I genuinely feel the fan base is in risk of shrinking if the support do not back the next manager 100% and stop the rot in the support from unsettling the team
We seen it a little this season
I'm personally sick of the same supports deciding in advance, looking for conformation bias, unsettling the squad
we all know football is 90% mental but the fans want to take no responsibility for the situation we're in
If i'm sitting here next season and you guys get what you want and sack this manager without giving him at least 2 seasons I will stop watching because you've made my team pointless to support
Or the board will get sick of listening to you and just hold the manager until you protest and don't turn up like last time
Either way you don't wise up back the next manager, expect the support to shrink over the next 2-3 years

You've made some pretty bold assumptions, all of which are incorrect.
Because I personally don't support Kevin Thelwell or his style of procurement within the club means I am a problem and only follow the team when they are winning? Do you actually read your drivel before you post it?
As fans we are allowed to have an opinion on how the club is run, who is in positions of power and if we deem it not acceptable then we are well within our rights to say otherwise. Do I agree with some tactics used by others during Martin's time, definitely not, but he undoubtedly was a poor decision as Manager and that falls on Thelwell aka You.

Martin was a very poor manager, I was trying to back him RangersFC, I will give any manager time but that man just didn't have any clue about the game, his football put you too sleep, and his side is losing simple goals regularly.

Mate we collectively pump millions each season into the coffers. And loud mouth entitlement didn't waste a large chunk of that money either. Its incompetence at board room level and hiring useless managers that did that.
