Listened to the RM interviews but I'm sorry, that's 100% on him. His tactics haven't been working since day 1, in pre season and in Europe. Passing is just too slow and not on point and movement is poor.
Yet he doesn't change anything. Even when the system isn't working we keep doing the same thing.
He picks the team and is playing about 5 players out of position, that's totally on him.

His arrogance will be the ending of him - same comment made my be regarding PC around October last year. This will 100% ring true with Martin.

I said right from start about this style of play all the needles passes at the back by time ball goes into the mids they are facing thier own goal snd are being closed down by two players need too much time to take ball and turn we don't have xavi ineista like footballers this system is baded on ideals and not reality of the players we have it was same at southampton you can't play that game with low skill players look at burnley too these managers are arrogant and only vare about themselves not players not club and cerrainly not watching fans.
Even if he does get it going and willing to give him time to do so its still boring as frack to watch.
