I wonder why jealous people are so down on gers. We have a great team doing great things across Europe and playing some great football that neutrals want to watch. Yet the other side talk about us being given C.V. advantages because Dundee utd have 9 players out. We are destroying everyone and everyone who wants to play us with ease. I thought last nights result proved how far we have come. We were outplayed in the first half by a good Liege team desperate for a win, yet we made half time with draw, despite being all out of sorts. 2nd half we make player and tactical changes and totally turn the game around to win comfortably. That's the mark of champion material!

We gave away the ball more in the first half than we have done all season so far.

They look a good side and were a bit unlucky especially with the penalty.

Great result last night against a very good side. Not a great performance but winning was all that mattered last night. Thought our defence as a unit was below par and McGregor could have done better at both goals. Cross balls into 6 yard box should be claimed by the keeper.

I/ we must take our hats off to our manager steven gerrard fellow bears! His european record as rangers manager is exceptional,
to say the least 👌He's now getting it spot on in the domestic side of it also, after what was always going to take time, regarding the mamoth rebuilding job he undertook, when accepting the rangers job! The pleasing thing for me last night was we showed character, as although we didn't play as well as we can, we still won and we're now adopting that trait, which we have to, if we're going to go on and win things 👍I'll share with you guys, what a rangers supporting friend of mine told me this morning, which i personally don't think will happen, well at least a hope and pray it won't 🤞He told me that some german media reporter had stated that after the euros this summer,
germany will appoint liverpool manager jurgen klopp as the new national german team manager, to replace Joachim loew 🤔
I do remember klopp saying he wants the german national job as his last job before retiring, but surely not so soon? When borna hit it, i was up off my chair celebrating, as i thought it was a postage stamp homer, all the way! What a cultured left peg he's got, with special deliveries and has tremendous technique on his free kicks!
He undoubtedly for me IS way and far the best left back in scottish football and one of the best left backs in britain as far as i'm concerned 👌He has an absolute wand/ wicked left peg 👌 I hope i'm totally wrong guys, but IMHO i think we'll struggle to keep barasic at rangers beyond this upcoming summer 😞Borna has a helluva lot of suitors/ admirers out there! I think this summer is too early for Gerrard and Liverpool.
Plus he hasn't won anything yet - that always helps the C. V. Especially when you are operating in Scotland where 2nd is nothing.
As for Barisic - a good Euros with Croatia and I believe he will be off.

As soon as SG feels the investment is declining and best assets are being sold without being replaced he will be off. I'd say after this season at least 2 of our players will be sold as we can't keep expecting investment from soft loans and share issues, losing 15 million per annual isn't an option either.

I honestly think there's a strong possibility that borna barisic, glen kamara, ryan kent and alfredo morelos could all be sold in the summer 🤔
For the sale of these 4 combined, we should be accepting no less than £65-£70million imo 🤔 Thoughts fellow bears 🤔.

We don't have the luxury of spending tens of millions on a single player, but I've seen a few at Liverpool who have come and done sod all (or even tried to)
Who would you say has been the biggest waste of money at Liverpool over the years, mate?

In particular for his delusions that he actually played well in his first season. Kewell was up his own backside mate! Remember when he was at Leeds, he was fantastic is some games which ultimately got him his move?
What are thoughts on Andy Carroll? Liverpool paid a lot of money for him for very little back.
Now, I love Kenny Dalglish, and have said on here he is my favourite player of all time, however, I heard a pundit claim he escaped more criticism over the Carroll signing because he also signed Saurez at the same who scored for fun. He was basically saying Saurez had taken the focus off Kenny's signings and taken the heat off him. Do you think that's true?

As for Dalglish, why would he get criticism when Carroll was not his choice? It was that useless tit snake-oil salesman Damien Commolli who picked him. To be fair he also got Suarez, but that was his only signing that wasn't absolutely useless and even he should never have worn the shirt as he was such a piece of **** he didn't deserve it. A good bit of scouting would have told the club to steer well clear as he was trouble.}

BMGH01 and all bears in general on here i'm looking for a little help 🤔When we were talking about barasic there playing for croatia on the euros this summer etc it got me thinking about a beautiful beer from croatia called karlovachko 👌 It's probably the nicest beer I've tasted and i've tasted a helluva lot guys 😁Have any of my fellow bears tried karlovachko? I got a few cans brought back to me a year or so ago and have raved about how good it is ever since! I've tried everywhere and you can't get it anywhere in the uk 🤔
I was hoping/ wondering if anyone on here who's going to croatia or knows someone who's going can they bring me a good few cans of karlovachko back and i'll pay decent money for them! Its a maroon can the karlovachko comes in! Would be very much obliged if someone can help me here 🙏I do believe if you have a pub business you can purchase it from america. Seemingly you've got to be in the business trade to be able to get karlovachko in the uk 🤔.

Unfortunately, I do think the majority of our most valuable assets will be away next season, however, we must wait until after the Euros for Borna and Kamara so as to get top dollar.
I believe these guys will go, and that's why we brought in Bassey, and why there's talk of Lundstrum. Now we know big Shirley can play, and from what we've heard, so can Lundstrum, so it's not all doom and gloom. Getting £30m plus for 2 players and paying sod all for their replacements is bloody good business!

BMGH01,i used to love a bottle/ draught pint of peroni mate but don't drink it anymore. I drink the other italian beer menabrea which is beautiful mate and a lot smoother IMO 👌I also rate birra morretti but still rate menabrea better 👍I recommend it highly if you haven't already tried it pal👍
I also really like innis and gunn lager and the top german lager furstenberg 👌.

Morning Bears. Another excellent result last night, especially to come back twice from a goal down to win the game. I didn't see the match but the reports I've read indicate we could have scored more. It is interesting that we've conceded twice as many goals in the Europa League group matches as we have all season in the league! Is it the different style of play in Europe or is it simply that the opposition is a class higher? Now back to bread and butter stuff away to Ross County on Sunday. Perhaps Gerrard will rotate the squad for this game and give Zungu and Itten a start?

Changing formations and tactics which are winning games. Playing players in their right positions and playing them to their strengths. Signing players who can play and strengthen the team. Conducting himself with grace and humility. Knowing his opposition and setting up his team to outplay them, and If it's not working, changing things.
Guys, it appears that our manager does indeed know what he's doing, and I know bugger all.

BMG I was saying the same over the past 2 years but at that time we were right but he didn't have his own team, this year its his team he's got every player playing the way he wants and we have a very strong bench. This is our year buddy, league Cup with the 55. If we win all the games over festive period and beat celtic at new year we have 1 hand on the league trophy.
