Birmingham have stated that Ben Davies and Kieran Dowell have returned to Rangers. I was kinda hoping they would be making a bid for them and take them off our hands.

They still will, that's just the end of the loan so of course they will return. They have all summer to sort out a transfer and the window isn't anywhere near open yet.
