On the off chance Thelwell, Cavenagh et al. read this page, perhaps to get some clues on the names of managers, or as the sole the sole foundation of their entire knowledge about Scottish football, then perhaps they could riddle me this:
1. How did you get the Russell Martin appointment so wrong?
2. Why did it take so long to sack him when he was evident there was no progression?
3. Why have we spent £3.5 million on a 24 year old player from Peterburgh and he is isn't playing?
4. Why did we release / sell 3 left backs and bring in one teenager on loan for that position?
5. Why has their been so little foresight that our entire defence will likely change next season.
6. Why have we spent £8 million (rising to £10 million) on a player who hasn't scored a goal in two years?
7. How can the club justify hiring the 26 year old son of Kevin Thelwell as head of recruitment?

Good post mate! However, don't expect too much support on here.
So far, since the takeover, it's been an absolute shambles. Who is actually running our club? Whoever they are, they need run out ASAP. Amateurs!

Good post, think it just shows how much Thelwell is out of touch with what is required, but that does not say much for owners who appointed him.
