I'll be honest I've watched him a few times and yes he's shown big moments but also some very average performances. Is he better than Raskin Cameron Diomande Aasgard I'm not sure.

Martins system is simple, backpass every opportunity we get to allow the opposition as many chances to intercept and counter attack, fail to get balls in to our CF so we can score, fail to alter tactics that can change a game when issues are sticking out like a sore thumb, play loanee / project players instead of players we own, loan out players that could make a difference, Cifuentes, Cortes, fail to play young talent like Curtis, serve up new word salad recipe's for every post / pre match interviews when losing or failing to take command of a game, melt back into the stands and start watching the simpsons on his Argos catalogue 7 inch tablet because he is too stressed to deal with the reality of what this club, team, fans expect.

The modern day managers/ coaches can get lost in data, stats and tactics, systems etc.
I'll put it in laymens terms, GOALS WIN GAMES AND WE SIMPLY NEVER CREATE ENOUGH (or look like creating) CHANCES TO SCORE AND GIVE UP TOO MANY CHANCES FOR THE OPPOSITION TO SCORE.
