Actually at this current moment we are in a relegation battle. Whether or not that continues to be the case will become clearer over the next few weeks. This is a new low in my time as a bear. If it continues to be the case over the next few weeks the managers position will have to be looked at again.

I just had a look at the tickets still available for tomorrow, you could probably close the top tiers of the Broomloan, Copland and Govan stands and the club deck. It appears fans have had enough. When was the last time we couldn't sell out or look forward a big european game? The Martin effect is in full swing.
Maybe without fans, the players anxiety will be cured.

Good post Forza but I reckon there is a wee possibility Hearts split the OF. Had a wee look at the odds there and they're second favourites ahead of us to win the league, which is pretty unthinkable. Rangers btw are 1/ 100 to finish in the top six.

Good to see a team like the jams actually giving our league competition away from us and them. how long it continues no one knows . last year it was the sheep this year the jams. we can still win this if certain situations change and we all know what they are. he has to go is one of them.

Our league position at the moment is embarrassing but to call it a new low is ridiculous .
13 years ago we nearly went bust, then we were playing in the Second Division, then we couldn't get promoted from the Championship to the Premiership at the first time of asking and our years back in the Premiership pre Gerrard were pretty bad and involved a good few hammerings by the other mob even at Ibrox . We also lost 3-2 to Alloa (? ) in a cup tie after being 2 up with 20 minutes to go. We lost to Progres in Europe .
In Europe we have had that CL section that was the worst by any team ever and included a 7-1 doing at home by Liverpool.
Being second bottom of the league after 5 games doesn't even compare to that stuff as " low" although it is embarrassing as I say.

Wsl 13 years ago was a low and all of those things you mentioned were low points, now we are at a new low. Can you explain why 11th place being described as a new low is ridiculous? 11th place in the spl is worse than being the worst team in the champions league. So you would describe it as embarrassing but not low? I would say a low point is embarrassing.
Copland I don't think the cost of tickets has anything to do with why they are not being sold.

Good post WSL. Things are terrible at the moment, but they have certainly been worse. What is so galling is going from the high of the takeover to the low of being 11th and the toxic atmosphere in such a short period.

We shouldn't accept the present just because of what happened in the past.
Whether it's only 5 games in or 38 games, fans have every right to be concerned about our league form and the direction we seem to be taking under Martin.
That's not to say he can't or won't turn it around.
But every game just now will be scrutinised until we see consistency and improved performances on a weekly basis.
That's the nature of the football beast which is a results driven business.

I love the optimism but nothing has shown me that it is turning around.
if not for a dodgy disallowed goal at the weekend, it could have been a different story and out the cup. And more often than not VAR won't help us out (Hearts game for example) .

I think it will have a negative impact on the atmosphere which usually makes the euro nights exciting MSITS, It looks as though it could have a friendly feel about it which won't be very exciting. Are you honestly as excited as previous seasons euro nights?

I'm not going because of the ticket prices. I think it's too much for Europa league games. Of our 4 opponents I couldn't name one player who plays for them or anyone who I would want to see. I already pay a EPL prices for the club deck season ticket and another season where the league hasn't even got to Christmas.

Holly crap of course I don't mean that we ll be in a relegation battle with Aberdeen end of season. It was highlighting the fact that we are as bad atm as Aberdeen. Not just Aberdeen but all teams in the league will want to beat us more than any it's their cup final.
