That was very poor, so so slow, tav jogging around with arm in air, Dowell walking at goal, diomande, danilo never broke sweat.
Cameron should start next week.

Dessers Cameron and although I'd say ridvan I don't see that so I'll say Fraser. He wants players who give everything

Looks to me Dowell nailed on to start every week. Changing out mid 3 was baffling. could be in real trouble very quick.

It sure was. I thought the 1st half was actually ok, but the 2nd half was absolutely woeful. A lot of the players looked disinterested and they made very little effort. Raskin and Dio look completely lost and don't have a clue what they are doing in the new system. RM was very honest in his interview afterwards and skewered them!

It's the whole style for me John, under pressure straight away when we play out from the back, inverted full backs makes us far to narrow and one good ball can cut us open. No intensity tempo when we have the ball and no desire or pressure on the press when we don't.
Is it a case of RM not having the players to carry out his instructions? Maybe so, if that's the case the whole squad needs ripped apart. My main concern is raskin, plays cm for Belgium an international powerhouse and he's pretty much been shifted to accommodate a championship level player in Rothwell…now I'm no saying Rothwell is a bad player, he's tidy on the ball and clever, but Nico Raskin is the player we should be building our team around not shifting out of position.
I hoped for and expected a statement from us today, to see a change in the way we want to play, a desire to compete for every ball and will to win, at times there was some good passing movements, but as for desire and hunger there was none.

The players do not look like they are enjoying or buying into the RM style. 51 shots at goal in 3 games shows how much pressure we appear to be under defensively… And whilst I get the players need to shoulder blame for an apparent inability to hit a teammate from around 5yds, I feel if improvement doesn't come soon we will be on the end of a heavy defeat.
It just feels a little anticlimactic at the moment, and I hope after the managers harsh words he gets the reaction he expects or this really will be a long season.

Dowell and Aarons have been the worst two players by far and yet will both probably start every game as it looks. Martins system seems to be messing up Raskin and dio they look far to wide and unsure of what there doing. Looks like Raskins best position has been taken off of him and just been given to Rothwell.

John what do you think of where Raskin and dio are being played? . Raskin should be played in centre of midfield and dio was signed on performances as the left of a 3 man midfield.
