Danny Danny Danny. Still in his honeymoon period. I get it and I'm behind him. However our players are better than Falkirk players. We wouldn't buy theirs and they'd snap up ours and yet. they can play as a tight unit and nearly won.
Some negativity will start to fall on Danny Rohl. Pele would have struggled with the chances these strikers try to feed on. We don't have anyone special. A leader. We are devoid of ideas. And all we do is think about January. I'm hurting.

He's got to get the next transfer window 100% spot on, or the players will cost him.
Danny Rohl is a very likeable guy, and nothing like that conceited fud, Martin, and he knows how to coach. The biggest concern i have about him is his lack of experience, stature, and strength to run our footballing team. It's my opinion the job is far too big for him, and has come 10 years too soon.

No manager would get these players playing any better consistently
There not up to it.
There past and present stats tel the story.
Majority League 1, Championship at best
Curtis, Cameron, Barron only 3 i'd keep
The rest either aren't interested or not good enough which either way you look at it, they need to be gone and the whole recruitment in summer should hopefully never be as bad.
The Americans will also be raging that there money has been wasted, no doubt about it!

I think Rohl is still in the honeymoon period.
Trying to suss out which players he can trust.
Which players he can develop into what we require.
And which are not up to the task ( a few in my opinion ).
The problem for him, IMHO, is that he is still picking players who are continually letting him down.
Now, that can be down to a case of needs must due to injuries, squad depth etc.
But he needs to find a winning formula to galvanise the players and fans.

I agree sunshine. don't think Danny will be here next season. but until then i will back him. think we can forget the league --the other mob just have too much in their wardrobe for us and they know how to win games no matter what. even new players take time to fit in. time we don't have.

Lets not start on the manager already. The mix in the squad is all wrong and he didn't assemble it. he's got by ok so far with a joke squad.
Fullback positions are unbalanced and devoid of energy (Meghoma is the only one with legs and he's been benched which i don't agree with) Centre backs are error prone (possibly reason Meghoma beem benched for Aarons)
Centre midfield there is no creativity or goals only hard workers (sometimes) like Raskin dio and Barron.
Wingers only Gassama can take a man on, sometimes. Is also greedy and just wants to shoot.
3 x strikers who are not scoring but are also suffering from the lack of creativity from midfield and wings
Where do you even begin?
A good start would be recognising its the playing squad more than anything.

I think Rohl got the team wrong on Sunday but I don't think any manager could win consistently with that squad. We are shaky at the back and have no goals in the squad and you can't win like that. He will need big help at the start of January, no more projects, we need men who can take responsibility and drive others on.

so what squad does he pick, we are struggling as all the players are short in confidence, making the wrong decisions, not playing forward quick enough. Moore was coming onto a game. Diomande is always one mistake from a red.

i agree, i'm worried Rohl is good at what he does, but this is different, it needs strength and a man who commands respect, a man who isn't scared to tell a player in no uncertain terms tbat it's not good enough, a man with the strength to kick players out of his squad for good, a man who players don't want to upset.
not someone to tell them he sees improvement and has their back.
he may well be strong, i don't know, i just worry they will take him down with him, oh and I've seen hundreds of teams get a window 100% spot on, many of them buying one player, who changed their entire season.

You're right Storm but you need to get more right then wrong, we have been the opposite of that for a few seasons now.
Get back to basics and regardless of age get some players in that can improve us now, shelve this player model development garbage and let's try and get back to winning games with better performances.
Strange thing is a player model would work much better on the back of a successful season, not when we are trudging along playing poor and trying to develop too many young players.

Sunshine, on your summary of Rohl unfortunately I think you will be proved right.
A really decent likeable guy and an excellent coach who improve things a lot. But sadly, it will not be quite enough. He will probably be replaced before start of 2027/2028 season after giving it his all.
