We have held up the coefficient for years and yes we are struggling, but iv been getting the feeling the media is having a dig about the points and forgetting we were doing it on our own, So does anyone think if Hearts do win the league (I don't think they will) will they even get a crack at the CL? I'm not sure they will and if so it will be rock bottom qualifying.

Tend to agree RTID, if and it's a big if they win the league, I think they fall at the first quali hurdle. You mention the coefficient, I think UEFA is just moving the goalposts to make it harder to qualify for so called "lesser nations"

I think the introduction of the Conference League has given some countries the chance to earn extra points unfortunately the Scottish teams have been dreadful in this competition. We've had a terrible year but we have been holding up the co-efficient score for years.

It's no that they are intentionally trying to make it harder for the smaller leagues, it's that they are wanting more and more teams from the bigger leagues (EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga) as this means they can make more money etc. I honestly find it disgusting that league champions have to go through multiple qualifying rounds and yet someone who finishes 5th in the EPL can automatically qualify.
Uefa are as bent as Fifa. All just about their own pockets.

Some will still make it storm but they are definitely trying to make it harder for them. Quarter of the EPL gets into champions league now! While winners of lesser leagues like ours have more and more rounds to get through. 2nd place doesn't even get Europa next year.

It's usually 4 tho kaiser it's because Chelsea won Europa league so they got extra space this year am sure maybe wrong.
It's the big clubs that want a super league they are the problem and it won't get better for us it will get worse.

Sorry after seeing my post, should have been top 5 and spurs for winning the Europa but knew 6 teams from the epl were in the champions league.
