A lot of speculation around twitter that we are in for. wait for it. Scott Allan! I'm sure this would cause uproar. Wouldn't bother me personally. Could be useful in the no.10 role in certain games. Cue meltdown.

I like scott allen as a player but i don't think we need him we need to target another young striker to mould for when el buffalo leaves replacement goalie and also a replacement lb and rb.

I think the Scott Allen ship has sailed. don't see where he would fit in our team just now. I know he's not over the hill but our policy is looking at bringing in young hungry players or top class experience ie davis, McGregor and Defoe. Just read an article about Armstrong the former Celtic player before jumping on it it's not a rumour was just the page having a bit of fun but he was a good player for them. Thought we should have signed him from united along with gauld.

Would still take Scott Allan. Most talented waste of a player in the past decade. Could have been as good as Ferguson had he got that move to us.

Personally if i had a choice, i'd much rather have lewis ferguson from aberdeen, than scott allan from hibs!
In saying that, none of the two of them at present, would get near our midfield!

Over on the celtic pages the plastic pitch debate is ongoing. To be fair on this one I couldn't agree more. there's simply no place for them in top division football. Player safety and the advantage it gives the home team are two of the hot topics. Again I agree. The one i most agree with though is the quality of the game to watch. If we are serious about selling our product it needs to be entertaining. There is nothing entertaining about watching games on these pitches. It's a hard old slog. Maybe showing more games from ibrox and celtic park than just the old firm games? Specifically avoiding showing games with these pitches until they change to grass.

Risk of injury, the spectacle I agree with. Unfair advantage i wouldn't say. Us and the smellys budget blows these teams out the water, any advantage they can think of its our job to deal with it.

SGL I get what you're saying but I enjoy when we are doing well and they start to foam at the mouth. Twitter brings me great amusement as well se of them are deranged. The issue of plastic pitches was regularly discussed on here as well last season, it's something that most fans of all clubs dislike (other than the sides utilising them) .

We have drawn Livi away. Another plastic pitch 🙈. It's horrible to watch these games. I understand it with East Fife being league 1 and if it was only the odd cup game fair enough. Killie, Livi, Hamilton though that's a quarter of the top league. It's detrimental to the overall product of the league and in some cases dangerous. Time for them to go.

Benig from forfar i don't often hear about players getting bad injuries on the pitches. Not a great surface but we should be able to play on the comfortably considering we have them at the training ground so we will be training on them leading up to these games.

Interesting that King said today he's in the last year of his Leicester deal. Free at the end of the season so this year is effectively a trial. By all accounts the Leicester fans rate him. I wasn't overly enamoured with the Arfield signing and that has worked out perfectly. Hopefully this lad is the same. Premier league experience and came up the league's so has obviously worked hard. I'm positive about this one.

Kaney not saying you are wrong I don't know if it's a loan or overdraft. But you pay interest on an overdraft every month if you are into it as well. The only real difference is with a loan a lump sum arrives in your bank whereas an overdraft allows you to go into the negative (basically spend the banks money) as and when you please. Being a business account there could also be a set fee for the privilege of having the overdraft which could look like interest payments. I do remember a story a while back about an overdraft and another about a loan both from close brothers so it's possible both are true. It doesn't mean rangers are skint though as the purpose if I remember right was to improve our credit rating with the banks going forward. People do this all the time as do companies. It's prudent to have options if anything unforeseeable were to happen.

Tav has 3 goals and 6 assists and Borna has 2 goals and 6 assists in the league so far. Their stats are very similar. Tav had a sticky patch but has defended well of late and cut out the sloppy mistakes. Can we not just enjoy having 2 excellent full backs t the minute. Wasn't that long ago we had guys like Richard Foster and Agyriou (Greek lad not sure how it's spelt) 🤣. Tav is still the best RB in the league so I think we are doing ok ðŸ‘.

SRK Tav has kept it simple the last couple of games and done really well. I know your name has Katic in it, but it's hard to see past the back 4 just now. Keeping Porto out at home and they needed a wonder goal at the Dragao as well.

Too low. We shouldn't accept less than £15m, if someone wants him. He's a Finnish international and one of their best players at that.
