Can anyone explain to me what happened this evening other than we were masters of our own downfall?
I watched a calm composed dominant performance from my team today with 4 different goalscorers.
Fair to say I was horrified looking at the result after the game.

We were played off the park and fortunate their forwards missed their chances or could have been 4 or 5 down. 2 new managers with new teams trying to implement similar system. One looked like they had a plan the other was Martin.

I thought the 1st half was ok ish, but the 2nd half was woeful and it was just like watching the last several seasons. Players walking about putting zero effort in and hiding. Motherwell were by far the better team in the 2nd half and deserved to win imho.

Asa same as always, 2nd half too many players thought job was done. there's no width and forward line is weak and we lack pace.

It's very simple. We have a team of very average players who have zero winning mentality. This disease has afflicted Rangers for the last 3 seasons.

Asa, just like the panathanaikos game. We invited them to press us by playing out from the back but didn't have the skill or speed to do so, so constantly turned over possession with very little goal threat.
Very lucky to get a draw. Genuinely, Motherwell were the better team. With a manager that looks like he knows what he's doing, had a better game plan than us and executed it better.

Don't watch Asa will ruin your weekend. Outplayed outrun, outfought by Motherwell who were so much better than us.
TBH the thought of playing in Champions League group stages fills me with fear.
