Woke up today feeling fresh. This league of ours is still there for the taking. Nothing has been won or lost as yet. Whoever has the best January window out of ourselves, Hearts and Celtic will win it. As hard as January is IMO we need at least 3-4 quality signings to be a realistic threat and mount a challenge 2nd half of the season ?.

The next 7 fixtures will determine a lot IMO. We'd need to be taking at least north of 14/15 points to have any chance of being in a race.

Should be aiming for 17 points from the next seven league games, we achieve that the league is back on.

To have had the season we have had so far and still be in the race is remarkable - it can be done - Rohl knows this - we know this - just need to get as many points as possible until transfer window when we can get a few quality bodies in.

It's a massive month. A run of all the hardest games. We could either be right back in it or completely out of it before the window is barely open.

We need to collect full points in my opinion. But how likley is that going to be.
Still struggling to break teams down. But if we could win next 3 that would give everyone a boost.
Jan is not best window to try and move players on but surely
Matondo would want out in hope Wales make WC.
Kelly needs game time if he's to make WC squad.
Rothwell not in plans, try and get fee.
Djiga please let's hope wolves will take him back.
Diomonde he is becoming a liability.
Rice not signing or getting new contract, try and get some sort of fee.

Despite the doom and gloom and disappointing results, we have still only lost one league game this season. It's the 8 draws that have cost us. A very good January window is essential. There are only 6 points between us and the manky mob. As the saying goes, "it ain't over until the fat lady sings".

Why would we aim for 17 points, we must surely aim for 21 points.

So you are saying that of the next seven, winning 4, drawing 2 and losing 1 is fine. Not for me. We should be looking at 18 out of the 21 at a minimum if we want to win the league.
Imagine we drop 7 points from a possible 21 and 2 of the games is against the teams above. Not a chance of the league if we drop another 7 points in the next 7 games.

At least 17 points John, yes i would like 21 points, but the aim should be higher than 14/15.
