Russell Martin, Patrick Stewart and Kevin Thelwell had a zoom conference meeting last night with Andrew Cavenagh and Paraag Marathe, It was heated, the discussion were strong about the removal of Russell Martin, Andrew spoke to Martin about a clause in his contract a certain one about the right to have contract terminated without compensation.
Thelwell and Stewart were quick to defend Martin and said it would be impossible for them to continue in theor roles if Russel get sacked, they made it clear that they will seek to leave their positions by dismissal if Russel is sacked costing Rangers millions and leaving them with no one to fill all positions as the coaching staff would want to leave or be dismissed This would put Rangers Owners into a position that would be impossible to fix.
Andrew Cavenagh was infuriated and let them know that he is not frightened in the slightest to relieve all of them, he will be seeking legal advice and a emergency board meeting will be held at 1pm American time Monday, Paraag highlighted that they are under contract and any breach of contract will be responded head on. He then further spoke about sales decline, slow sales of European packages and fan outrage has to be took on board with Andrew as the loss of revenue will be greater than the pay offs, Andrew Cavenagh spoke about the conversation he had with Russell last week face to face and said after our discussion it was made clear what was needed and it hasn't come close.
This zoom meeting happened in the blue room and Rangers employees were there working, for the fear of backlash, accused of leaking information this has not been made public, a certain sports journalist who is a Rangers supporter has video evidence of this meeting and will not release anything until tomorrow night. I have just had this sent to me."

Horse that appeared here a few days ago. It still just doesn't even sound believable but I say that as I am taking a call to ask if I would be happy to step into the shoes of King Charles III if he were to step down ? I hope they didn't record me saying I would think about it ?? I am as everyone is descended fro. Charlemagne so it is possible.
I will wait until tomorrow night and see this video evidence if it does exist but doubt it. someone must have recorded the meeting and no-one in the call saw the warning the meeting was being recorded or consented to it.

Thanx white horse. sounds pretty ligit apart fro the staff walking about as word of mouth spreads fast . I guess we wait n see. imo 1 out 3 out works a charm. no matter what one of the 3 has to go before things get worse . they have the money to pay compo and in the long run that's for the best imo.

I don't think Thelwell or Stewart could dismiss themselves, course they can resign but I doubt they would want to leave without a pay off, neither would Martin, so I expect that's what going on now, the financial settlement for 1 or 3 of them.

Why would the folk involved in this private zoom call allow general staff members to be in the room and did nobody notice these staff members standing there with their phones recording this private meeting?
I have reached my conclusion fairly quickly=??.

and the last part, employees were working in the room, with a very senior level zoom meeting going on?
and this has been put out multiple times.

Vast vast majority of shareholders in any company don't get involved in employee dismissals or even promotions, they are shareholders, not management, in this case they are owners, not just shareholders, but vast majority of shareholders have no idea who is sacked, employed or takes a day off,

That was posted 6 days ago after the hearts game and what a load of bs it is - board meeting 1 o clock American time - what American time? If at Cavanagh's then its 06.00 am here and if the other office in Florida it's 07.00 am. The writer of that should message should of at least do a bit of research into the obvious if they wanted to make up tales so it may seem remotely believable - oh and RM going nowhere soon.
