Loan spell done, may just not have been photographed. Strange though, seen photos of Docherty and Murphy, aswell as Holt who had his loan cut short due to injury. Fingers crossed the lads okay though and is just camera shy.

It's been reported (not sure if true or not) that Gerrard wants to complete 3 more signings. Do you think this would mean Morelos and Tav will be staying? Because I might have thought if they were to go it may leave us short at right back and for a striker. I know Flanagan is a right back, but who would cover him. Also if Morelos were to go think we would need another proven goalscorer as not sure Defoe could play week after week and don't think Greg Stewart going to score 20-25 goals a season. The reason I also say about signings at right back for example, is that Gerrard doesn't seem keen to promote any of the youngsters at the club.

Shaft if tav goes flanagin will fill rb position and the American lad pollster will be back up so we won't really need a new rb if u look at it that way. If tav was to be sold thou I would use the money for a big target man up front or a new cb, it would be pointless in signing a new rb if tav got sold as we have cover there spend the money on quality that's needed more.

Marquee signings. Towards the end of last season SG talked of improving the starting 11 and the 18 match players. He mentioned Marquee signings, his words not mine, who of our signings or rumoured targets would you class as Marquee. I'm not having a pop at our manager He's a much needed breath of fresh air and in my mind has revitalised the club we all love. Aribo Never heard of him but seems young and skillful, Edmundson never heard of again and seems to me a back up, Stewart let's not go there again, Jones really hope I'm wrong, Hastie Again young skillful one for the future, Davis fits the bill despite his age. Ojo bags of potential but temperament questions, Kent, only drinking coffee no booze, but what if? WAIT FOR IT, are we there yet? we signed him not as a loan Permanent? Just saying.

Only seen joe aribo now and again,
but he does look an imposing midfielder. He's big, strong, athletic and can score goals. With what i've seen of him so far and if he can kick on and improve under gerrard further, then i honestly think he could be a right good player for us!
