Anyone in the know if we have funds to spend in January, taking into account the ffp rules?

Funds certainly shouldn't be a problem, we are owned by a very wealthy organisation
They will decide between now and then if they can trust anyone at Rangers to spend wisely, if Rohl doesn't change these two full backs at least i will have my doubts.

What ffp rules do you mean because Scottish league does not have any ffp rules.

The spl has no ffp rules
European football does but with their lack of punishment for teams like lyon and others they wouldn't stand up to legal scrutiny if challenged.

The full back positions are the least of our problems TT. We need a dominant CH, a creative/goal scoring midfielder, a pacy winger who will beat a man and create chances and a 20+ a season goalscorer.

For me I think we could do with replacing the 'loan' defenders with plug-in signings. I actually think there's something there in Fernandez, and giving him more experience around him would help. We do need fullbacks (replacement for Tav for next year, and even if Meghoma stays we are light).
Equally if John is right I would drive to France myself to pick up Sima (at least on a 6m loan). We need more pace and direct power up front…
As for striker, I'd change that to finisher. Link men are great but for me we need a poacher.

I think Meghoma is the least of our worries, I'd be keen to sign him but I believe he's out or price range. I think Aaron's is starting to find his feet but with his wage demands are transfer fee I think money could be better spent.
In my opinion we need a centre half and centre forward and a winger who can score goals. The rest we can deal with in the summer.
We need Rothwell, Antman, Aasgaard, Matondo, Dowell and the boy from Everton off the books.
As the weekend showed we're not in a title race and need to get our house in order for next year.

I'd like us to return all the loan signings with exception of Meghoma.

Lads imho here is a Santa wishlist - The fullbacks we have are woeful and it plain to see Aarons Tav and Meghoma are not the answer in there so replacements required ASAP -CH also required although Cornelius would be a starter every week for me (when fit) and would love Nsiala to be given more of a chance too -Fernandes is currently passable?
Great servant but Tav should NEVER be given an extension - for me his time has come and went?true change required!
Also pack his bags and send Chermiti away to find his papa Thelwell (at his next club) and get a REAL goalscorer in - and Santa find us a Captain and leader on the park from anywhere you fancy ?.
