What's people's thoughts now Gerrard off the table?
I'm leaning towards why not give Barry the job on a rolling deal for rest of season, I think we might struggle to get anyone at this point we'd be excited about.
Barry, McCann, Doddsy, bring in Chris Woods over McGregor as I think you need some experience and he's got bags. I'd be tempted to add a few more familiar faces to that coaching team, maybe a 9 in a row stalwart like Durranty as we seriously need people who can instill mentality that's expected into these players.

Laudrup, I posted last night why not give Barry a chance with some realistic targets that if achieved would give him a chance on a permanent deal. Now what the targets are is the difficulty.

Laudrup, we could do worse than appoint Barry Ferguson until the end of the season. At least he wears the badge and is passionate about Rangers FC. Make sure McCann and maybe even Davie Weir were alongside. Then we can see what happens after that. Being Rangers' coach/ manager is becoming a poisoned chalice! Hope you are all OK Bears. At least Scotland won again tonight.

How does a rolling deal until the end of the season work? Why would we bring in a goalkeeper coach when we already have one and our keeper is just about the only player on form.
By the way Ferguson and his assistants record at the end of last season was pretty poor and on stats alone we would have been better keeping Clement .
Whose job is Weir getting? Is Technical Director yet another new management role or is that in place of Thelwell.

Barry was no better last season and some of the football was horrific. Great player and captain but as a manager, no thanks.
