At 29 and reportedly on 40k so out our league what a load of rubbish. First we challenge for silverware every season and clyne hasn't won much.
Secondly we play in Europe every year now so massive pull for someone who is coming to the end of his career.
Lastly we have SG. don't care what anyone says just now he is our biggest pull. We are a club steeped in history but SG is the reason we will land quality players from EPL.

Yeah he WAS on £40k a week but since signing that contract his career has took a nosedive due mainly to serious injury. The fact he hasn’t been snapped up on a precontract by any mid table to bottom half BPL clubs suggests his value is not what it was.
If he can stay clear on injury he would be a real coup for us as he could potentially get recalled to National team and his value will soar.
I think he would command wages closer to £20k if we were to go in for him with maybe a few grand appearance, win bonus, clean sheet bonus type incentives offered aswell.
Personally I think we have a strong chance of signing him.

{Ed001's Note - he was on more than 40k. His parties and jetting all over the world with young hookers and his hangers on to hold them in exotic places midweek cost him nearly 40k a week alone!}

Morelos is a very very good striker, he's young with bags of potential for future development.
Scottish football has nearly ruined his career. This country has it in for him no matter what he does.

No it wasn't ASD12, Rangers had to play 8 games in either 10 or 12 days in 2008, we were totally knackered by the end of it, so, sorry, but the SFA did SFA to help our Club at that time, irrespective, this extremely difficult situation the World is in at present, has to be the priority.
