad side, that outweighs the goodside, but this is only us trying to get an inquiry opened, its the stuff we have not mentioned that's the good part.

5.) 08 May 2020 10:53:46
So voting interference is covered in the uk by staff shortages? mmm.

6.) 08 May 2020 11:06:22
considering their rebuttal was found quicker than the missing vote. yes.

7.) 08 May 2020 12:23:24
Doncaster was quick out the blocks, last weekend doing interviews all over the place, where is he today with answers to the accusations Not a peep. No McClellan self answer session either, no Alloa/ Dunfermline Chairman denials today.
All quiet, because they are all corrupt and all Rangers haters.

8.) 08 May 2020 19:07:05
The SFL had already contacted UEFA 10 days before the vote to me that's corruption. They have withheld information about possible financial liabilities involved with the tv deal should season finish early to the sum of 10mil which to me is misconduct. They stated they were unable to pay out prize money until season ends but withheld the fact member clubs could receive interest free loans which could have been payable when prize money issued. They announced vote results prior to the final votes being cast again corruption. Dundee have since had financial sponsorship from a company who don't have the finances to cover it, in other words it's a pay off for the yes vote. At the very least we have provided enough for an independent investigation.

9.) 09 May 2020 02:53:11
Bhl83.the letter to UEFA meant absolutely nothing, and the outcome of the vote backed what said. The only thing rangers could argue for poor governance is that there are too few non-executive directors on the board, affecting the independence. Nothing else.

10.) 09 May 2020 08:33:39
Bellshilad there's a heap of reasos why this inquiry should happen, but this lot have been running things there way for so long other clubs will fear letting there big boss down, big pete with the smelly feet, lol.

02 May 2020 15:52:30
Just reading that Tommy Wright has quit as st johnstones manager. Strange timing, is it not. A few days before evidence is produced. Maybe creating some distance for himself? Maybe just a coincidence.

1.) 02 May 2020 15:57:25
I am blaming a lot of people for a lot of things on here but never once was Tommy Wright on my radar, please explain rossco.

2.) 02 May 2020 16:07:15
Folks, it's probably more to do with the Norther Ireland Managers position, just my thought on it.

3.) 02 May 2020 16:32:04
agreed IRV

norn iron post prob most likely reason behind this

anyway fair play to TW always liked him - seemed to be widely respected as a manager.

4.) 02 May 2020 17:40:14
I remember we were up at there’s this season and I think we were losing. There fans were trying to keep the ball from us and waste time and tommy went mad screaming what are you doing, give him the ball. Class.

5.) 02 May 2020 18:05:06
Good luck as potential new Northern Ireland manager, always thought he done a great job at St Johnstone couldn’t understand why he was never touted for role at Hearts or Hibs with what he done on a shoestring budget every season.

6.) 02 May 2020 19:26:32
Best manager in the SPL. Most underrated manager in the SPL. Carried out miracles in Perth with no money. I'd have happily taken him at Ibrox and he's one of us too. If he took over at Ibrox I'd say thanks Stevie and hello Tommy. And before anyone whines about 'he won't attract the players Stevie will' - tbh, Gerrard's not exactly made many blow me away signings either!

7.) 02 May 2020 21:25:43
Most ridiculous post I’ve seen in a long time. St Johnston manager resigns and you think it’s about the Rangers!

8.) 03 May 2020 11:58:19
When you say our name can you try saying The Famous Glasgow Rangers, cause you know it is all about the Famous Glasgow Rangers, something you can only dream about.

9.) 03 May 2020 12:40:28
What do we really expects from ex dhim players, and the cheek to call us obsessed, all Rangers and us fans have asked for is fairness, i am not interested if they get the title, i will deal with that, truthfully we would not have caught them, but, and it's a big but, we never got the chance to do it on the park. Stubbs using EBT'S as a smokescreen to cover up the despicable behaviour of Doncaster, MacLennan and that other donkey at the SPFL, if the top is run by crooks, we don't have a chance. So Stubbs Sutton Hartson and Walker et al, can go fxxx themselves. They are basically condoning cheating at the top of the game. Says it all really, enjoy your 8* dhims.

10.) 04 May 2020 03:12:53
Concerning tommy wright i also think its a peculiar time for him to resign, however I've no idea the reason, i'm sure we'll here in due course, a top manager who should have been at ibrox years ago, again though stevie g is still the man for me.

11.) 04 May 2020 11:31:30
Billyblackpool how can any club get fairness, if any team has a gripe with celtic fc it goes in front of a celtic supporter giving his job by dessybhoy, he has worked with him for yonks, best mates, so how can he go against his paymaster, serious question, lads.

Dirty Hibs were lucky last time that none of them got sent off. Barturds will hopefully get pumped tomorrow. I'm seeing one red and a 2-1 to the rightful owners of the league trophy. RFC. We better beat them. Also I always get the score wrong.

I think we only need another 38 points and we've won the league. That's 13 games. more or less. There are only 19 games left in the league. I might be wrong? Celtic have to win their three games in hand and also beat us twice. They would still be 1 point behind. We would have to lose five games. The odds seem to be in favour. 5-0 tomorrow would be nice.

1.) 25 Dec 2020 16:36:15
If we win the 4 games this week and next including against the sheep we will be in great position and winning the league will be in our own hands.

2.) 26 Dec 2020 05:45:09
Banking its already in our hands.

24 Dec 2020 19:46:41
Look how well we play with Morelos not in the team. He's a goalscorer, but ithink it's time to cash in. Merry Christmas. One day closer lads and ladies. In a few months that trophy will be back where it belongs. We better bloody win because I've taken off the next two Saturdays.

1.) 24 Dec 2020 22:09:03
Look how bad we played without him in the st mirren game 🤭.

2.) 24 Dec 2020 22:37:00
Like the st mirren cup game you mean?

23 Dec 2020 07:47:02
Loving how 25million pound Tierney has helped arsenal to one of their worst campaigns in sixty years. We're one day loser to 55. I'm seeing a 4-1 tonight. St Johnstone won't play like mothercrap. They'll have a go.

19 Dec 2020 17:35:10
Usual Scottish crap football. Motherwell not even attempting to play. Joke of a team. I thought this was meant to be our premiership teams. At least at mirren came and had a go. We deserved to win. Hope we steamroll every team from now on. The pressure won't get to us this season. 55. One day closer.

1.) 19 Dec 2020 18:23:48
Absolutely delighted we won in the end this afternoon, in what was a big win/ big statement, the way we came back and won in the last 17 minutes or so in that game today 😁 Motherwell got what they deserved from the game, with their complete anti-football approach 😂Two banks of 5 of complete negative football,
which is hard of course for any team to break down 🤔We stuck at it and ground them down in the end 👍I was absolutely over the moon with this important win, with the way the game was going, in which will/ could be so crucial towards us winning the league at the end of the season! A mention on roofe, who's now fit and proving what a quality signing he's becoming for us 👌 Always thought the guy was a class act once we got him fit and so its proving! His goal ratio for us is quite superb TBH 👌
My cousin who's a leeds utd season ticket holder along with practically all leeds utd supporters always stated, that once roofe gets fit, he'd be an amazing signing for us and so its proving! The leeds supporters love the guy and obviously rate him very highly and actually didn't want him sold to anderlecht in the first place 👍He is tremendous on the turn, with terrific close control and an eye for goal 👀He's already looking like an absolute bargain for what we paid anderlecht for him👌.

2.) 19 Dec 2020 18:56:19
Thought Roofe and big Ceddie were great today! 👌.

3.) 19 Dec 2020 18:58:20
SGL, Roofe is looking sharp. Great win and 3 points. This result just puts more pressure on Celtic. Oh and I fancy Hearts tomorrow at 9/ 1.

4.) 19 Dec 2020 19:30:08
That's a massive price for a game between 2 average teams, come on ye Tarts.

5.) 19 Dec 2020 23:09:19
Motherwell are a disgrace to Scottish football never have you seen a team take off a forward and bring on a defender when they booted the ball up the park to no one.
Glad to see that some of the players who have been criticized by us responded with a good performance, Hagi, Itten Aribo.

6.) 19 Dec 2020 23:30:10
Hagi for me changed the game when he came on, such an intelligent football player, if he was a yard quicker he wouldn't be with us.

7.) 20 Dec 2020 07:25:28
Barber felt hagi and aribo with there give and goals and close skills made a difference.

08 Dec 2020 15:06:43
Millwall won't kneel in their next game and in my opinion neither should any teams. The black lives matter movement is a political group. Nothing to do with football. We had an incident v county and none of us knows what was said, but it seems as if clubs are being forced to obey and follow an American funded group who are nothing to do with European football clubs. If people want to kneel, that is their right, if they don't, why should they be demonised and pulled up. No matter what happens, racism will never go away.

1.) 08 Dec 2020 15:37:49
I think you are misunderstanding what 'Black Lives Matter' stands for here Rossco. rather than it being a single political constituent it is an umbrella term for a coaltion of various groups from very left wing radical activists to more centrist outlooks ie the President Elect of the USA and others

It is an affirmation that each of us regardless of our ethnicity/ skin colour has essence of humanity and that everyone has equal value and should be treated accordingly . it fact no more really than another dimension/ visible reinforcer to the club ethos ie 'Rangers for Everyone, Anyone'

2.) 08 Dec 2020 15:40:42
Totally agree roscco 3001think the knee has run its course we all know it will never change, on another matter just seen Wikipedia page that juan alegria is a rangers player any info on this guys I'm a bit confused. com.

3.) 08 Dec 2020 15:44:29
Players have chosen not to take the knee in some games (and in rugby I believe) and I haven't seen anyone being demonised? Like you say it is their right to do it if they like so why are the Millwall players having to face being booed for their personal choice?

4.) 08 Dec 2020 15:46:42
What a statement Rossco, I hope this view is in the minority.

Millwall fans have been awful for years, complete Neanderthals who have no place within football.

What political party is the black life’s matter aliens too? I can’t seem to find any.

Perhaps instead of making statements as above you could consider why people feel this type of movement is required in the 21st century.

5.) 08 Dec 2020 15:48:39
I'd rather not follow Millwall with anything, don't like anything about that club.

6.) 08 Dec 2020 16:06:19
sweep1 i would follow millwall before the tic, and i hate everything about them.

7.) 08 Dec 2020 17:31:04
Takin the knee has far outrun its course. How long they expect to do it for? Years? Even les ferdinand say it is now meaningless.

8.) 08 Dec 2020 18:26:49
I've noticed the people who are keenest on continuing on forcing players to kneel week after week are the same ones who go on about 'poppy facism' and claim presenters shouldn't be forced into wearing the poppy in the lead up to Remembrance Sunday.

{Ed001's Note - the players are not forced to kneel.}

9.) 08 Dec 2020 19:26:14
I have no real problem with it, but one thing is a fact sir rock, , that is the Black Lives Matter group is a political movement and if you dare to check further I think you will find they have far more reaching policy’s other than “ taking the knee”, in fact it’s quite scary what some of their members preach, as of course is the guff other extreme groups preach, no place for discrimination or bigotry in any society and all lives matter verly much.

{Ed001's Note - taking the knee is not a BLM thing. It is a totally separate thing and should not be confused with any kind of political movement, as the players have repeatedly been at pains to tell anyone who would listen. Though I would be really interested in these policies you mention, which I doubt you have any evidence of as BLM is not one political movement and actually consists of a number of different disparate groups from the newly elected POTUS to all sorts of fringe groups. So anything you have read is likely to be scaremongering racist bull trying to discredit it.}

10.) 08 Dec 2020 19:40:57
You beat me too it Ed, cheers.

{Ed001's Note - to be honest I am tired of reading some of the ignorance being spouted about the taking the knee. It just seems to be bringing out all the prejudices of people who don't bother finding out but just accept whatever suits their agenda. I think Colchester chairman Robbie Cowling explains it fairly well: "Those that take the knee want to highlight that all lives should be valued and should not be treated inhumanely or inferior to others just because of their race. It is undeniable that black and other ethnic minority people are still the victims of racism, and the black footballers and staff at Colchester United feel that they are in a position of privilege that has been fought for through the blood and sweat of their ancestors. A position that in 2020 the average black person is still not afforded. Those taking the knee, and supporting the taking of the knee, not only shows their willingness to support the drive to eradicate racial oppression but force it to be a talking point even when it's uncomfortable." Not a mention of BLM but no one in the media wants to do anything than reinforce stereotypes and stir up hatred, so they won't report what the players actually say about why they take the knee.}

11.) 08 Dec 2020 23:30:47
I wonder if the fourth official took the knee tonight before the PSG game?

No idea what's going on about rich and poor. It doesn't matter. At the end of the day we are all rangers supporters. Some whine and complain. Some make comments others dislike. Who cares. Every person has different opinions. We hate Morelos. We love Morelos. We can't do sh*t to decide what happens in the team. This page has only about 200 posters out of 500,000 worldwide supporters. I know multi millionaires and I know homeless guys that have more class, intelligence and respect than the rich. Who cares. We all Follow Glasgow rangers. every week we follow on. People are petty sometimes. Get over it. 55 on the way. One day closer.

Gareth bale is on 400,000 a week and he's happy sitting on the bench. Real Madrid won't let him leave for free, so he's happy to turn up for training so he gets paid. Three hours training four times a week for almost 2 million a month! At least Alfie shows that he wants to play. Then again, he storms off in a huff. The money will be invested. 55.

{Ed001's Note - actually he is on 500,000 euros AFTER tax.}

Alfredo scores goals, but he's a liability. I reckon he would have been raging yesterday and they would have been playing every dirty trick to get him sent off. Also why did the ref not give out more yellows. They committed so many blatant fouls. Joke of a team, manager and ref. Premiership team? More like a circus act. Lose 8-1 with, but play the game or do what they did. Circus act. Pathetic.

St mirren beat us. On that day their team was better, as were their managers tactics and substitutes. Their formation and whatever else. We lost. They won. Too bad. Records don't care about shots on goal or possession. Records show we lost. We'll get over it. I suspect a tough game tomorrow. Maybe 1-0. We've been Lucky on many occasions this season. Helander will be back after a long time out. Maybe even bassey will fill in as a cb. I hope we win. 55. One day closer.
