Here is a wee one for you all to consider if eufa award Celtic, liverpool ect the league title ok fine.
As it stands
The winners of the europa league go straight into the champions league groups stages, Rangers are still in this competition so should be declared joint winners and be placed into the champions league group stage.
Eufa can't null and void one competition and not the other.

Stewarty, UEFA don’t award championships. It will be up to the SPL to decide that. And let’s be honest, it the Rangers were top, they would be calling for them to be champions too. Today they want to split the prize money as it stands but not award the championship? How strange eh? .
Personally I don’t get why this is being discussed anyway. Just wait until the season can be played then do it. Then next season can be planned for and fitted into however many month are left. The whole reason UEFA don’t want to do this is because they stand to lose sponsors and Loads of money by not having their competitions starting on time. It’s only 9 games left so let’s just play them.

I see that Aberdeen players and what looks like 2 coaching staff were training together in a public park. Assuming they don't live together under 1 roof what gives them the right to drive or travel there to do so. This doesn't come under the rules for essential travel. Others playing by the rules but this is not on. Shame on them.

RE: The Queen and Royal family haters. Really don't mind them but wanted to look into the negativity out of interest.
1. Does the Royal family cost money? yes, but they contribute much more, these types of figures are not hard to find and it seems Overall, they are pretty good value. This doesn't not include the International ambassador roles they have which bring in untold business. "In 2018, the British royals contributed £595m via tourism, merchandise and the arts, while costing £165m"
2. The Queen volunteered in WW2, still the only female in the Royal family to have served.
3. Her father died of cancer when she was 26 and became head of the common wealth.
4. The senior Royals have mostly served in the armed forces.
5. Charles in Recent years has done a lot for the Environment, his Brand the Dutchy of Cornwall profits paid for himself and all his family.
To hate them seems to me to be, ironically, a bit old fashioned. I don't think its their wealth that causes the negativity more their position in society and perhaps people that hate have an inferiority complex due to their own background and perceived position in society regardless of the bank account. As I said though because of social mobility I think this is reducing.

That's a really good piece there TJBB. Doesn't matter what country you look at, there is always someone at the head of it, whether that be an elected official or in our case a monarch.
Pretty sure ours brings more into the country than she costs. Perhaps a bit outdated but you can't argue they/ she is a massive draw worldwide.
I'm not a royalist as it happens (even though I served) but I still did the whole tourist thing on a recent trip to London. I've been to quite a few countries around the world and have not felt the urge to check out their head of state's residences when there.
Am I a good measure of this type of thing, who knows.

Personally i don't like the royal family. don't hate them but don't also have this strange obsession that some people in our support have with them. I was in the army for 18 years and i can guarantee the members of the family that did serve were not exposed to things normal soldiers were.

The Royal Family, the Queen, Charlie, William and Kate and that is about it. Don't mind funding them to some extent, the rest are hangers-on. I'd rather have a monarch than a president like Trump or dictators. The Queen has no executive powers in this country but is a calming and steadying influence. Be careful what you wish for.

Dont want to go on about this Royal family thing and I i'm no Royalists but I try and look into things to get some background so just a small point to balance the argument about "i can guarantee the members of the family that did serve were not exposed to things normal soldiers were".
I agree with that comment but most were not normal soldiers.
Andrew a helicopter pilot in the Falklands war, William an accomplished pilot including search and rescue, Harry a front line soldier in Helmand and then pilot, Charlie a RAF Pilot and active Navy officer and the queen a mechanic, Duke of Edinburgh served throughout WW2 in many front line missions. Edward tried for the marines but like most of the human race wasn't up to it.
All of the above were at risk at some point not including the constant threat from terrorism but admittedly not going over the top into a hail of bullets.
MOST of the Navy, Army and RAF never see front line service let alone have a bullet wizz over their head. Annual weapons training on the 25m is the closet MOST hear a weapon.
Lets be clear however i'm not taking anything away from the brave soldiers on the front line that do take real deadly risks when in theater or in fact when the rubbish hits the fan anywhere anytime no questions asked.
Most of Joe public don't realize that to support one front line soldier or one fighter pilot or one War ship captain you need thousands of like minded people behind the scenes facilitating that persons mission.
So to end I hope you would agree the Royal Family have and continue to do their bit for the armed forces.

Personally I also don't have any time for the royals and I'll give you just 1 example. My mate is in the RAF and progressing really well. He was advised to go for his helicopter licence but informed there was a lengthy progress and waiting list. Then in comes prince William, straight into lessons then licence, no waiting time for him, then he does a few flights and all of a sudden he's a hero. Bloody nonsense and total disregard for RAF employees who have been there since theve left the school. So for that reason I not a fan of the Royals.

The royal family between them have about 10 billion in wealth and assets. Not in Scotland, but in England they own all the land and therefore the rent and land value. I don't see anywhere that the royal family or even the vatican (net worth) 20 billion are sayin, hey poor or sick people, have a million quid for medical gear or equipment. Saviour Boris clown even wanted to cut NHS funding. Now he needs it. As I stated before. Stuff them all. Only R. F. C matters.

The Stuck - That doesn't sound right. You don't get to be advised to go for Helo training because you are doing okay, quite the opposite.
You join as a commissioned officer, which is not easy that alone is 9 months training and rigorous interviews and exams, if you get passed that and then pass pilot selection which includes aptitude tests and rigorous medicals you start basic pilot training. IF you pass that you go on to Hawk training.
At that point is where your RAF pilots career is decided. If you reach a certain standard you go onto to fighter jet training if not you may get the choice of transport, helos etc and there is no big waiting list. If your in Pilot training from the start then you have a slot.
So if your mate has been advised to go for Helo then he must be a commissioned officer say a flight lieutenant and will have passed basic flight school but didn't reach the required standard at Hawk training and now has the choice of going onto fly say C130s, C17s, Poseidons etc.

Like i said in an earlier post yesterday watching barry ferguson again in that 2002. scottish cup final against celtic, was totally superb and reminded you how good a midfielder baz actually was! He used to toast their captain scott brown everytime he played against him! Just imagine baz playing against broony just now, jesus brown wouldn't get near him. Not biased at all when i state, the very obvious to me anyway that ferguson is planets in front of scott brown!
The best thing is and the other mob's fans can say what they like, they know it! Baz was easily the best scottish midfielder to come out of scotland in the last 25 years and beyond! He was better than the guy they used to call the maestro, paul "POTENTIAL" mcstay!

He did learn a trick or two in his time at Rangers when he was declared bankrupt owing £1.5 million he claimed to own only £3 thousand worth of assets.

Mcstay was a fine player but a terrible captain for Celtic, raith rovers cup final lol springs to mind if he was any sort of captain he would have taken one of first 5 penalties. Ferguson far more of a captain. Best captain they have had in my time was roy aitken as even though not the best player he played for their shirt in the way bomber did for us.

Barry Ferguson played for Rangers against Neil Lennon 23 times and only won 8 times. There was 4 draws and Neil Lennon came out on top against Barry 11 times.
Barry only played against Scott Brown in his time with Celtic 6 times and once again the Celtic player came out on top. Barry won 2 games, there was 1 draw and Brown came out on top against Barry whilst he played for Celtic 3 times.

Buzz bomb, i'm talking about how well baz played against them and i was present at all they games and baz dominated the midfield and both lennon and brown on most occasions.
By the way, the reason both mcstay and bown got more scotland caps than baz is quite simple pal, baz obviously was banned for what he done on the bench after all the carry-on, which i do admit was stupidity in his part and totally his own fault! Ferguson is streets in front of both brown and lennon as a midfielder mate, common!

I remember Albertz telling Barry he would learn loads playing against lothar matthaus In 1999 I think it was. Barry absolutely destroyed him in midfield and matthaus was arguably one of the beat german midfielders of his time.
I’m sure at one point matthaus fell to the deck feigning injury as Barry was closing him down and Barry was going to deck him 🤣.

Aye Alloager, remember that night well. Matthaus got Barry sent off. Conned the ref. Barry was incredible that night. Broon and Lemmon just didn't and don't have this in their locker. Their game was breaking up play and passing it 4 yards. Barry was all over the pitch and he could score goals. No comparison. And well done to Leon or whoever for compiling stats. That’s what sets him apart for me seeker, the fact he could run the show against guys of that quality. Never been a player through our ranks since that can touch him. Well I say that, I questioned Gilmour when he went to Chelsea, said he had no chance of first team football and would waste away in lower leagues. A man of the match against Liverpool later and I’ll be getting my coat! 👍🏻.
