I'm not saying he is wrong in his surmising of our players performances, however, if you're going to go in with a scattergun approach when laying blame, you have to be man enough to call out your own shortcomings.
Nope, for me, RM's arrogance was clearly evident for all to see in that interview. Some may say it was refreshing, but for me, he is just another "honest guv, it wasn't my fault" punter.

Unbelievable that RM ego won't admit his tactics are to blame, he said its not tactical and its a mentality issue. The warning signs have been there since pre season that his style is horrific but blames the players ego's. Absolute shocking to throw the players under the bus. The issue is 100% RM tactics. This won't end well.

Hopefully the players like Diomande that RM was obviously having a go at without naming use this to prove the manager wrong but I won't hold my breath. Refreshing interview maybe but it could have the opposite effect with some players downing tools to an even greater extent.

Ows he's only seen European games, first league game, you could see some of the players doing what they been doing for a while, Tavernier is one of them imo and hopefully when a lb is signed Aarons is rb.
