I don't think hiring people your familiar with is that uncommon to be honest, what doesn't bode well is it would suggest the people the fans out may not be going anywhere any time soon.
I do probably think we could get away with just a new manager and not getting rid of thelwell and stewart because i refuse to believe the players we've brought in aren't good enough to win these games we've been losing/ drawing. We have a better squad than every team we have played this season bar brugge imo and even still brugge isn't 9-1 better than us.
I can't really believe what i'm seeing every week, conceding is pretty much inevitable. Winning 2-1 last minute against livingston should be seen as a good result away from home if you take it in isolation or compare to other seasons but put it into the context of this season and how all the other games have been, it was a lucky 3 points.

Yes we do, just like they filled the current managers role Star, how's that going. Personally if the manager goes then a lot of anger
towards these appointments will possibly disappear. Team playing well and winning then a lot of the background noise dissipates.

Don't know much about him but all you can do is look at their previous records. Man Utd and Everton are two of the most poorly run clubs in EPL in recent years so we hire their men?

Lots of connections in football mate, same in all walks of business, people know people in football as in life we need martin replaced very quickly, everything else I've no issue with, utd and everton are high levels.
They must have been successful in they're careers to even have got there, i'm sure there's wheels in motion for a planned exit fir martin soon, they won't carry the can for his inabilities much longer, they have reps to uphold and want to see a winning side.
