Can talk about individual performances all you want (butland in particular) but the full team is simply not good enough to compete for the title. Badly need a left footed centre half, a number 6 that dictate the tempo and a number 9.
Think Danny Rohl is definetly the man to lead us forward but think going for the title will be a step too far the this current squad this year. What's your thoughts bears?

Everyone's needing to calm down this result has been a long time coming. Changes are coming but probably not in time to save this season. It stuck out today more than anything how poor our signings were in the summer and these players shouldn't be anywhere near our club as they aren't good enough.

It's strange though clasper because a lot of these players came from the dizzy heights of England. I just can't fathom why they are under performing. I thought it was because they are not good enough but I'm told they are quality because English championship players are levels above us. Maybe the fans are to blame.

i agree after watching not the game today but all the games this season and we are so fragile get bullied all over the park think we need seasoned spine 2cb an arnfield type in mid field and a striker and wingers who can take on a man as i say i have seen all games and i wonder how mutch this squad cares because heart and bottle and wanting to play for the jersey for me should be standard and if you are not someone on the park telling you to get your finger out i just get a feeling this group do not care.

Was really confident that we would have got something from todays game but too many didn't turn up. Conceding nothing just now but any chance we had of winning the league was slim but still a lot of games to be played.
I agree I think Rohl can take us forward and good player recruitment in January, and thereafter, is going to be crucial.

If anything it shows Rohl what wer lacking, what can be changed and improved. A new midfield that can actually play together, a natural leader who can drag the team forward. We moan about strikers not scoring but with Raskin n Barron your creating absolute next to nothing except long balls. They don't drive forward with ball.

Liam Kelly should be in goals next game. Yet again Butland makes a complete mess of things. His poor kick out led to Hearts' corner for the first and the less about the second the better.
This guy has been getting off Scot free when he's as culpable as the rest. The so-called senior players, Butland, Tavernier, Raskin and Diomande were all terrible today. Four men down from the start.

Sorry Rosevale it's not came out the way it was meant. This is the same gutless lot who have let us down continuously this season so try not to get wound up about the result today. If ever there was a game to get yourself u for it was the today which is a reminder that these guys shouldn't be wearing a Rangers jersey.
The manager will know what's needed and today would have reconfirmed everything that he already knew. Pity it isn't as easy to get rid of the players as the ones that caused the mess we find ourselves in. I take heart from the fact that the owner isn't hiding. As we all know it's the hope that kills us and today was a wake u call.

Club72 playing in England doesn't automatically make you good enough to play for Rangers where the expectation/pressure to win is ten fold, on paper our team should be good enough to beat Hearts but it's easy to see that the right mentality/extra bit of quality just isn't there at the minute. Too many crumbling under the weight of the jersey and hiding when it really matters.

It's fine Fl pal and feel your pain and no need to apologise.
Today for me sums up the season.
A team unfortunately not at the level needed in Europe or domestically.
Teams don't have to be at their best to beat us either and that's what is hard to take as well as the defeat.
Football can change and how we need the next two or three signings to be on point and make a difference.
I'd also like to see in January a number of players leave so it can start to look like moving forward in the right direction.

Does it not clasper, I thought that because English Championship players are supposed to be levels above us then these players would stroll it up here. Ah well you learn something new everyday.
Maybe they are not good enough then and that's been issue all along. I wonder if anyone has else has worked that out.
