I read an article this morning that the contract talks with john lundstram have stalled and he allegedly wants to weigh up his options, before committing to staying with rangers or leaving for another club ? Clement has told the board to get the new contract to keep lunny done as quick as, but there's nothing our manager or board for that matter can do, if lunny wants to now weigh up all his options ?The way the big fella is now playing, i hope to god he signs on to stay with us ? He's been immense since clement came in ???.

I heard today at work that he wants more than Rangers have offered - apparently same terms as he is on - as he feels this will be his last big contract at his age.
Hopefully the club aren’t held to ransom.

If he leaves then so be it - younger alternatives will be out there - funny how the effort increases when its bread and butter time? - I would like him to stay but no-one is bigger than club so will not lose sleep over it!

The big man has been brilliant. Really hope he signs for another stretch. Going by the celebration yesterday it looks like he wants to stay.

A thought it was the length of the deal that was the hold up, think it will be sorted, playing well and winning things won’t do any harm.

The problem is if he keeps playing as well as he has been since PC arrived he will get a move on the money he thinks he is worth and we may well lose him.

Wouldn't take anything newspapers or media say. The way he's been playing he may get offers from clubs who can offer more £££ but all you need to do is look at his celebration after scoring last night, my thoughts are he will sign.

Blue-Floyd2, I agree mate, he played out of his skin his last year at Sheffield as well. He is on a very good deal just now, same money for another 3 years plus bonuses is not too shabby.
If he goes, we move on, we've lost better in the past.

Would you agree to a wage cut, when you, know chances are will get offered more alsewhere, if it's more money he wants need to move, if he wants trophies best place in his range of clubs who would want him is Rangers,

I've never went into a meeting at work and said of course I'll be happy to stay on the same wage. I don't blame him at all, it's a short career as a footballer.

There's gona be a few big earners leaving that offer nothing. i'd be using a little of that money keep lundstrum.
