Good for RM he was spot on. Problem is he continues to play some of the same failures and he is responsible for changing the mentality at the club which so far he has not achieved.

Think he's not giving himself best chance by playing rb at lb dowell when we were used cerny and danilo in front of our top scorer plus saying this mentality has been around club for few years well he started 7 off them so what expect and stop playing raskin out normal position or holding him back let him dictate like done last 6 months.

I think he's said what we've been saying for years now about a few players. However I don't want him shirking responsibility, our best player Raskin looks so uncomfortable out there. I don't know if he can adapt, I'd prefer him in the 6 role than Rothwell.
Jury's out, I just have a feeling ironically it could be Russell Martin's ego that gives us the most trouble.

Absolutely right to slaughter them and the culture and Egos but same old same old. Big Question tho is also his own Ego.

He's right that we need better players, he also said that the players playing today should be good enough to deal with the new demands or system, don't agree with that and truly believe that to be successful we pretty much need about nine new faces from last seasons team.
Today we didn't just see a team struggling with a system, we saw the same lack of urgency, pace, bad defensive errors and poor passing that has plagued us for a while.
Hope the manager sticks by his words today cause the same offenders will have to be taken out the team or the pressure will be on for Martin.

Agree Pauly raskin far better more central, Rothwell just not in there, doesn't offer enough last 3 games for me.
