That's quite a statement and pretty damming to Alfie.

The same Halliday that thought Russell Martin was a brilliant appointment and played the fantastic football? He says Beale was the best coach he's ever worked and that's including Askou the one who's got Motherwell flying and playing fantastic football. He was useless for us as a player as well.
Say what you want about Morelos is gave 100% til his final season, he was a hothead at times but at least he had emotion and never really got fit after that injury, had negotiations for a renewal under Gio then Beale pulled the plug on it. If he was really that bad of a problem why would Gerrard and Gio keep him? Wonder if Halliday would say the same about Gazza and his off field antics.

Anyone with half a clue knew Morelos never carried himself well and had a bad attitude. I said this years ago. I'm glad the truth is all coming out. Gerrard and Gio both dropped him for his bad attitude.

Loved him, Played at his best when he was on the edge of a Red card! Fans wanted it kicked out of him! Would have him back in a heartbeat.

Do u actually believe what u wrote about Morelos DJB, he gave 100% till his last season? He always came back un fit and clearly had an attitude problem. He could have gone on to have an amazing career and played at a much higher level if it wasn't for his attitude.

I absolutely loved and rated alfie at Rangers ???Time to look forward and not back the way but buff on his game was absolutely unplayable and could occupy a full opponents backline ?I remember hummels at dortmund against morelos and he had hummels all over the place and even just kicking the ball anywhere, to get a break from him ?In the most alfie was superb for us and i'll always rate him, although of course his attitude did let him down and he should have went on to play at the highest level in a top league with the talent he had and only his attitude stopped this happening and his career has been pretty mediocre since he left us ?I still wish him well however ?.

DJB, Andy Halliday never said russell Martin WAS a brilliant appointment. He said he felt he was going to be a brilliant appointment that played free flowing football, but he later states that that wasn't the case. People can have an opinion prior to someone failing and then realise it's not been the case.

Morelos got sent off for diving b them when it was easier to round keeper and knock the ball in the net.
